Great service and a friendly staff. They were timely in the work that they did and I was impressed. Unfortunately, I would would want to let people know that my experience was not all good. During the work, apparently two studs were broken and the vehicle that I drove in they said could not leave their lot without being towed. They did not cover any of the cost for towing or repairs and did not take responsibility for the issue. (They claimed that one of the studs was already broken and another must have been just hanging on by a thread.) What bothers me most is that they were not equipped to fix a simple TIRE problem in house. I would imagine that this is not an uncommon problem and would caution that it could happen to you. Prehaps it was a perfect storm because it happened to be two studs and not one. Apparently, this is not uncommon with Nissan vehicles and their thread pitch. The news also came to me at an inconvenient time which caused stress upon my family. In the end, the staff in the office was helpful in identifying a tow company (K & B Towing was great) and lining up repairs (Guy at Butita Brothers was very accommodating).

Awesome place, they checked my tires without having to get out. They found a nail in my tire and they took it out and patched it up for free. Very friendly people work at this location. I recommend going here for all your tire needs.

Was like getting a Nascar pit crew tire change. Crew was super fast and fun to watch. Prices are reasonable. Took 14 minutes for 4 brand new tires to be put on. Staff was very friendly will be back.

I had bought tires previously from Costco that were wearing way too fast, even with the routine tire rotations. When I asked why this was happening with my all season tires, I was told the warranty wouldnt apply because I lived in WI, and we have to change out our tires in the winter. While looking for new tires, my last stop was at Discount Tire. They were AMAZING! Thankfully they were a dealer for the brand of tire I bought from Costco, because they were able to get money back from the manufacturer since the tires wore too fast. If I remember, I should have been able to drive them for another 30,000 miles! Anyhow, I love my new tires. They are still wearing well, I received the money from the manufacturer as well as a rebate card for buying four new tires. DT really helped me sort through all of this when Costco wouldnt. Well Costco Tire, you lost a customer, and Im happy at Discount Tire!

We had an appointment at 11am, we got their early at 10:30am, we no more than got out of the car and one guy was their to take it right in and started working on changing the tires, they had all 4 changed by 11am and even let us know about a bad wheel bearing. The price they quoted on the phone was the price we paid.. I highly recommend discount tires. fast, friendly, and courteous service.. 5 stars all the way!!!

Discount tires reminds me of an Americas Tires location back in California. They are super helpful and friendly. They where also very thorough in checking my tires for punctures when I notified them that I keep losing air pressure in my tires.

Very curtious, attentive in the lobby and on the work floor. They know there business quite well. Prices are competitive with everybody else, If not cheaper. Getting all my tires there from now on. Lobby is huge and they have a very large window so you can watch them work on your vehicle. Who else do you know that does that. ( Nobody does).

Excellent service. Went in because I had a tire with a slow leak from a previous patch job. Super quick response and was told I needed to replace the tire and that my other three were getting low on tread as well. I went ahead and replaced all four tires as well. Didn’t feel pressured into buying higher priced tires and they were honest and upfront about prices. Super quick and friendly service all around. Will definitely be coming back for all my tire rotation and etc.

This is my go to tire dealer. They usually have the best prices on tires; but if they dont, they will match prices. They offer free rotations and rebalancing for the life of the tires they install which is a huge plus. They are very honest and helpful.

They got me in immediately and I was on my way with 4 new tires installed before my scheduled appointment time! Outstanding service! Was driving across country and needed two new tires. Staff was very helpful and got me out quickly and back on the road.

Poor service. Ordered tires they came in while I was out of town for work. They said they would hold them. And shipped them back. When I went to pick them up they had bad attitudes about it. They never called to ask if I was still coming in to get them. Then never offered to order new ones. Would not recommend the Janesville store.

My valve stem literally broke when I was trying to fill my tire with air. Other places I called wanted to charge me anywhere from $87 to $125 to replace the sensor and valve stem. I called Discount Tires and asked if they could do it and how much would they charge. Because the tire was already off the car, I just asked if they could just replace the valve stem and I would deal with the sensor when I get home. The guy on the phone said they could do that and not charge me. So they replaced the whole stem at no charge and placed the tire back on my car for me. I always have a great experience when I come to Discount Tire. Keep up the great work guys!

Easy to select and order tires online and the staff was fast and courteous. Hands-down one of the best experiences I’ve had at a tire shop. Pricing was, as the company’s name implies, very competitive – after installation it was the lowest in town for the tires I selected. I ordered the tires online and within a few hours they had arrived and were scheduled to be installed the next day. The best part was the staff didn’t try to “con” me into a bunch of additional repairs to my vehicle that were unneeded. I’m handy with a set of wrenches and maintain all of my vehicles personally – it’s crazy what some tire shops try to get you to spend money on outside of tire replacement.

Absolutely love discount tire. I have been using them for years in Madison so when I moved to Janseville last spring I definitely planned on going to this location once I needed some tire work done. Had an appointment at 830 for 4 new tires today and was in and out in a half hour. The guy was very professional and nice while I waited. If you need anything tire related for your vehicle I would recommend discount tire on Milton Ave.

This is the best place ever for tires. Id give it 6 stars if I could. They are ALWAYS able to service my walk in needs right away. They have replaced 2 of my tires (under warranty) at no charge, no questions asked. Very happy to help even tho it was all my fault hah. Always friendly/courteous, super fast service. The only place I go for tires. Incredible service thirty minutes in and out for four new tires. Who else does that. Wish they were closer to me but well worth the drive.

All but one of the staff was courteous, and friendly! The other one wasnt friendly at all! He wasnt outright rude, but certainly wasnt friendly! Their work seems more than satisfactory! It was done in a timely manner!!

Excellent service, friendly, and reasonable price for tires. When I went into that shop and I told them that I’m deaf and they grabbed paper and pen quickly and communicate with me very well. They told me how bad old tires is. They replace tires quickly with less than hour as I expected. I saw every available staffs went to work on my truck and get it done quickly. I could recommend for any deaf or other people to check this out!!!

Had an appointment it took a half hour to change all four tires. The staff was very professional. Offered water & coffee.Place was nice & clean.As long as the price is right Ill be doing business with this company from now on.
