We have used Scott at Twigg Tree Care Services, formerly Twigg Brothers Tree Service, for many years. He is always professional and arrives when he says he will be there. The work his crew does is safe and everthing is clearly explained. A written estimate is provided detailing the work. We called him at 12:30am after Irma landed a tree on our home. As soon as it was safe to do so, Scott and his crew were out here removing the tree. We will use them again and I have recommended Twigg Tree Care to friends and family. Everyone at Twigg Tree Care has made a stressful situation easier to handle.

The work that was done on the trees was great. However, in the process they broke the railing on my front porch. I was not notified, and had to discover it when I came home from work. I was promised it would be fixed, which it was but in very poor fashion. The work they did to repair my railing was subpar at best, and left me to spend more of my money in trying to fix it up the best I could. I wrote the company to tell them of my dismay, but received no response. I guess they had my money at that point, so no follow up was done.

Scott at Twigg Tree Care Services and his crew did an excellent job trimming and removing branches from a large sycamore tree in my backyard. They provided a very professional service.
