Came in for an oil change and fuel issue. Turns out I had a gas leak. The line was no longer made for my vehicle, one had to be constructed. My wife and I are going through some tough times and knew it was going to be something we couldnt afford to get fixed. Robin got it pushed through as a warranty issue and Craig got it fabricated and installed in no time. Fantastic service!

The service lady robin talks to people like they are sub human and makes you feel like your worthless the amount of time spent making me feel like I know nothing was unbelievable a simple hey this part is bad would have worked the run around and dealing with her belittling me and my spouse is un called for and I can even use my proper info out of fear of retaliation due to her demeanor what a horrible place to conduct business at if this is the way people are treated

Got my first real deal through here, many discouraging maintenance issues with the vehicle. The Service department and CNC has been tremendously helpful and in making me feel like a top priority during these issues. So then I got sick and Karen was amazing at helping me get through a tuff time with my family and helped me so I would have to lose my car. They made buying my first car an awful experience I got into an accident and its now been well over a month and still no new car as they promised and they dont call you back when they say they will they are slow and to be honest I dont recommend anyone going there the sales people are nice but Im extremely unhappy with the people in the bank as they are rude, dont know how to keep in contact, or keep you current on information, they dont ever know whats going on they keep telling me the insurance company picks up my old car yet the insurance company says otherwise so I think the place is awful all in all and I promise they will never get anyone referred to them by me! Plus they keep saying they dont have a check for my car yet the insurance company says it was sent out over 13 days ago and it only takes 3-5 days to get there so Im very annoyed and will be calling the corporate office this morning

The worst car I have ever purchased! and it was extremely over priced, almost triple what bluebook says it’s worth and I have not had a single day the car worked properly. As soon as I took the car home the power steering lines blew and the service people failed to fix the issue and returned the vehicle with more leaks than it went in with .I do not recommend that you purchase a vehicle here.

Horrible. My girlfriends car sounds like it has a cold. When we take it in for repairs they don’t do anything but reset the check engine light. We hooked it up to the diagnosis computers and it gave us about 5 different errors all they were doing was resetting the check engine light itself. Please don’t go here they’ll screw you over and you’ll be stuck because you signed the contract.

I would never recommend here! My check engine light has been on since the day after I bought the car. The service center are the worst people to deal with! They dont answer the phone or return phone calls. I have only had my car a few months and I cant wait until I can trade my car in somewhere else just to get away from this place.

Place is a joke. Half these reviews are fake. They repossessed my car after having it for two years...over 1 late payment. Due to a change of jobs. Joclyn said I was okay, next thing I know I walk out and the cars is gone. Good riddance! Paid them way over retail for the car anyways. Got a new and better one. However, taking someones car for 1 late payment, telling them youll work with them...thats BS. Especially when theyve been a customer over two years

We had an amazing buying experience here. As many have mentioned we had the pleasure of working with Chris. We stopped in on a fluke unprepared to Evan apply and he got half of the process done within 40 mins. We were on a time constraint and he saved us time by letting me use his computer to print off pay stubs instead of me having to go and ask my employer to do it. We had to split this process up over two days and Chris kept us up to date through email. He did his best to get us what we wanted and helped us negotiate a lower monthly payment with no money down, even though our credit isnt The greatest. The buying process as a consumer put me at ease. They go over a monthly budget with detailed expenses included the payment for the vehicle insurance etc. It made me really see how this would effect our finances to ensure we werent getting into somthing we couldnt handle comfortably. We walked out with a car today feeling very confident in our decision in financing with them. Thanks again Chris.

I got a car from here and every month something new was wrong and they blamed me every time, my back seat is sticking out from them fixing on my car which made it worse so it looks horrible when people come sit in it . They are careless and will rip a female off they are chargeing me 8 thoughts for a car that’s worth 3 thousand . This is my first car I didn’t expect this type of service. I was driving on the highway and my whole car turned off on my locked up had to find a ride home and leave my car and they tried to make me pay when it wasn’t my fault I’m observer

This is the worst dealership you could ever by a car from. They sold me a piece of junk that doesnt even run. I even got a brand new battery for the car and it still dont run. Not only do they over price there cars, but there finance department is absolutely the worst people I have ever dealt with in my life. The person who always seems to pick up the phone at CNAC is a person named Kelly and she is one of the rudest, most sarcastic person I have ever dealt with and she hangs up on you if you she doesnt like something you have to say. All tohether, its a very unprofessional company and CNAC especially!!! They need to have all new employees to work for the company because they clearly dont know proper customer service skills at this business. Would NEVER recommend this company for anything. I recommend the bigger car dealerships such as Honda or Ford or one of the brand named dealers. They may seem more expensive but I have had much better experiences with those dealerships than this place. AWFUL COMPANY!!!!!!!

I bought a convertible car from them back in January, the top is broken. The only electric port in the car is broken. Overall I hate the car I got from them. I’m can’t wait until I’m able to trade this POS in at a different dealership and get a new car. Not only did I get a broken car, I was pressured into it. I don’t recommend going to JD Byrider at all.
