Because of the craziness of this Global COVID-19 Pandemic, itd been very difficult for our family to spend some quality time together to celebrate our grandkids birthdays until today. Our grand daughter Cherises 8th birthday was on August 13th, while her brother, our grandson, Jermaris 7th birthday was on August 5th. Trying to coordinate everything with everyones work schedules can be chaotic at times.Thankfully, when Id called Mr. Allen yesterday to make our reservation for today, he was very pleasant to talk to, accommodating & very helpful with our last minute reservation for the Ultra Bucket Splash waterslide & Happy Birthday bounce house rentals. As he is the owner & proprietor of Jacksonville Bounce House, Id trusted his advice & suggestions on his inventory when Id informed him that it was just for our 3 grandchildren, their parents, our youngest daughter, my husband & myself. Hed even given us a 10% military discount & because we didnt live too far from their warehouse we werent charged any delivery or set up fees. To which Im very grateful for.Most businesses that Id contracted in the past wouldve taken advantage of me charging me extra for a last minute reservation & theyd intentionally tried to get me to pay for units that are far more expensive than Id expected to lease for a childrens party. But, Mr. Allen, was the total opposite! He was literally trying to give me more discounts & hed even had his worker drop off our rentals as early as 8am. If our grandkids had slept over the night before, they wouldve taken full advantage of the early drop off. But, Id told my daughter that our reservation was from noon to 6pm. So, they didnt come over until almost noon.But, TRUST ME when I tell you that our grandkids LOVED IT! If it werent for the lightning & thunder at about 4:30pm, I think our grandbabies wouldve played & swam until their lips were blue. Even our 1 year old grandson, Jaylen, LOVED playing in the bounce house. He didnt care too much for the waterslide, but he did love playing in the little pool area at the bottom of the waterslide. For the exception of myself, the other 4 adults in our family & a friend of our youngest daughter from her Command ALL LOVED playing with the kids in each of the units.Thank you so very much Jacksonville Bounce House Rentals for helping our family create more AMAZING Heartstring memories together. EVERYTHING was perfect!

Im giving them 1 star because they delivered and picked up the equipment, which is the bare minimum.I recently rented a snow cone machine for my daughters birthday and my experience was awful.Originally, I was going to rent a water slide, snow cone machine, extra snow cone syrup, 9 tables and 23 chairs.I decided to forgo the rental and was told I would be out my already paid deposit of $100, but was offered a rain-check good for 1 year.I asked instead to just use the money towards the rental of the snowcone machine (which without an inflatable rental is $75, but I thought whatever I cant rent anything else for $25 so let them keep it)On the day of the party under closer inspection we notice the terrible shape the machine is in.It is filthy and broken with tape holding it together. It has a frayed wire that shocks whoever operates the machine...every time.Also, we were given an extra bottle of syrup for the snowcones in lieu of the snowcone cups. I was told it would come with everything we need.All in all, I paid $25 more than the rental would have been and received a terrible pieced together machine that shot ice out everywhere.I reached out to the owner with this information and was told how he has been operating snowcone machines for years, etc. but no apology or any response to the disgusting photos and video of it clearly not in good repair.He also highlighted the section of the contract that said snow cone rentals without rental of an inflatable dont include the supplies. But I dont care what it says because I talked to him on the phone and asked if I would need to get syrup or cups and he said just ice, it comes with everything you need.Basically, he did not care that we were unhappy. Not a good way to run a business.I have attached a video of it in operation and some photos.

Reliable company!!! I had been calling around for weeks to near by companies a and no one answered or returned my calls.Larry is super knowledgeable and works fast! He had a bouncy house delivered to my home in no time. Staff members work quick and their prices are compatible.

Without a doubt will use this company again. we had some problems with having to move our party due to weather and it was no issue with the owners and we were able to have it all weekend. the kids loved it and had a great time. cant wait to use them again!

