Helpful staff.

Dont bring your new cell here ever I just got the brand new Samsung s20 ultra 5g and the lady there scratched my brand new cell bc she had long nails the cell was over a grand and they scratched it if you have long nails u dont need to be working with phones that are this much how is this OK im so upset this was my Xmas gift my cell I had for 2yrs the s9 dont even have a scratch on it and I trust someone who works there and this is the outcome just makes me sick knowing I spent over a grand on this cell and she can careless and scratches my new cell

The staff at this location were wonderful. We came from a terrible location with poor attitude faul mouth staff (located off of Normandy blvd & Cassat Ave). The staff at Normandy blvd should be reprimanded. The staff at this location were very helpful and cheerful. They provided a wonderful atmosphere, and good energy. I would come back to only this location anytime as I know I will always feel welcome here.

This MetroPCS is phenomenal. They are kind and welcoming. They keep the place nice and clean. Great customer service. I would return for sure.

I came in a told him I was only paying a certain amount for my current plan. I asked him if I added on a second line would I still be paying the same amount for both. He lied and said yes. Also, the price he told me before the recepit came was different from the amount the receipt said. The screen protector that he gave me outside the box cost $20.

I asked the younger hispanic guy working here if I can make an emergency phone call to call a locksmith and he said NO. I was lucky that the Older gentleman (employee) was nice enough to let me use the store phone to call a locksmith after I lock my self out of my car. So not sure what star to give.

This is my favorite Metro PCS store in Jacksonville. Every time I go here I am greeted politely. The employees offer real assistance for my troubles and i especially like their staff.

This place is a joke. No actual customer service skills at all. Maybe MetroPCS is a decent company, however, their local stores are giving them a worse reputation then they already have. Would not recommend going to this location if at all possible.

Great customer service and bilingual staff, which is getting more necessary in the area...A little slow with the service though...

Needed to replace my phone fast, called ahead and she had me ready to go in 10 minutes. Love my new J7 Prime!

I have never had an issue with this location. But today it seems they decided they would close their doors early. Showed up prior to 8 pm. Doors were locked for employees inside. I guess tough luck for me taking care of my cell phone plan today.

After 15 years & never late on my bill they couldnt help me with an activation on a new phone !!! Bye-Bye Metro !!!!!

I went last week to this store and the girl there was so slow. Its took 40 minutes to do something the other guy made in 20.
