If need an entry level call center position thats is paying lower than average pay for the same position at other companies you get the job.

My experience with Dial America was very pleasant and polite and informational. I will recommend people to come and visit.

I actually work there and I gotta say one of the best places to work in jax only because of the upper management they are so real and down to earth people and they try to make sure your needs are met and very flexible schedule

Fail America, pardon me Daily America is prejudice. They dont hire people with a background in today society. Thats sad they would let talented people slip through their fingers because they made poor decisions in their past. All have fell short at some point in their life.

Very unsanitary! You move desk daily. You don’t get a full weeks ours. There is no structure. The pay sucks and basically you have to work your way up from 8.50 a week and the following week you are back at 8.50 again. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. It needs to be closed down. They sell SiriusXM radio packages, and constantly cold calls people and are very harassing.

This company is a scam. They only pay $8.50 and lie and say the average person makes about $10 a hour and up to $13 but that’s a lie. Working there for 5 months working 40 hours a week i made $8.50 - $9.90 a week. The management is very poor they promote anyone just to fill in spots and all they do is walk around. There a select few of 10 people that make $13 a hour and it’s the same 10 people every week that just happen to be cool with the managers. They have so many rules and regulations but the favorites literally do as they please. DO NOT WORK HERE TRUST ME WASTE OF TIME.

Very unsanitary. You move desks everyday and have to find headsets, basically first come first serve type deal. I’ve seen ear wax, lotion, and make up smeared all over the head sets. Crumbs of food and hairs all over the desks and key boards. Some of the people at work we’re very unhygienic, I mean I know it’s not Harvard grads in there but take a shower and put on deodorant!I accepted this job as a summer position, did not find myself staying there long at all. Pay is 8.50 an hour and you can make up to 13 an hour if you reach 36 sales which is nearly impossible working part time. Pretty much min wage.As far as the work goes, it’s very tedious and mundane. You literally read the script over and over in attempts to get sales cold calling people.The management was all over the place, I feel like there were way to many of them just walking around, most of them don’t even really do anything I have observed some of them literally just walking around and chatting and clicking up with personal favorites and have private meetings with those particular people for an excessive amount time.Kind of reminds me of a washed up high school vibe. Pretty sure the managers there were pilled up or coked out.I would not recommend this place because as far as call centers go, especially in Jacksonville there are just way better options out there than DialAmerica.For any young person needing a job, I suggest you stay in school and get a degree.

Very professional interview and friendly

I had an interview here the other day. I went through a long process of tests just to find out that the pay is lousy. The manager and other employees were very professional and friendly but it’s pointless unless you’re extremely desperate.