I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this company for rentals. I have previously rented many inflatables for parties and never experienced such terrible customer service and poor equipment. I rented a large water slide for a birthday party. They arrived early with no notice to deliver the slide. I was not home and my neighbor came over to allow them to set up. The 20+ ft. Slide was not staked down AT ALL. If I were home for set up, I would have noticed and addressed it. Before the party even started a storm came and blew the slide with both blowers attached 4 houses over into my neighbor’s yard. With the help of 10 guys we managed to drag it back to our yard, but it was unable to be used at all. Not only did we not get to use the slide at all due to incorrect setup, it was extremely dangerous! It’s a miracle it didn’t blow in the lake (which it was setup near) or harm anyone or any property.I spoke to one of the installers first and he admitted to being in a hurry and not staking it down. He said he would have his boss call us for a refund. That obviously never happened. My husband spoke to the owner who was very rude and told us he would speak to his installers and call us back. That never happened either and he would not take our calls after. We would have been willing to accept another slide on another date or a refund. Absolutely unacceptable, terrible experience. Out $500 and never even used the slide. It was also filthy dirty when it was delivered. Find another company to rent from!**edit** That’s a very convenient response you posted. “Wrong company” nice try. My bank statement is pretty clear on which company took my money.

The absolutely work with you, the delivery driver for the bounce house was nice/setup quick/arrived hours before time. If you need excessive time he will extend it. Great Company and will rent again for my baby 1st birthday party in July.

I booked a Spiderman Combo bounce house, A cotton candy machine and supplies (cotton candy sugar) on October 7th 2019 at 10:55 AM. The Party was NOT until November 2nd at 2pm. $205 for the bounce house $50 for the cotton candy machine $24 for the sugar $85 dollar travel fee for St.Augustine.$389.48 TOTALWith a deposite of $38.95Now I order them to arrive at 1:30pm wanting everything to go smoothly for a 3 year olds birthday party ( like everyone in their right mind). The driver kept at touch in the beginning my husband called them at 12:45 I was worried because they weren’t answering my calls. He gets through to the driver, he said that everything’s going smoothly they should be there in 45 minutes 1:35 pm he calls me saying they will be an hour late explained me a situation and I didn’t stress to much. Husband calls to check on them at 2:00 pm and they inform him that they are close and that the cotton candy machine was broken. They DIDNT ARRIVE UNTIL 3:33pm ON TOP OF IT THEY BROUGHT THE WRONG BOUNCE HOUSE and the one they did bring me was not in good condition whatsoever. Waited until Monday to call and when I spoke to the owner, all he could say was that he was sorry for the time delivery being late that he usually doesn’t deliver to saint Augustine ??? Why did you take my delivery then ? . The bounce house that I had ordered was not in good condition so that he made the decision to switch it (WITHOUT my APPROVAL OR KNOWLEDGE) SO birthday party didn’t began until 3:33-3:41 when they where done setting it up. Was only refunded 104 I’m guessing for the cotton candy machine and sugar supplies but company and owner didn’t own up to their mistakes ( that’s what bothers me ) I will not use their services ever again.

We rented (last minute) 2 bounce houses for the family over the Thanksgiving weekend. The owners were willing to squeeze us in. When contacted after hours, the owners still responded within a reasonable amount of time. We appreciate their service.

We rented a bounce house with a double slide for Thanksgiving and everything was fabulous from delivery to pick up. The kids had a wonderful time and we experience great customer service. Will be renting from them again.

Larry is top notch and helped ensure we had a good experience. We had some pretty rigid time constraints at our party venue, and they accommodated us perfectly. Ill definitely be using them again.

This is the third time renting from this company and we have never had any trouble with delivery or pickup, they have always been on time and set up with no problems. This time we rented some tables and chairs as well which looked a little beat up but they took back the chairs that were broken and credited me the difference. Its a rental business, things get a lot of use- if you voice your concerns they are really reasonable especially if you speak with the owner (he even answered and he was on vacation with his wife!)Anyways, will definitely do it again, its such a fun time for the kids it never disappoints.

