I have used Truly Nolan since 2015 and they never cease to amaze me with their customer service and their ability to get the job done. We just moved into a new rental and it was infested with Cockroaches. One call one they were here right afer the holiday. They youngest of out household is terrified by these bugs and the technician took time to show her what he was doing and that it would all be over soon! Talk about making a little girl happy again! I’ve recently rented a home and quickly realized I had a German roach infestation. It was so bad we were unable to move into the home without resolution. I reached out to Truly Nolen and after an inspection was advised they would in fact be able to get rid of the disgusting roaches. There were just so many I wasn’t immediately a believer but 3 weeks later I was able to move in to the home. I haven’t seen any a few months but saw 2 last week so I placed a service call. I am rarely home when treatments are done, but today I was home when technician Valiant arrived. He was polite and professional. What prompted this review was how thorough he was. Valiant removed the drawers form my kitchen to look and treat underneath them. He removed the adhesive covers in the cabinets (after getting my permission) and explained they actually create an environment that is attractive to the nasty bugs. He pulled just about everything from under my sink so he could inspect every area to make certain he identified and treated any space they may be hiding or trying to enter. I was very impressed as I have had pest control most of my life but I have never seen a technician so detailed and so committed to doing a fantastic job. We are new to the area & needed a new pest company for preventative services. The wonderful lady that answered the phone when I called was amazing. Austin (I think) came out this morning for our first treatment. He was a few minutes early, so professional, knowledgeable, and he was extremely patient with my one million questions! He told me exactly what he was using & doing as he did it which was great. I was nervous about choosing a company that I couldn’t get reviews from someone I personally know (although the online reviews were awesome) but I am very happy with my choice! After discovering a bug issue in our food business vehicle we immediately called our pest control company and were told they wouldn’t be able to get to us for at least a few days. After being a customer for over 3 years we were very disappointed. We called around and no one could come out same day until I called Truly Nolen and the manager, Kevin, was out to us within 2 hours. They understood the importance of our issue and helped us address is promptly. Normal circumstances they wouldn’t do treatment on the first day because the first time is usually a quote but he made sure to bring all treatment equipment and went ahead and treated for us to help ease our minds. Drew at Truly Nolen Pest Control did a great job explaining the advantages of Sentricon termite baiting stations over conventional liquid termite treatments. The installation was quick, clean and easy. Truly Nolens termite warranty - also explained very, very well by Drew - gives me peace of mind going forward.

General Manager Kevin is very fair with his employees and a dedicated leader. Those who have worked with him for any length of time, as I have, respect and admire him. Kevin demands staff who are willing and able to provide the highest level of customer service, and not everyone makes the cut. His careful selection of employees makes for a great work environment for dedicated, capable professionals.

If you want to work for a company, don’t work for truly Nolan. They value favoritism in the work place, hiring people and telling them they’re hired while making them wait months to actually start their first day. They love to give jobs to their favorite employees and everyone’s mistakes and retreats on the new guys, guaranteeing no income for new workers.They also don’t like to train new employees in basic environmental safety laws and applications- or basic training in general.So remember; if you’re looking for a job, or just basically looking for a company to do your pest control services, look no further than your local bug out. Because you either have poorly trained and paid workers or seniors who make so many mistakes they have to shove it on new employees to fix.

We had wasps nesting near a small window in an alcove on the second floor of our home. I called on a Saturday and received same day service. Tyler arrived within the one hour time frame given to me by the customer service representative, who I called twice to inquire about pricing and services. Almost all companies give you a four hour time frame. So I was pleasantly surprised when Truly Nolen was the exception. I showed Tyler the nest and he went to work right away. After removing the wasps nest, Tyler sprayed the attic...this was never, ever, done by any other pest control company. He then baited and sprayed the outside of my home. He explained everything to me as I questioned him about the pest control methods that he was using. During the entire time that Tyler was at my home he was professional, prepared, and very knowledgeable about his profession. He even had shoe booties to wear in the house! A major plus for me. I was so impressed with the Company and Tyler that I signed up for lawn service. Thank you Truly Nolen for fast, professional service! I should have called you a week ago.

I have lived in my home for 5 years and recently saw a rat in my kitchen. I called a couple places but the customer service girl at Truly Nolan seemed to legitimately care how upset I was and was able to get someone to my home the same day. When the Sales person arrived and saw how freaked out I was he stopped and got the General Manager on the phone to add me to their schedule immediately. There was a bad smell in the kitchen and I hadnt been able to figure it out as I keep my house clean. It was a dead one in the attic!!! The sales, service and office staff were all very kind and professional. I was surprised how quickly they were able to eliminate the problem and removed the source of the smell for me! I was so happy with the service I signed up for termite and lawn service as well. The best part is the products they use are safe for my family (and yes family includes my puppies!). I would definitely recommend. Seriously, when you know there are rats and bugs in your home 3 to 5 days (what the other companies offered me) seems like a very long time and Im so grateful for the same day service and the way they treated my problem like it was their own. Nobody wants to find a rat but if you do these guys treat you like family.

