My very first visit was amazing, I had even signed up for their membership program. I was so excited about it. I had scheduled an appointment two weeks out for a vacation trip and on my way to my appointment someone had rescheduled it without my consent. When I got to the location the receptionist claimed that there was no way to fix it even me showing proof of my original scheduled appointment. She then proceeded to tell me I could get waxed but it would have to be with their male tech. I have a very real fear of men and finding this out sent me into a panic attack, the receptionist seemed to find this funny. I even asked if there was any way she could see if another location could fit me in. Again they messed up on their end and still wouldnt work with me. Another tech saw the situation and took me back for my wax. I was discounted less than half for my next appointment, which for the emotional stress they put me through just seemed like not enough. Fast forward and I wanted to cancel my membership, I had the district managers number because of the previous incident; I called her multiple times to get my membership cancelled due to the the fact I didnt want to have to go through that stress again. I literally had to call and hound them to get a call back confirming that it was handled and I wasnt going to be charged again for a service I wasnt going to use. I didnt even ask for a refund I just wanted to be done with the whole situation. I feel from start to finish nothing was handled professionally and Im so disappointed about it. I had high hopes for this place. The only reason Im giving it two stars is because of the wonderful techs that work there but how they managed everything was really not okay.

I had two services completed and both were done with the utmost care and professionalism. I had little anxiety going into the appointment because I had a very terrible experience at another studio and I hadnt had waxing services done in a while, but my experience was very pleasant and I had had minimal discomfort. My technicianAshanti was great! She provided clear instructions and was experienced with what she was doing. I would definitely recommend and will be going back for my next service.

First time customer. Staff was professional and friendly. Establishment was very clean and calm. This was a great value. Costas is perfection in an esthetician. Very funny and extremely knowledgeable. I pre booked my next appointment. Get the skin care take home products! If it matters to you, they are also in compliance with covid mandates. I personally cant stand the covid mask mandates, but they enforced it and were polite about it. All around, great experience.

First off, the receptionist Jocelyn is amazing! She is so friendly and inviting. My personal tech Bailey was super nice, she made me relaxed and not stressed about the procedure. She was very informing as well which made me even more comfortable. They also have comfortable chairs and great music in the rooms as well. Recommend 100%! Definitely coming back!!

My experience was absolutely amazing. First off, Prince at the front check in greeted me like I knew him all my life. He made me feel so comfortable. Gave me the service details and helped me get over my wax phobia. My wax-ologist Nichole was hands down the greatest. Very gentle yet got the job done. Friendly and fast. I recommend this place to all my family and friends. The best service ever.

Let me start by saying that my experience here is USUALLY nothing short of amazing. I started off seeing Nicole for my Brazilians but she has since left the company so I now see Simone who I adore. She makes the experience feel as comfortable as it can be and is honest and easy to talk to, BOOK HER!!!But unfortunately, yesterday, I had an appointment with another specialist (who I wont name here) who fell detrimentally short. I booked her last minute because Simone wasnt working at the time I was available. First thing the esthetician said when she came in the room was that she was ready to go home. She made absolutely no attempt at conversation, overwaxed me, and left me with plenty of hair in places it shouldnt have been. When the service was over, I said thank you, she left the room and that was it. I left a tip because it wouldve been wrong not to but that was a terrible experience from a place I usually love. I of course will only book Simone from now on no matter what but itd be nice to have a high standard of care from EVERYONE because besides the woman I saw yesterday, everyone who works here is the BEST, receptionists included!

I absolutely love Brazils! I recently moved to Jacksonville and I was so happy when I found Brazils! The Riverside location is so nice and convenient. Jocelyn has always been so sweet and helpful, especially when figuring out the membership process. I usually get Brazilians and Simone is definitely my go to esthetician! She works quickly and efficiently and she’s so fun to chat with, which definitely takes your mind off of the pain. 10/10 would recommend!

This place is wonderful. I was doing my single dad weekend visits hoping to alleviate my oldest of some self confidence issues. The staff was amazingly supportive, willingly educating us about the services and was incredibly delicate is my daughters first time. But just to top it off the reception changed the music playlists to something accommodating of a 10 yro! Talk about customer service, really great people, thank you.

I just had my first post quarantine waxing service. A Brazilian and Eyebrows. LOVE! Super clean, techs wear masks, vegan wax sticks to hair not skin and there is no melted wax in the room. Once you are situated, they bring it in a small container. Loved the chair Brazilian so much better than a table. Nicole thank you honey! I will be back. Excellent customer service. Tight schedule so be on time. No waiting.

