They continue to go to training to keep up with the more high tech vehicles today but they also know how to work on the older vehicles as well.

Car still has same problem after being in their shop for several months and 1500 dollars .They said it drove fine when they test drive it. But it barely moved when I was leaving they shop. Was told it was because tires was low. Inflated tires still same problem. They offered to check it out for additional fee but I refused to leave my car for another month so they can throw on parts and I still have same problem again. Very disappointed bought management and service of this company. Will never go back or recommend this repair shop to anyone

Went here for a diagnostic test, inly because my car’s transmission is going out and it is close by my house. Welp....never again. Had my car for 2 days just for a diagnostic test. I decided that I would take it to someone more eager to assist. Upon retrieval, they issued me an invoice for $99, that stated, my transmission was going out!! Really!!?? I feel as if no diagnosis was performed; they simply put what I had stated, on an invoice. DONT GO HERE! I’ll be darned if I pay them for a transmission job, they can’t even perform a proper diagnosis in an adequate amount of time.

From the first day I dropped my car off this place had been amazing. The mechanics go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

My Dad had his Ford Expedition towed here over a month ago for the electronic module system. They advised they could repair the item yet they have never called us with an update and evertime I call them they say they have not received the part. I informed them I wanted to take the vehicle but they want to charge $200 for the diagnostic. I advised I wanted them to repair it since the $200 would go towards the repair but they have held this vehicle over a month. I believe they knew they could couldnt fix it but wanted to make some money off my Dad and me so they are holding our truck. This is not fair when its not our fault they have not received the part!!!! This is so unprofessional. I will be reporting them to BBB and all social media outlets

The guys in the shop were super nice as well and didnt make me feel out of place or uncomfortable. These guys are experienced and fair. I have no worries when I take my car in; I know I am being treated well. They will even pick my car up at my place of business and take it to the shop to services it and then bring it back or if I drop it off they will provide me with a ride to work if I need to leave it. I have had to have my car towed before also and they were prompt, reasonable, and provided me with a ride to my destination. I have been going there for 10 years. 5 stars in my book.Carol J

STS has serviced my cars multiple times, Ive always been pleased. We all know changing plugs in a big Ford V8 can be risky, but they did great. And, they had the proper equipment to do an efficient, comprehensive transmission fluid flush and replacement. You see a multitude of training certifications posted around the shop, indicating management takes the time and expense to keep their mechanics fully skilled with the latest in auto repair requirements.

My car was stolen and crashed into a tree. The police informed me that they had it towed to STS . The customer service here was horrible! When I called the lady was very hard on me and not compassionate to my situation at all. I understand that they have rules but the lady I spoke to had very bad communication skills. She used phrases like your car is your responsibility and well, the car is totalled anyway... I mean she talked about my car as if it was just a toy or some frivolous thing.By the end of the call with her, I was in tears feeling like it was my fault that my car was stolen.

I dont think I have ever been there and not seen someone cleaning and making sure things are nice for the customers. I have always received quality work in a timely matter. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality car repair or towing.

My car was towed there, by St Louis Countys finest. The lady at the dest was very pleasant and the process of recovery was quick and easy.

Poor customer service. Paid them 1800 dollars to fix my transmission and Im still having problems, its near the end of my warranty and I took it back to them and they said they didnt see anything wrong even though I brought it in because during a routine oil change it showed leaks in my transmission. I have not received the experience they claim to give all their customers!

STS provides excellent customer service. They are honest, fair, reasonable, and is not in business just to take your money. The staff is very knowledgeable and are very efficient. I would recommend this company to any and everyone that crosses my path.

I took my car here to get fixed. They had my car for two weeks claim to have fixed it, but didn’t fix it. My car is doing the exact same thing it did when I took it to them. They claim to stand behind their work, but they’re not. My experience with STS has been horrible and an inconvenience! If you want your car fixed properly don’t take it here or you’ll be paying someone else to fix their mistakes.

Had my car for 5 days no call about it at all. I called three days in a row no answer. Finally got an answer the third day was told it was diagnosed but had no notes on it. Came back to the phone stated the diagnostic wasn’t related to my issue they will test drive it. Called the next morning I was told i do have a issue at this point I’m pissed. Still had to pay an outrageous amount to get my car back I’m never coming back or reccomending anyone here!!!!!! This place is horrible and so is the customer service DONT DO IT!!!!

