Been using Turf Tech for almost a year now and they are regular with the treatments but not good about responding to problems. I told them I had Sod Webworms 3 weeks ago and everything would have been fine had they been prompt. This is my $800 lawn pest and weed program today… :( I guess I’m not upset enough to warrant an immediate response… I don’t get it. I never get in their way, make sure the dog is locked up, paid for the year in advance and never called for help before this.

Whenever I call them, they are always very friendly on the phone and answer questions I have.My grass is looking very healthy because of them.

Saw the crew STEALING water from a hydrant. No meter on that hose.

Just watched as a man blew grass clippings into the street and tried to tell me the wind was working against them its not even windy. No care for those who ride motorcycles as grass clippings are like ice to motorcycles. Not a lawn service Id wanna use. This took place april 1st at Hawthorne bank on the square in Independence Missouri

Turf Tech has been treating my lawn for close to 8 years. From the time that they took over care, that yard improved greatly compared to the state if malnutrition it was in from its previous owner. It has stayed a healthy green, and I have never had an insect infestation. The fact is, when I was treating the lawn myself, I spent more money purchasing the herbicides, insecticides, and fertilizers, that I would put down, in the little free time that I had, than I do on their treatments. Not only does it cost less to have these guys treat it, but it’s no longer a headache, and I can spend more time enjoying it with the family. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Turf Tech is a great company to work with. Their technicians are top notch and the owners and supervisors are involved in constant education learning how to best serve their company, employees, and customers.I have been impressed in their use of alternative pesticides and fertilizers. I have been so happy with Turf Tech since they started taking care of our lawn a few months ago. We were using another company and were not happy. Everyone that Inhave spoken with at Turf Tech has been very friendly and they have my lawn looking better than ever.

This company did my large lawn for years with no problems, but when I saw a large patch of dead grass of DEAD grass in my front yard in early Spring, 2018. I called and the owner assured me that it would be “closely watched” and that the surrounding grass would “fill in” the dead spot. Now, late Summer 2018, the dead patch has spread, turf-tech, inc. won’t return my calls (after NUMEROUS messages), and another company wants $125 to fix turf-tech’s mess!!!!!!

I fired the Big Corporate drive by Green lawn company to hire Turf Tech to turn my lawn around. At that point my lawn had been yellow and patchy for nearly a year and I was losing large portions of my lawn.From my first call thru the first application, Turf Tech showed me that they are true professionals. They took time to review all of my concerns, set reasonable expectations and delivered immediate results. Our lawn has been green and lush since they started treating our property and we couldn’t be happier!! So glad we found a local family owned business that actually cares! Had wonder service with weed control. My issue came when I called them in regards to my yearly contract running out and to find out what their reasoning in doing an extra visit and charging me for it. I spoke with Felicia and she was not able to help me with understanding the issue. She became rude on the phone with me which I did not appreciate. I finally asked to speak with the manager and I was informed that he was not in and would call me back. I never heard from him. Very poor customer service!

I recently hired this company to do my yard and my yard looks terrible. I called them to find out when the second application of the year would be applied and I got three different dates. So far I am on the third date stated and the technician has not showed up. I dont know what is going on with this company but it appears to be disorganized. I have decided after today I am canceling my contract with them because I need a company that shows up and is willing to do what they say.

I have hands down the best looking lawn in my neighborhood thanks to Turf Tech. Their staff is friendly and they actually care about your lawn.