Do not go here UNLESS your waxer is Costas! Costas is THE BEST! I had him twice before and I’ll never go here unless it’s him. He is AMAZING. Made me feel comfy, less painful, and quick! The last the timeI went and I got someone different. This lady literally had me leaving in tears. I was sobbing in pain. I’ve never been so upset. My body was so sweaty from the pain. I left a puddle. I couldn’t even finish the appointment. She did not know what she was doing? Maybe she was new? She did same spots repeatedly. I was screaming... and I have a high pain threshold. She asked me to take a look cause she said the waxWouldn’t hold onto my hair cause it was too short. ... which it wasn’t! It was the same length I always go in with. ... so I look at what she’s done. It looked awful. So patching not complete. Just pain and bumps. I got up and was SHOCKED. What could she have been doing?! She did too many strips. Hesitating with them too. Making it MORE painful. The wax was too hot and I told her this. She continued to put it on places that were not suppose to be! && besides all of this. They tried saying it was my fault it was so painful cause my hair was too short.. if this was her professional opinion, she should have sent me home And rescheduled ! But she didn’t. She kept me there.Unprofessional.PLEASE book here with COSTAS. && no one else!That’s all I have to say about that.

The shop is clean, pretty, and smells good. Great and friendly customer service as soon as you walk in and are greeted. The wax is one-time use per customer (no big vat of wax that gets used on everyone) and you sit in a recliner chair instead of on a table.I saw Simone and she was friendly, talkative, quick and very thorough. This was my first time getting a full Brazilian and she made me feel comfortable.The after-care product has been helping out with the after effects on my sensitive skin (had some redness and bumps that have since calmed down). Its basically a chemical exfoliate to help remove any dry or dead skin raised up from pulling the hair out.

Worst waxing experience. The wax lady Riley bragged about doing drugs the night before. Front desk rep was very sweet. He made me feel welcome when I hit the door. Due to her unprofessionalism I won’t be back. If I had just came into contact with the front desk man I would totally be back.

Had my eyebrows done by Costas and he spent so much time really making them look perfect and detailed them so well I will for sure be back!

Ill start with the good, then explain why i only left 3 stars. (read all the way through its worth it)Pros: Nicole did my wax and she was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and very professional. She seemed very knowledge about the process and was able to relate. She explained what she was going to do before doing it, but made sure to also distract me to ensure I didnt tense up or do anything to make it hurt worse. She was phenomenal and made sure to get everything! I wish i had just dealt with her the entire time. Facility was also very clean.Cons: I was using a Groupon and the receptionist and supervisor didnt understand you can redeem on your end to print the Groupon and use is that way. They indirectly accused me of trying to use my Groupon twice and stated something along the lines of we have no way of confirming you didnt use it, print it and try using it again. They werent even willing to redeem on their end to ensure this wasnt the case, they just jumped to this conclusion. VERY unprofessional. I had to argue with them both before and after my wax for them to understand I am allowed to print my Groupon and present it there and i do not have to have the app (i dont keep misc apps on my phone that i dont use frequently). The supervisor, who i was talking to on speaker on the employees cell phone, was very rude and was unwilling to check anything on her end and simply said its policy that they cannot accept my printed Groupon. After fighting with them both the supervisor finally agreed to try to redeem my Groupon on her end, and wouldnt you know it worked and I, in fact, had not tried to be fraudulent. In addition, no one ever mentioned to me that theres only a 5 minute grace period and i made my appointment over the phone with them. I am the type of person who likes to be 5 minutes early somewhere but life happens and they tried to make me reschedule for being 8 minutes late. They were not busy and I was the only customer there. Had this been relayed to me when I scheduled, I would not have been so upset.So all in all, had I only dealt with Nicole, Id give 5 stars simply because I could not give more. Nicole is also what prevented me from leaving less stars. Had I only dealt with the receptionist and the supervisor I would have left 1 star, simply because i could not leave less.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very clean, only thing that sucks is parking, as this waxing center is in a very popular area.

This place is straight northside environment to be in Orange Park. Very very unprofessional horrible in communication. Appearance is not up to part looks like rock star daycare workers. The receptionist just as lost as the idiot who answered the phone and they did not accommodate me as a first time visit. Worst waxing experience ever. This is not the end!!!
