Rivers was professional through the entire powder post beatle tenting process. Under a not so pleasant circumstance, they made it easy and as pleasurable as possible.

They are the best in town, I have found that there is no pest that they couldnt handle.

Rivers are top notch pros with generations of experience and knowledge they are more than willing to pass along. They came out to see if my termite damage was dry wood or subterranean. After a thorough survey and explanation of the difference, luckily he determined it was old subterranean activity. Didn’t even charge me for the visit!We have a bond with another company but if I knew about Rivers before we had it already. I’d definitely consider them.

My parents (who are retired & on a fixed income) called Rivers because they had a carpenter ant problem. Technician came & walked around premises w/my mother, put down a treatment & charged her $100. Three days later she called because she still had ants everywhere. They told her the service was not guaranteed that it would cost another $100 to come back out. She said she did not want to pay another $100 for a treatment that was not even guaranteed. I called the office 3 months later after visiting my parents & still seeing the ant problem. Office manager said technician treated the premises for small black ants because according to him that was all he saw. My parents did not request a service for black ants. Office manager refuses to acknowledge the fact that my mother walked around with technician & told him it was carpenter ants she wanted treated. This company took $100 from my parents and did nothing to help them with the carpenter ant problem.Also, they have had a termite bond w/this company for 24 years. This past year when my mother paid the $205 renewal she called the office because no one came out. In the past she would pay in person to the technician when he came out to do inspection. This year no one came out and when she called and asked she was told treatment was good for 6 years and that she would not see anyone for another 6 years. They told her if she saw termites to take a picture and send it to them. $205 and she is supposed to do her own termite inspection each year. :(

Professional, they came out for a fumigation and helped me with the prep work (they did not have to) i was just recovering from covid and was very weak. I recommened them as their price was also extremely good compared to a few other local pest control companies. Thank you river pest control!

Not a customer - Im a neighbor. They tented my neighbors house 2 weeks ago and then parked this giant SkyJack in front of mine. Its been sitting here ever since. Not very considerate....

Rivers Pest Control just performed the first annual re-inspection following the tenting for drywood tremites on our home last August. Everything looks great! When they did the tenting last year they were very professional. Everything was clearly explained to us prior to the tenting and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. Aslo, they charged less than what I was expecting to pay which saved me $. I highly recommend them!

I had a termite bond with Rivers Pest Control for 10 years and found signs of termites recently. I called them and they told me I had let the bond expire a couple of months back. I asked them to set me up again (I was going to pay in full) and told the woman I spoke with that it would be helpful if they could do auto-renews so that this would not happen again, and the woman responded rudely to me and said they didnt like to keep credit cards on file. This is not a professional way to run a business.

As a neighbor to an apparent customer, I am not pleased at ALL with 1 of the techs taking the liberty to just let himself into my backyard yesterday. I understand that he was inspecting the neighbors house for termites & were in a duplex so he assumed he had constructive easement, but I feel that it is never right or safe to just let yourself into the non-customers backyard. The least he couldve done was to knock on the front door to announce himself.I was doing my work & happened to suddenly see some man in shades walking around in the backyard, looking at the house; I thougnt I was hallucinating or something. Thats a health or safety issue waiting to happen, for me and/or for the tech. I was so shocked but then rushed to the back door ready for there to be an issue. Thats when he finally announced who he was with (& I saw his company T-shirt) & why he was there, stating that hed hurry & get out the yard. Please advise these techs to never do stuff like this; it doesnt take but a few seconds to knock on the front door before letting yourself look around property.

Got fumigation recently. I had subterranean termites...Everything seems to be good. Warranty is good for 1 year and then there is option to renew. Much cheaper than other companies because it eliminates the middle man.I gave a 4/5 only because of the communication process. For such a huge house project, I feel like email is acceptable form of communication, but Rivera did not agree.As for now, Id recommend, I will update my review if/ when I deal with them throughout the next year.

When my family needs pest control services, we will definitly call Rivers Pest Control. I had the priviledge of meeting Steve Rivers this week when he drove across town to return my husbands lost wallet. He demonstrted integrity and kindness by going the extra mile for us. Im sure he runs his bussiness in this manner as well. He is the type of man that can be trusted to do a good job! Thanks again, Mr. Rivers!

We live in a 100 year old house. There are some holes in our floors and walls and the outdoor roaches just love to visit us. My roommate and I would wake up each morning and kill 5-7 roaches before we even had coffee. It was awful. Ive even found them in bed with me. Yuk. Yuk. Yuk! Since Rivers started us on their awesome monthly service, the roach population has quickly dwindled to the point where, today, we rarely see even one. Rivers is the best (!) with the greatest people and the latest remedies for keeping the pests away. I highly recommend Rivers. --Nancy

They went above and beyond my expectations.From the first phone call to shaking there technicians hand to say goodbye was great. I used Rivers for years and since they hired Alvin things were great. Alvin is unprofessional and poor customer skills. He was very arrogant and defensive to issues he created. He walked off the job and when I asked him to have the owner call-he said it was not his job.... Wonder if Steve knows that.

Called to ask if i could talk to some about the financial ops they have (make payments) Don hung up on me. When i called me back he asked me if i was trying to sale him something (in a rude voice) i told him i wasnt and he called me a lair by saying i sound like i am. i told him i will take my business elsewhere. what a Jerk.

Very unprofessional showed up took measurements did not have any info on price. Then they said they would email the estimate to me. Called the next day they said it would be in my email and that was Wednesday its sunday now and still not in my email.
