If you value your car dont take it to any Calverts express especially this one. Went for a oil change my car wasnt leaking before now I have to fill my car up every so often because they let high and drunk people mess up cars. If I could give 0 stars I would places like this shouldnt exist people need their cars for life and people do my care about anything but money. This place sucks. Dont go probably cheaper because they dont care go spend money with people that care and that will actually fix your car when they know their responsible for messing it up. Screw this place.

Got a oil change here the GPS said calverts but i get there and its not its matts im like who tf are yall he says the owner changed the name and obviously the prices too cuz the lady on the phone said 25 and he tells me 43 im like well damn but i really needed it so i gave it to him but never again!

I hope that the west florissant place open back up. The one in olivette these people talk to you like you dont know whats wrong with your car. They half did the job then I went in with a coupon for $15.99 still end up paying $27 and some change its not the point of the money but they tell me they put a extra quart of oil for $3.99 but $20 with seven dollars worth of taxes I get home my change oil light still on my husband check the oil in still a quart low this some bull. Dont take your car there because these people will over charge up. Thats so sad.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!! Management is horrible. I brought my daughters car 3 weeks ago because her tire kept loosing air. They stated that a new tire would be in the next day. I went the next day and the guy said he ordered the wrong size. 3 weeks later Im here again!!!! Now they are saying the tire wasnt under warranty. EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE STOP CHANGING MANAGMENT AND GET SOME CONSISTENT PEOPLE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

The office was a little hot but the lady working in the office with red braids had a great attitude and kept the guests company with conversation she even brung back waters for us when she went to the store and it was very well needed I appreciate her and commend you guys for the great customer service I will be back for my next oil change

I actually interviewed at another location once, and the guy told me they dont rip women off or anything like other shops do.. Lies. I called in to get a quote on changing the oil pan gasket on my van when the labor is one hour at other shops plus the cost of the oil change and parts, my dad looked at the repair beforehand as well and the guy I spoke to tried quoting me 2 hours of labor.Next time try finding a woman who didnt grow up with a father who works on cars to pull that on, because the only reason I even take my car in for anything is because I moved two hours from home and I injured my spine a few years ago so cant do it myself. Ladies, always do your own research!

They are great. I just made a status on Facebook about em. I even took the time to look em up on Google maps just to write this review. They did a front end alignment on my car today 4-2-2014.. before i pulled up my car would sway to the left. After i left my car drove like it was a newer car. Price was only $63 and some change for it too. Great Company.

AVOID CALVERT’S EXPRESS!!! THEY ARE CON ARTISTS. If I can rate negative 5 stars, I would. They put a bad fuel pump and crank shaft in my car. They did other bad services as well. They lied about it for over five visits. I went to Car X and they told me most of the work Calverts did was the reason why my car did not start. Took my truck for break issues on the rear was told I needed new calipers on both sides,along with rotors. I asked to see the left side did show some leakage; however the right side did not and everything was in place no wear in tear. I questioned the manager who wrote up the estimate, he agreed that the rear right was ok, estimate changed from 650.00 to 137.50. The kicker is that after I left the same problem occurred. I took it to another shop and they identified the problem as a leak in the brake line.

Got front wheel alignment, car still pulled to right, they told me their machine was broken, sent me to Hazelwood shop, they said that I needed a control arm bushings and that the other shop should of known that before they atemped to do the alignment. They charged me but didnt do the work at the Jennings shop. Feel as though I was rip off. Would give them no stars for real

They kept my car for 4 days giving me the run around to get another alternator in which i had explained i just had it replaced along with my battery. Did all that replacing it again and that wasnt even the problem. Ended up charging me 250 for REPAIRING a wire that I still had issues with after getting my car back

Had my brakes inspected for free in order to utilize the brake special coupon... Was told my brakes were starting to rub on my roters and that I would not be able to use the coupon & my service in all would cost $465 for back break pads and roters. I get to CarX just up the street that advised me my roters were fine and they changed my breaks for me no issue. I will never return to this location. After declining their services, the man caught an attitude. Was telling myself and my friend we would ruin the car if THEY (Calverts) did not replace my break immediately. BS

Very down to earth, honest, and professional people... I had one of my vehicles towed there to get fixed because it wouldnt stay started The Mechanic i dont remember his name but they where busy with other cars so when i came he had already had the problem narrowed down but still didnt know the exact problem. He took me out side and examined the car in front of me and says.... You could save a lot of money if u could get a piece of vacuum hose and connect it from here to here... Basically he told me what was wrong and how to fix it and saved me money. Honest people are far and few now a days so when i find honest people i stick around. I guess i found a permanent shop to take my cars to now. I also sent 3 people there since this has happend and heard nothing but positive things. We all where very satisfied.

Nothing to like. I had $327 worth of work done. On Thursday of last week my car battery died( 2002 Lexus ES 300) had it replaced when the nice man at OReillys in Kirkwood opened my hood he found a rag and a cap left there from that servicing months ago. All they offered was an Im sorry. I said well my concern is that my car may have not been serviced fully and again sorry. I said well I will never come back if you dont mind losing a customer.I took my receipt along with the items

Brought one of my cars up to the shop to have a emission test. Fine got that done. Got all the way to the DMV, couldnt get my license plates due to Calvert putting the wrong vin number on the test. Went back a different day and tried to get an emission test on a different car waited 45 minutes just for them to me that their printer is not working. I came back the next day at 7:30am waited and now its their machine. Word of advice get your broke machines fixed and dont waste people time. If I could give the no stars I would!

Very disappointed that I wasnt called and informed the emissions person wasnt in. Since I made an appointment, a call would have been nice.

All a brother wants is some steamed dumplings every now and then. But most Asian spots dont offer the choice.5 stars for that lol

Took car there to get engine light off. I was told I need almost $900.00 of work. I declined had my car towed home. Guess my ignition wont turn our turned when they got it even ran. So they broke my ignition and want to charge me to repair what they destroyed. Never again will they get my business I cant trust them I suggest you do the same

Complete rip off. I took my car in there for a wheel alignment, they told me that I had cracked ball joints and that they could not do the alignment, unless I got the ball joints replaced for well over $650.00. But made me pay them $40 to get my car. When I took my car to Car X, they told me that my ball joints were not cracked and they did my wheel alignment.
