This location is awesome! I was in a bind when my phone started glitching so I went on my lunch break to Verizon and was greeted with a friendly smile by David. I explained my situation and he immediately looked up my account and went over my opinions. He was honest and upfront about what he would do if he was in my situation and found ways to benefit me. I was able to get a new iPhone for cheaper than what the cost would have been to ship it out and have it be fixed even with it being insured. He understood my financial situation and even gave me some discounts on top of it. I was in and out in under an hour and felt like I had excellent service the entire time. It was an extremely easy transition from one phone to another and with David’s help it went so smoothly. I’ve been with Verizon for over 10 years and it’s great service like what I received today that keeps me around.

Came into the Bartram location to have my service changed from art and had the pleasure of working with Jayson. He made everything extremely seamless and explained the plan, promotions, ect. I’ll be coming back to this location and telling others about their top notch customer service. Thank you!!

My 1st experience with Chad was on the phone when I was trying to find a different cell phone provider from the initial phone call he was so helpful that I decided to go into the store. He was extremely helpful that time (even coming on his day off) and again i came back and both times I could not ask for a nicer, kinder, most energetic gentleman to help anyone. I give him 5 stars but if I could give him 10 stars I would. I thank him for everything he did for myself my granddaughter and my grandson Thank you so much Chad!

The one word people would want to have in mind whenever they are purchasing or replacing a new phone is honesty. You want to know what you are getting without worrying somethings off. And with the friendly staff at this Verizon, you are going to get every detail, every honest answer, and no strings attached or hidden information.My experience has been very pleasant when I needed to replace a dying phone. A fellow named Adam told me everything I needed to know while all the same being very intuitive at what he does. Every single step, he made it simple to understand, made set up very easy from my old phone to the new one, and he answered the important questions with even extra information I thought I would never get from somebody in Verizon. It blew my mind how easygoing and friendly Adam and Dylan were, and Im extremely satisfied with my new phone that they were able to provide for me.~

Pushy, rude sales girl with a very casual approach to the truth. I am rather bewildered since theres so much competition. Practically nothing in the store (see photos). There are Verizon stores on every corner so choose a different one and save yourself a lot of aggravation.

David (the manager) was very professional and courteous. He knows how to treat his customers. I was acknowledged instantly and he was very helpful. He answered all my questions and he was a real pleasure to do business with. I have been to several Verizon stores since I have been with them since 2005 and he is by far the best. He knows his job very well snd he was training a person by the name of Brett. He was also very, very nice and helpful as well. This will be the only store I will go to from now on. The two that are on San Jose Blvd need a lesson from David and Brett on how to treat customers that walk into your store and want to give you their business.FIVE STARS to David and Brett!! This is the best experience I’ve ever had with Verizon! My mom and I went in initially to upgrade my phone,but they had such good deals and David was so knowledgeable/helpful that my mom even ended up getting a new phone. Very patient with helping her transfer her stuff over from a very old phone! I highly recommend this store,the workers aren’t pushy and will genuinely help you and answer all questions. This is the only location I’m going to from now on! Ask for David,thanks again guys. :)

My husband and I went to Verizon store today. Initially was to get some info because I lost my phone. And Jayson was the person that helped us. He took his time going over our insurance policy and everything else. He was a big help setting up our phone and I would recommend everyone to come to this location because this guy knows what he is doing.

Love coming to this Verizon store every time I come in with an issue the lovely Courtney saves my husband, my disabled mother and myself and does it so fast every single time this girl is definitely a pro if you want more than just great phone service but a great person to help you along the way and discloses EVERYTHING up front without you really needing to read it all go see her you won’t have to do much by the time she’s done helping you with everything. If it wasn’t for her I would have left Verizon years ago and if I’m being honest she is the only reason my family and I still have Verizon