Poor quality, unsafe products, poor service.Really disappointed that we have not heard back from you.The bounce house we got from them was unsafe!!! Kids were falling out of the bounce house bc it was so torn up. See picture.10 minutes after they left. The bounce house banner fell off. When I called them they said they wouldnt be able to come back for 2.5 hours. So I had to tape the banner up. The Velcro was too old and worn.Between the banner falling off, the kids falling through the gaps, my needing to duck tape the bounce house and your lack of a reply.... my only conclusion is you dont actually care at all about customer service.Poor service and poor quality products.

We had a small issue concerning some debris in one of the bounce houses we ordered, BUT the owner was wonderful and came out early on his Saturday morning and cleaned out the whole thing. Things happen, but the customer service in fixing it is was matters, we are very grateful to Jax bounce house for making sure we were satisfied with everything! Kids are having a blast!

Delivery and set-up were as promised as well as pickup.They are life savers after TNJ told me a week after I reserved one he didnt have any for my day.P.s. dont mind the banner in the pic. They were still setting up when I took the pic. He climbed up on a ladder and fixed it.

This company ruined my 4 year olds birthday. The delivery was 1 hr late, not set up correctly as the pool portion kept deflating. Called the owner and asked him to come pick up his faulty equipment 2 hours into the scheduled time. When explaining the issue he said it was our fault etc, failed to take any ownership.He neglected to train his staff on proper setup, timeliness, and most importantly customer safety. Don’t let this company ruin your kids special day.

We have rented bounce houses and waterslide several times with great experiences. For whatever reason I chose Jacksonville Bounce House Rentals this past May and was extremely disappointed. Our waterslide was in nowhere near the shape as pictures. It was tattered and dirty. The guys who set up put in as little effort as humanly possible. I called to let the company know the slide was in poor shape and was told it was fine and sometimes well water from other users caused stains.He said he would have the guys come back to clean, which they did for maybe 3 minutes. I was then told I would receive a discount since they did not have any other slides available and this never occurred. I do not recommend this company to anyone. It was embarrassing to have this slide and unfortunately was the main attraction of the party.

I am extremely disappointed in this company. After reading many great reviews, I was flabbergasted by the terrible service we received. We reserved a bounce house, table, and chairs for my foster daughters birthday party in Orange Park approximately two weeks in advanced of the party. The bounce house arrived five hours late, after the party had already ended. I was never notified in advanced that the delivery truck was running behind, I had to call after the delivery time came and passed and had to call multiple times in a row for the owner to answer. The owner would not give me any estimate on a time for when the delivery could occur, but promised it would be soon and that the delivery was delayed because the trailer got a flat tire, and there was no spare tire or jack with the delivery man on our route.Five hours later (long after the party had ended), we got the bounce house with a promise we could keep it until Monday so my kids could at least enjoy the bounce house I had promised them. The owner was nice enough to allow us to use it for free, since it wasnt delivered for the party. However, the bounce house that was delivered was in deplorable condition. The bounce house was completely soaked and dirty. The delivery man turned around after he left and dried it off with towels but it was soaked again in no time. The fans were pushing the moisture out of the bounce house fabric and it was dripping from the top and sides and puddling in the jump area. Water was bubbling up from the creases in the bounce house floor where the kids jump. My kids couldnt use it because it was cold outside and the bounce house was wet and slippery. The chairs and tables that were delivered were also dirty, completely covered in dirt and grime.I was hoping to write a decent review after the owner was nice enough to provide the bounce house free of charge for the weekend for my kids to use, despite the late delivery, but because of the lack of professionalism demonstrated when trying to nail down what time the items would be delivered and the terrible condition of the items reserved, I cannot recommend this company.

