We had rats in our attic. Set up traps outside too. They came right away, surveyed the problem and got it handled. Friendly service rep. Peace of mind now. Unfortunately this company is unable to respond to a simple question regarding bugs in my property. Sent them a picture of what I verified online was a termite, they charged me over $400 for a termite service. After calling 4 times and emailing photos over a period of 2 weeks the owner stated it was not a termite. Another reputable company was able to come out the next day and diagnosed my major termite problem.