UPDATED AS OF 7-30-2019 DO NOT GO HERE IF I CAN DO ANOTHER ONE With only one STAR DONT GO HERE IT WILL COST YOU DOUBLE FOR YOUR TROUBLES I KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE I JUST HAD WORK DONE AND THEY CHARGE ME FOR SOME U DIDNR APPROVE AS WELL. ILL START A BOYCOTT SOON I have several bad times at this shop. But this last one takes the cake. I brought my 2009 Dodge Charger to STS car care to get fix the issue was when I was on a hill. When in Neutral my car wouldn’t roll back so I thought it was strange took it to them and they said aw well it’s the back breaks sum to that nature so I’m like ok fix it. They fix it and then said it was fine they drove it to make sure. But when I get in it the same day it still was doing the same thing. So I took it back and they tell me it was the transmission. So I payed to get it rebuilt so I spent 1,857.36 to get that rebuilt and as far as the brakes that’s just money that was wasted no refund or none and that was a total of 487.16. He said well we used our parts and it’s none they could do about it. Even tho it was not the problem on top of that. Second time I took it to them for a knocking sound under the hood. It was small i took it to them to diagnose it and fix it and they gave it back to me after I called them several times they don’t keep you inform unless you call them I had to do that serval days. So when I got it back it was still knocking he said it will go away and I drove of and it got louder and completely blew it would not turn over keep in mind I paid for diagnose of engine which cost me 99.95 and timing chain tensioner remove and replace for 621.00 also said engine oil was low they charged me oil change at 29.75 so when they get it back said the whole motor is locked up but they just did all this texting on it I had to get a new used motor for 3,598.83 and they gave me 700 dollar credit toward it but even with that got the paper it said 600 had to show them it was only 600 and he said some but eventually put it on 700 but I still lost a lot of money I will never go back to them and if I was y’all I would never go to them at all it’s not worth the hassle they don’t even keep you informed about what’s goong on with your car I have had at least 3 different incidents with them. I would like some of my money back for this cause it’s Ludacris. They should have at least integrity enough to fix they wrongs. And I have Reciept and proof to back up all my claims and I’ll be reporting them to the BBB as well.

My husband paid them $ 700 to repair a leak but when he got his car back the check engine light came on. He took the car back and noticed that the plastic clamps on the engine cover was missing and they would not replace or repair the mistake they made. They are also rude and have horrible customer service!!

Last Friday my car would not start. I called STS they towed the car to their shop and checked it out. The problem was my charging system. Mike advised the problem was a quick fix, however, the shop was due to close in 30 minutes and the repair would take over an hour to complete. Long story short Drew stayed over, completed the repairs and I was driving that same day… Big thanks STS

Very unprofessional !!!! I took my car in to see why it wouldnt start ( on certain days). I was charged $100 for a diagnostics and they were not able to find out what was the problem. Furthermore, I was charged $60 for a towing fee although I ended up driving the car to the shop myself. I would not recommend this business to anyone. If you need a simple diagnostics go to a local chain shop such as Meineke. STS is over priced for such horrible work.

I had a couple of my employees in St Louis driving through to texas when they ran into truck problems. We run a very tight schedule and a truck down makes a huge impact so when we need service, we need it from someone that understands our situation and gets the job done.So heres my long story. When my truck went down I thought it would be down for days so I brought another one down from Wisconsin. When I got there I realized the truck I brought wouldnt work (the guys already had our largest truck, a one ton dually GMC Sierra diesel, my 3/4 ton wouldnt do the job) I contacted the closest GM dealer to where the truck was and called a tow truck. The GM dealer assured and guaranteed me that they would have a lift ready to go when I got there and would get me out in a couple hours.My tow truck came from STS, and my tow truck driver was Tony (Tony is awesome!!!). Tony and I loaded my truck up and I then followed with the other truck down the road to the GM dealer to get it fixed. When we got there (15 minutes after I called again for reassurance that my truck would get right in) I was told to get the truck parked out back and they would get to it at the end of the day or first thing next day. WTF!!!I told Tony my disgust and thoroughly let the GM dealer know as well. Tony told me to call a number and ask for Drew, the Service Manager at STS. Tony also told me there was a guy there that loves working on Duramax diesels and is very good at what he does. I explained my situation and what I needed, and Drew said get it down here right away and well start immediately. Again I was assured and thats what I had to go with.When we got there we pulled into a large parking lot, that was beautifully clean, with a well maintained clean shop with busy people all over with smiles on their faces. Drew walked out to the tow truck and looked at my truck right away to see what we all needed, shortly behind him was the tech that likes the Duramax diesels and who was going to work on my truck (wish I remembered his name, another awesome employee at STS). The guys got a game plan, backed my truck up to the open bay like they promised they would, and got it off the truck and ready to be worked on.I went over a few things on my truck and then asked where to get some lunch (apparently theres a lot of fried chicken close by, we chose Subway down the road about a mile). The job on my truck (two tie rods and a few odds and ends) was a 2.4 hour flat rate job at the GM dealer so we figured we had some time to kill. We were gone for about an hour for lunch when we returned, and we returned to my truck already done and parked in a stall!I got top notch service and great care for my property from the minute I met Tony to the minute Drew gave me the bill. The bill made me smile as well, I knew I was going to have an expensive day but my total for the tow, the parts, labor, and the odds and ends I added to be done, was less than the estimate for just the tie rods at the GM dealer.In the end, this is where you need to take your vehicles for all of your car care needs, these guys are honest, on time, understanding, respectful, caring, and are great at over-delivering on their promises. If I lived in the area I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else.Thank you again to the guys at STS!!!
