I do not recommend Bushors.1. Communication is not very good. I called to get a quote to remove 3 trees. The nice lady could only pass my number to the tech and Id have to wait for a callback. I never received a callback in several days, so I called again. The nice lady arranged for the tech to come by and look at the job since he was in my neighborhood.2. I received a quote to remove 2 palm trees and a1crape myrtle for $1500. The quote was not itemized. I decided to only remove the 2 palms. I called the office to schedule the tree removal and the nice lady passed my number to the tech to schedule a day. Again, the tech did not call me. The nice lady notified me that the tech would be in my area and could remove both palms on a Tuesday. I agreed to the day and the trees were removed nicely. I was invoiced for $1400. I questioned why I was quoted $1500 for 3 trees and invoiced $1400 for 2 trees. The reasoning was convoluted at best. I partially blame myself for not asking for an itemized quote. I partially blame Bushors for not being upfront with their pricing.3. Although the tree removal went well, the techs laid a terrible looking mismatched mulch on top of my red rubber mulch. I wish they wouldve cleared that with me beforehand, poor communication. They also left Gatorade and water bottles in my yard and flower bed.4. I went to the website to pay my invoice. The site charges a $42 convenience fee!!!I will never use this company again or recommend them.

The gentleman who came to the house to inspect the job scope was pretty decent, almost convincing and I would have had the job done right away if it wasnt for a wait period of 2 to 3 months. Now, the customer service rep who handles the scheduling over the phone...horrible...thats another story...first I asked her to put me on the wait list but that I would need to shop around because the wait time was a little too long and I would probably be deployed soon, she just snapped, incredibly rude and unprofessional stating she had no time for nonsense that they were the best at what they do and clicked. Fast forward to 3 months Im back from deployment and I get this call...didnt click at first but there she was. Telling me her people would be around my area at the end of the month and they could do my tree, I told her it had been a long time and needed to revisit to call me the day after to confirm. Old habits dont die though, she snapped again with almost the same line I will just cancel I dont have time for nonsense...I dont think you understand what a business is or how to even run a front desk if u are even working from one. Learn to gain customers, learn the simple rules of customer service and satisfaction and then, maybe then, you might be the best at what you do. Fire the ogre and u will breakout from the pack. What a shame and what a blessing to have found a 25$ tree saw that I just used to do the job myself and came out pretty darn good. You motivated me to just do that and I thank you from the bottom of my heart I dont think I wouldve done it if I hadnt run into you. I guess you are out of 800$.

You guys are awesome I am so grateful that you put out the wood chips. I have a place beside my driveway that was a mud pit from parking my camper on it. I read that you could make a parking pad out of wood chips. 3 truck loads later I have a nice clean looking parking area. Thank you for putting out the free wood chips.

The Water oak in our yard was overgrown with mistletoe and desperately needed thinning. They came out right on schedule and did a great job on our tree and cleaned up every limb and leaf. Our tree looks so healthy now, and for a great value.

Everything from the estimate to the cleanup was done with speed, care and concern. Bushor trimmed a large oak and removed four other trees - two of which were 50 ft. Maples. They brought in a fleet of trucks and had the best equipment imaginable! Their expertise in stump grinding was amazing as they had to grind within 6 inches of an A/C line. My tree looks beautiful and healthy. Theyve taken care of my trees before and they always do a great job. The business has arborists, which is extremely important to assess the health of my trees and how to proceed. They are not just a cutting trees business. They are tree doctors!

Excellent service and a very reasonable price. Brian was prompt in arriving for the estimate and they were able to fit me into an open spot in their schedule. They arrived at around 7:45am and were finished grinding two stumps by 1pm. One large multi-trunk camphor (over two houses and with a power line running through it) and a medium black cherry. The handled them without issue. Good people.

I got bids from six or seven different tree companies to cut down and stump-grind a 70+ft water oak in our front yard. Bushors offered the lowest bid, and not only were they the most affordable but their work was fantastic.They showed up right at 8 a.m., their team staged all the equipment, they cut down the tree, ground the stump and cleaned up before 11 a.m.it truly was a thing of beauty and Im so glad we chose them.

Bushors provided us with outstanding service from a no pressure estimate to leaving us with totally cleaned work areas. I had this monster of an oak tree looming, menacingly, over my home. They brought their team and equipment in and made short work of it. 1 massive crane and a bucket crane. Tons of wood. We had several large pine trees removed by Bushors Tree Surgeons. Brad and his team were very professional. They had all the equipment needed to remove the trees promptly and with no damage to other plants, trees or structures. The crew took time to put down plywood so there was no damage to our drive or lawn. We were very pleased with their work and will use them again the future.I recommend them very highly.

I had two large maple trees in my difficult to access backyard, but the Bushors team handled them with no problem with a crane. Our experience with Bushors was excellent! From scheduling the estimate, Competitive pricing to clean up. The whole staff was very professional and pleasant to work with Mrs. Tammy in the office was a joy to work with very professional and easy to talk to. She explained exactly how the job was to go from scheduling with JEA due to power lines all the way to the cleanup process and it went exactly how she described it. The crew was punctual arriving exactly when they were supposed to and got straight to the business of removing our tree. The only way to describe the process would be to say it was like an orchestra of chainsaws, cranes and wood chippers. The men were laser focused and took great care as to not damage any property while working very safe, never once did I think someone may get hurt. Even though the crew was very busy doing their jobs not one hesitation or inkling of frustration was given when asked a question they always responded in a professional manner and answered my questions thoroughly. Their equipment was modern cutting-edge and appeared to be well maintained and in excellent condition. The only way you would know we had a 50-60 foot tree with a huge canopy would be to know that it was there prior to the removal or the patch of dirt left after the removal other than that every single wood chip was cleaned up. Absolutely in awe!!! My husband and I could not be more pleased with the servive we recieved. Bushor tree surgeons are the cream of the crop. They arrived before 8am(outstanding) and completed the cutting, debris removal and cleaning of four hugh pines before 4pm. More so, we commend them because they had to remove two in a tight space. We live in a cul de sac, and as we found out, that was not even a challenge for them. It was extremely hot and they remained courteous and smiling the entire time. I did check the reviews ahead of time and everyone was on point with their comments. There were six guys, but we only got the names of two.
