I scheduled a visit back in August, I paid the initial $125 service fee and requested to be setup on a monthly rotation. The exterminator came out and sprayed my house and said he was setting me up for monthly. Then nothing. Now, I take responsibility for for forgetting on my end because its been a crazy year - covid and all. However, when I called and talked to the lady she told me that she would charge me another $125 because its been so long. Of course I was mad, I paid for a service I signed a contract - they should have honored their agreement and come out to my house on a monthly basis. Instead I got excuses, I will never use this company again to which I told her and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Scheduled an appointment for a move out inspection. This was scheduled for 1 week before our move out date. They then rescheduled for the day before our move out inspection. They called the night before to reschedule again. There reason for rescheduling was because their technician got Covid. Instead of telling us to go with another company they rescheduled us. Their technician has had Covid since the cancelation. They rescheduled knowing he would not be outside of his Quarantine window. I find this very unprofessional and has put my family in a very poor situation. The service representative was unapologetic and offered no assistance to help us with the situation they put us in.
AWFUL communication! So unprofessional. Canceled my appointment twice before move out date. Left us with no time to schedule someone else to come out before move out. The women on the phone was so uncaring and unapologetic. Wouldn’t recommend!!! Go with someone else!!!!!

The price is just right for what they do, their customer service was excellent and the service was perfect, no more rats in my house.
We paid to have pesticide used in our attic as we have a wasp problem in our house, we were assured that if the problem wasnt taken care of that they would come back out to spray. (That never happened) Well 10 days later they were back and we called and called and called to no avail, no call backs (which seems to be a very common theme with small businesses around Jacksonville. We were also told that we could get an estimate on baffles being replaced as this is where the wasp problem was coming from to begin with. After my wife called as I gave up on calling him anymore after 6 unreturned phone calls, he finally picks up to tell me that the house was inspected when we werent home, the only way you can inspect an attic is by going into the attic just like the tech did the first time to inspect. He then gave his techs personal phone number for us to deal this problem instead of doing the right thing and taking care of the issue. This is a very nice man who happens to be a veteran whom I gave the benefit of the doubt to. Surely after so many phone calls you would think someone would be sent to alleviate this. Sadly that never happened.