Seriously the BEST company to rent from! I use them every year for my annual summer water slide party (for adults, yes, the 22 foot slide is epic!! I would not recommend renting a bounce house from this place. I had my 1yr old daughter birthday party on last sunday which started at 1 pm. They did not deliver the bounce house until 230 and it was filthy, I kept calling and could not reach anyone. No communication what so ever to let me know they was running behind. Then the bounce house kept going flat and we couldnt figure out why because larry said the generators last atleast 6 hours being we had the party at a park. At 337 the generator completely runs out of gas and we could not even use the bounce house because it was completely flat. I could not get in contact with anyone for them to come back out there to fix the problem because I had paid almost 200 dollars and was not about to buy gas for a generator that was already suppose to be full. So all in all the kids got about a 20 min jump session in between it continuously going flat which ruined the whole party. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I will definetly use this company again without a doubt! They were great to work with as well as being prompt to return calls and emails. Larry made sure everything was on time and was to my satisfaction. I am a very happy customer. I will recommend to anyone. I received a call while they were on the way to deliver, on the way to pick up, as well as an email to follow up the following morning to again make sure I was satisfied.

Larry and his crew were great at communication as well as accommodating to my last minute needs, we rented a 5 in 1 bounce/water slide combo and a snow cone machine. Everything was cleaned and in proper working order. We kept the slide overnight and the kids were able to enjoy it for a while int he a.m. until they came and picked it up. Thank you Larry!

Had a great experience with this place. They were friendly and the delivery guy was amazing he even help me move my trampoline .. It ended up raining the day of the party so it became a water slide which the kids loved the manager was so awesome that he let us keep it the next day for a couple hours longer so that we could enjoy it in the sun. I reserved a bounce house with this company for my sons party. Ok the website the bounce house we picked looked awesome and their cleaning process looked impeccable. I was pretty impressed with the information on their website. They delivered the bounce house a day early (we did not request this) but when we received it it was FILTHY! There was candy wrappers and mud and dirt caked on to the bounce house. Aside from the the actual look on the outside was very worn out. I sent them a message with the photos I had taken showing that this was not acceptable. The owner called us and apologized and said that this was definitely not normal and he was not there to inspect the bounce houses as he normally is. He promised to send someone early in the morning to clean it out in time for the party. Someone was here around 10am (our party started at 2) and they said they would not be able to clean the bounce house as they normally do but they would wipe it down. They used a leaf blower and a spray solution along with paper towel that we had to give them because they did not bring anything to wipe the dirt off. After they were done the bounce house still looked just as filthy. At this point it was almost 11am so we just went ahead. I took additional photos and sent them another message expressing my dissatisfaction. I have not heard back from the owner or anyone else from this company for that matter. I would normally try and work with the company before leaving a bad review but since we have not heard back from them I want to ensure everyone is warned on what they could expect when doing business with them.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. Today I had a rental for my 2 kids birthday parties and I was at the park early as they said to be in their email and called the 2 days prior to say I’d be there at 12:30. By 1:15 still no bouncy house and the party was from1:30-3:30. I called and the driver said they wouldn’t be to me until 3:30-4 o’clock. All the kids including my kids were so upset, I couldn’t help but cry. This place RUINED my 5year old and 8 year old birthday party!!! I am beyond upset and furious. They didn’t even call to say they’d be late. I HAD TO call them!!! This is unacceptable!!!!!!!

We contacted them from a friends referral at a kids birthday party we attended. Very courteous staff and easy to work with. Bounce house was delivered at desired time promised, and the owner came to personally pick it up when finished.

This was the worst ever... Didnt show up and didnt even bother calling to say anything..Had sixteen kids waiting and no show... Then calls 3 hours after scheduled time to say there on there way... Ruined my 12 year old daughters birthday party... Never again

Larry was very attentive to my requests. The machines were delivered in great condition with all the supplies as quoted. I was so pleased with how everything turned out, we rented the machines for another function.

This is my second time using Jacksonvile Bounce House and it still remains the best experience I couldve asked for. Their staff and crew made it easy for us at our last party. Prompt service and very friendly and helpful staff. Delivery and pick up was smooth and fast. We had a few changes that were out of our control and were worried that we wouldn’t be able to change location at the last minute and have enough equipment, but Jacksonvile Bounce House accommodated EVERYTHING we needed and assured us that they had no problem helping us with our unforeseen circumstances. After everything was done I felt more like a family member than a customer. They will always have my business and support. Id recommend them to Anyone looking to rent party equipment.