In regard to the negative reaction of the employee that was dismissed it was on this employee own accorded that such an action took place.Apparently, the employee job performance did not coincide with the resume.The employee was given adequate time for training, Kevin allowed a fair amount of time in doing the job that needed to be done.Unfortunately, the employee was let go.This branch at truly amazing services pride itself on Great customer service, Professionalism and Honesty anything less,it would just be another branch.

We had a bad, annoying bedbug infestation which we fought ourselves for a year. It really upset us psychologically as well.Truly Nolen sent a service tech by the name of Valiant who thoroughly treated our house. It took about 4 hours. And except for a few dying bed bugs the next day, we havent seen any since. Valiant was able to figure out the source of the infestation (we had no idea) and took care of it. Its been about a month and all of us have slept better, and of course, no more itching! Oh and no more tossing out of furniture.We checked two other companies prior to Truly Nolen and found their treatment plan, warranty, and followup policy was the fairest of all... and yet the least-expensiveDONT SUFFER ANOTHER DAY! GET YOUR LIFE BACK TO NORMAL! DONT PUT IT OFF! Call Truly Nolen NOW because infestations only multiply, no matter what you do. Their (safe) chemicals are NOT what the average consumer can buy. Let the EXPERTS take care of it!

Just had them out here to help with a giant fire ant infestation. The technician (Luis) was very friendly, very knowledgeable & answered all of my questions. He was also very thorough which brings me comfort. We have young children & he was very nice about stepping over & through toys where necessary. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Under contract for 2yrs. Never got the same guy it was hit or miss mostly miss. Bugs where still n the hse, they only came inside once & would give u excuse 4 not coming inside to respray even if u had concern. Cancel services after 3 yrNot satisfied.

I have worked for several pest control companies in the past and none have the leadership that is invested in their employees success like the manager, Kevin, and the owner, John. Called for an estimate for rodent removal. The estimate was $800 for a year of service. My husband and I felt this was extremely steep due to the fact we were not looking to buy a package. Tyler came out and looked around and did not see any that needed to be sealed on the exterior due to the fact my husband had already sealed the entry point. We tried traps from Lowe’s, sticky traps and an electronic type trap that were unsuccessful. We called another local company who was able to come out and do an assessment and set traps for a much more reasonable price. The traps were set for less than 6 hrs and we caught the rodent. I would recommend proceeding with caution if considering using this company. They tried to upsell pest control and termite services which we are not interested in at this point in time. Extremely frustrating that they don’t do 1 time service for people who have already sealed entry points and taken care of main issue. Not everyone wants to pay for annual service.

I have Truly Nolan and the first visit was them asking me to sign a contract and then someone else coming for the service. I have only had them since Nov and have had several issues the most is that they came to do a wasp cleaning and ants in both the front and backyard on Friday. They removed the wasp. But its Tuesday afternoon and I still have ants. I also called them last month to do the same and I still had ants, even now. My neighbors have all another company and say I should change. But this company was the only one to call back in a flea scare that I had. I just needed one cleaning the first time but they sent the contract guy out first before they even were able to get the service guy to come out. I told them I would write a review if I still was having issues. I am.

I work at Claude Nolan Cadillac and we recently had a ant problem. I gave Truly Nolen a call and they were here the very next day. They set out their service tech, Valiant, who was very knowledgeable about pest control and extremely friendly. Valiant is extremely profession and courteous. We had a rat problem in our attic, I called Truly Nolan and spoke with Kevin who arranged to have Tyler come out immediately to check things out. Tyler was prompt, polite and professional. Valiant came out about a week later and started the process of getting rid of our unwanted visitors. He sealed all the openings they could be entering through and throughly inspected the attic, the inside of our home and outside perimeter. He advised us on what could do to prevent more from entering (cutting back bushes and vines near the house). He came back every week to remove rats that got caught in traps. If he was running behind, he called well ahead of my appointment and let me know and arranged a better time in the day to come and kept up with me throughout the day to let me know his status. Ive already recommended him and Truly Nolan to my parents!

Truly had an Technician named Michael Finklea come to our home for a Bed bug scare and we were very impressed. He was an very respectful young man, knowledgeable and very thorough, he stayed at our home 2 hours even looked in the attic for termites, They schedule our spray the same week and no problems since, Michael gave us a follow up call today to make sure we were ok. An company that would be better off with better leadership! A manager that talks to his employees like they are animals isnt someone to do business with, veteran employees that are the backbone of the company treated unfair, working on company vehicles, cleaning out peoples homes ( on the clock) and paid little to nothing and cursed out in return. Having personal problems isnt an excuse and upper management should handle the problem!

