My daughter went to a birthday party here and while the facilities were pretty clean and the activities were cool for kids, the lack of good management was clearly apparent.They staff werent ready when everyone showed up and they were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. About an hour after the birthday party started the manager showed up with a dollar store bag full of plates and napkins for the party. Really???? Shouldnt you have planned a little better? The food was at least 45 minutes late coming out and the pizza was, in a word, underwhelming.The staff was unorganized although all very friendly. Zack helped us during the pizza and cake time and he was very sweet and tried as much as he could to help the party go smoothly (even though he seem to have no support from management). After my experience, I would never let them host my daughters birthday party.

This was my first time and will be my last time renting from this company!!! No attention paid to the fact I had a Sunday event and they picked up the water slide in the middle of the party. Owner stated no one has Sunday parties Im sorry but yes they do. I have never had this level of inexcusable customer service. The owner is rude and argumentative and his only excuse is he uses teenagers and they have to be done at a certain time. Im sorry you use child slave labor for your low costs but you still run a business and should satisfy your customers. Buyers beware with this company. I should have paid more attention to the other poor reviews in the post for this vendor.

Never Again!! I had an even ton Sunday and they came during the party to take the equipment down when I had it to 5 pm. The equipment looked old and beat up. The guys who picked up were cool but NEVER AGAIN!! this was definitely a one and done

After having issues for hours with the bounce I rented, the manager said they could take it back but absolutely no refunds and they could not replace it even though his employees couldn’t figure out what the problem was. Thankfully, the guys doing the delivery were very nice and they were able to get it working and HOURS after the original rental time, we were able to get some use out of it. Would never rent from this company again.

The bounce house deflated throughout the entire party and we found out the next day there was a hole in it. They will not return my calls or emails, refusing to acknowledge my complaint.

I was really interested in a water slide from here, but after doing the online reservation thing 3 times in a weeks time(site says they contact you back within 24 hours). And no response and calling several times over a course of two days and no answer. I decided to go with celebration party rental instead and got a way better deal anyways. Highly recommend you go elsewhere because this place cant even contact you to make a reservation Id hate to see there customer service...

Update 01-13-18 THIS PLACE IS NO LONGER OPEN!The kids are having a lot of fun. I have a 9 yo and a 3 yo. Its been over an hour and theyre still yelling out oh my gosh mom this is so much funI like how low key it is. There is only one other person here on a Friday evening. And its not timed play. You pay and stay as long as you want. There are plenty of places for adults to sit. They also sell food.Also they are now giving out 10% off wristbands. Ill be back for sure.

I took my nieces here several times and they loved it. They are 3 and 2 years old. They had a blast playing in the huge playground and on the game mat. We also played mini golf which was a blast. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I called in on a Friday to make a reservation. I was NOT told that my $50 deposit was non-refundable until I received my receipt. I called in, asked politely to get my $50 because I was unable to pay for the services. The managers logic is we sent you an invoice (after we charged your card) that said its non-refundable so we are covered.When I asked how they monitor whether or not it was previously stated in the phone conversation they told me that there is a BUTTON the person has to check off stating they have informed the customer its not refundable.So if I cant come up with the other $150 by the end of the week, they keep my $50.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I asked to speak to an owner, I can take your information but we have no idea when they will be back.So essentially, go EFF myself because theyre keeping my money even though they have no recording to prove what was said and their butts are covered.WORST customer service EVER.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Terrible service. Late bringing the slide AFTER they rescheduled the first time, held up our 4th of July because we had to wait for the late slide to arrive. Old equipment all my kids have Scratches from the Velcro not sticking and from the material being cracked. The guy literally was yelling at me over the phone when I tried to talk to him. Didn’t try to make anything right. Trust all the bad reviews, I should’ve. Waste of money.

Rented a bounce house for my daycare . They were supposed to show up at 7:45am. After several phone call messages they call back after 4p. No communication at all. Over 60 kids and parents disappointed for our end of school year celebration. At least if they would have called, we could have called another place to give us a bounce house. How do you not call a customer and let them hang all day? No integrity or common courtesy. Will never rent from here again .