We have rented from them in the past! They are a WONDERFUL company! We ordered last minute last year and although they didnt have what we wanted (our fault for waiting until 2 days before the party) they helped us pick something that fit in our theme. They even called us back after they were closed to help us. The party package they offer are great. Delivery was a breeze and they even moved it when I didnt like where it was set up, lol. This year we received an email with a discount if we rent again. We will definitely be renting again! Wonderful company where customers are a priority! We have been referring all our friends! He was courteous, extremely professional, and had the best prices and selection in town (And I shopped around a lot!!)! 30 adults sliding down a 22 foot waterslide is a site to remember!… And the kids loved it too ;-) I highly recommend this company, you cant find anyone better in town!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My son’s 1st. Irrhday party was ruined. They were supposed to come at 1pm and did not show until almost 5pm. My party started at 2pm. By the time they got there the party was over. I had people come from all out of town and the kids were very disappointed. On top of that the kids didn’t have anywhere to sit because I also had the tables and chairs coming from this company as well. The company then had to nerve to only take $30 dollars off and would not negoiate any further. Keep saying they had to pay there workers. $30 ?? Are you serious?? You missed the party!!!!! The party was from 2pm to 6pm My event really should have been free. I try to support black owned companies and I have only dealt with bad customer service and not receiving the work I was promised! If you want a successful party DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE TRUST ME THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME!!

Very dirty bounce house it looked like it came from a fair. Full of dirt, small rocks and hay. Guys delivering said they would clean it up but just blew everything towards the back(we found out later). Out of 40 chairs rented 10 were broken. All the chairs were dirty and old looking. We immediately called the office, however nobody has called back.

Bounce house was delivered extremely dirty. They asked if they could deliver it a day early, whihc was awsome, however, when we looked in it and saw how dirty it was, the delivery guy got in it and vacuumed it out, but it was still dirty and wet. We called him and he said he spoke with the manager and would be back in the morning to pressure wash it before our party. The next day no one answered the phone and i had to get in and vacuum out all of the sand. There were a lot of areas with duct tape. The entrance to the bounce house was broken and missing the safety netting. When attempting to contact on Sunday still no answer. Even today no answer. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you want a good workout by vacuuming your over $200 purchase, go for it.

Another company canceled on me TNJ BOUNCE HOUSE ..RUN AWAY!!I AM VERY PLEASE TO SAY THAT THIS COMPANY CAME THRU FOR MY DAUGHTER BIG DAY. I KNOW IT WAS LAST MINUTE LIKE 3HR LAST MINUTE BUT LARRY WAS REALLY GREAT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL..HIS DILIVERY PERSON WAS THERE IN 1HR WITH THE BOUNCER, TABLE AND CHAIRS. I cant thank you enough!!!

I just rent a Baunce house for this company and they are amazing real good customer service the bounce Hause clean and I recommend this company to all the people for they kids they will have fun and non problem whit nothing they take are everything for you

We rented 2 bounce houses and a snow cone machine.The kids had blast.It was the event of the year. Everything arrived on time and the delivery team was so courteous and professional We give them a 5 star, and would definitely rent from them again

I would NOT rent from this company again. They rented us a defective slide that exposed sharp velcro and injured all of the kids. When we asked them to repair it, they spent an hour during the party trying to duct tape it, and still couldnt get it fixed. My sons leg is badly burned from the slide---they are lucky we havent sued them. Yet they still think we should pay for it!!!! Stay far away from this company, there are many better choices out there.

I have been using this company for years and I only have good things to say about them. We receive excellent customer service, timely deliveries, and we always receive top notch bouncers EVERY SINGLE TIME. I would highly recommend them!!

Very disappointed in the my rental experience. I rented a bounce house for my Daughters birthday at Jack Russell Park. After 1 hour, the generator they supplied stopped working. I received no reply when I expressed my disappointment with the experience. Find a different company. This one is not worth the expense.

My experience with Jacksonville Bounce House has been great, I have been renting there bounce houses and water slides for over 4 years and each time they have shown excellent customer service and nice and clean bouncers and water slides, I will definately continue to rent from them in the future...