We have been using Truly Nolen for the last 3 years. The service is excellent. We have been dealing with small spiders outside around our garage door and inside underneath our window sills for the last few years. Since Valiant became our area technician, the problem is finally under control. He is always on time and takes care of the problem. I really liked the fact that he was cautious about which pesticides he used to treat the spider problem in my childrens play area.

Called them for a small fire ant problem in our office. Mr. Valiant came out promptly next day and diagnosed the problem. He quickly and professionally took care of the ants inside and outside and went above and beyond to prevent any future issues. We have always used Truly Nolen and I highly recommend them.

Do NOT use Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control AT ALL. Their services were NOT effective. I called them to cancel services, and was assured that when the manager came in, it would be handled, and closed out, before the next time they came to spray. I called my bank to update them of this, and they removed them from automatic payments. Now the company is trying to bill me for services I was assured would be cancelled. And threatening to send me to collections. I have called and left 2 voicemails, and have NOT gotten a return call. Do not waste your money on this sham of a company!

Thank you Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control! We first heard some noise in the attic on a Thursday. I called your office first thing on Monday and talked to a live person! The very same day, you sent an inspector to our home for a FREE estimate. He immediately determined squirrels to be the problem. An appointment was schedule during the visit for the next day, Tuesday. Valient, the service technician, worked for many hours to cover any openings on the roof and under the house in the crawl space. Even though the sun had set and it was pitch black, he kept working until the job was done. No more squirrels in the attic! Thank you so much!

Disaster barely covers for how bad their service is. I have a pest problem : ants. They came 5 times, and the problem started with a few ants, by the 5th time, ants have migrated to the entire house; the problem was almost out of control. I fired them. Had to hire another pest control company and pay a good chunk of money to get it fixed. it took the new company (Massey) 2 visits (just 2 visits) to get the problem under control.Truly Nolen just be make matters worse, kept billing me for services they werent even providing even months after getting fired for being absolutely incompetent.Run from this company.

I hired them to treat for ants. Shouldn’t have been a tricky issue. After about two months and multiple additional service calls, the ants have not left the party.

Horrible. Period. They were always late, failed to remediate the problem, then over-billed and sent it to collection when I challenged legitimacy of invoice. Run, dont walk, to their nearest competitor!

35 minutes and counting on hold waiting for the pest control company to pick up. Getting really REALLY irritated. Wait time is one minute. The guys that come out are great. The office staff however is inefficient. I always have problems getting through to someone.

I used this company for Bedbugs and I would have been better off living with the bugs! They sent out a guy Named Kevin whom is a very cocky, rude young man. He serviced my home with a big backpack in which I thought was standard he also told me hes the best at what he does and I wont see anymore bugs, THAT WAS A LIE! Once I continued to have issues I questioned what he used while doing due diligence and calling 3 other companies they ALL told me a backpack for Bedbugs is unprofessional, lazy and basically taking my money, you CANNOT get to all areas Bedbugs live with a backpack ( worker told me his manager told him to use it). Ive asked the guy Kevin to speak with his manager to only be told hes never in office, hes always out doing sales and production (whatever that may be) shouldnt the manager be doing manager things, do they not have Salesmen and Production people to do that?? The Salesmen that came out seemed crooked like the rest, tried to sale me things I didnt need, wanted to charge me almost $700 for a termite service other companies told me they charge $400 for and that they are ripping me off. I didnt trust the salesmen who was all about money but the year warranty sounded LOVELY, people go with the companies that only give 30 days im sure they will solve your problem, thats why Truley gives a year, it takes them that long😁😁

If you are reading this STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! The prices are outrageous for the freaking chicken wire and foam they use to complete jobs (im sure the materials come from Family Dollar). I paid these people thousands of dollars for rat work to be done and they couldnt even complete the job, they quit on us within 2 weeks, what kind of company quits on their customer. The technician coming out (poor guy worked hard with no help and hates his job) to do the job informed us he had no help because its only a 2 man show and that the GM has so many personal problems he could care less about what goes on. After multiple attempts trying to reach this so called GM I went to meet face to face to discuss our issue only to find out this company is ran out of a 100sq ft TRAILER! I couldnt believe my freaking eyes! Bug out came and got our issue corrected within 10 days, also said they knew of this so called GM Kevin and that he is a joke, hes not allowed on their premises. I mean the guy calls himself K dog, very professional pal, very professional. People, STAY AWAY from these guys!!!!!!