Reserved the Rampage. Few days later they called me back saying that it was actually not available and that I needed to choose a different slide. Of course at that point the selections were limited. No discount offered. Hose connection broken so I had to use my own water hose. The bottom portion lacked sufficient air so kids were hurting their butts when they hit the bottom. I ended up putting pool mats down. And finally, they had placed box tape on the slide portion right in the middle to cover up a tear. The kids had to avoid it so it didnt cut their skin.

Used them for my daughters birthday party. Compared to last years company, they were exceptional. The delivery guys were professional and polite, and the bouncy very clean. I ordered last minute and they got it there in plenty of time for the party. Would recommend highly!

Earlier than expected. Friendly. Bounce house was clean and my child and her friends had a great time. We even had the bounce house an extra day which my 3 year old thought was great and so did I. When they came to pick it up they were friendly and fast. This was my first experience renting a bounce house and I am so glad I rented from them.

I schedule a Fund raising event in my school with Bounce A Roo and they did not showed up, after numerous calls and promises from them saying that they were on the way. Now Im trying to get my deposit back and as of today I cant reach no body and no refund. I would not recommend them at all.

Take your business elsewhere. I had a poor experience with this company (numerous mistakes on their part costing me time and money) and when I spoke with the office manager she “didn’t have authorization” to apply any sort of discount. All she can do is issue a credit for a future rental. That doesn’t work when you don’t want to use poor customer service again! I’ve reached out more than once to try and resolve my issue with no satisfaction. She won’t even allow me to speak to the owners. Very poorly ran company!

NEVER, EVER, EVER rent from Bounce-A-Roo Party Rentals.Absolute WORST service I have ever had. Late dropping off and picking up the rentals (and then told me they didnt tell me those times), delivered dirty tables (swore they were clean when he took them off the truck but there were sprinkles and ketchup on them) and then were absolutely rude to me and spoke to me as if I were an idiot. The owner agreed to refund me 10% in front of everyone and then I got a check in the mail for the refund of the dirty tables. When I tried to call and have the issue corrected I was, once again, talked down to and the man just wanted to argue with me and tell me HE was the owner and that the other gentleman told him that he only agreed to refund the amount for the tables. Im STILL waiting on a phone call from the guy I originally dealt with but, by other reviews I have read, that will never happen. They are liars, crooks and so rude. This company is poorly run and I WILL NOT recommend them to anyone I know. Ill be sure to let others know how poor of a business they are. The ONLY good thing that came of it, was that the kids really enjoyed playing on the bounce house at the party.

DO NOT RENT A MARGARITA MACHINESo we had a party last weekend. They brought a broken margarita machine and I called them they never called me back to replace the machine. I had to find another company for the party.UPDATEDThey had my credit card info to deposit money for the machine. Even though I let them know it’s broken one not even they didn’t replace the machine they charged me full amount. I was told I will get credit back but they are ignoring my phone call now. It’s such a headache and very upsetting situation.

Wish I could be happier with this service. The bounce house was delivered the night before my party, but was not picked up until Monday. This meant that my lawn service was unable to complete my service. In addition I ordered tables and chairs. They were in poor condition. One of the tables was melted and and they were all filthy. When I complained about it, I received no response.

Literally the worst company ever do not work for them they lie about pay and it took 2 months to actually get the hourly pay they promise thieves and liars made us look bad to the customers when the were just an unorganized unprofessional mess. Owner just wants to “fix” things with duct tape absolute idiot. The box truck had no gas pedal just a metal stick left refused to maintain anything most of the bounce houses are faded and torn the drink machines are unreliable and will most likely leak all over your place wasting your liquor.

This is the 4th year we used Bounce-A-Roo so you would think that would mean something to the company. However, we had such a terrible experience & the owner had such an unprofessional attitude. 1st, when we called to reserve, nobody answered & we called again & again until someone finally called us back which should have been our 1st clue. 2nd, they didn’t call to schedule a delivery & delivered it on Fri when we were not home. On Sat morning, we blew it up to find out we had the wrong bouncy & it was disgustingly filthy. We had reserved one for the specific slide it had as our daughter enjoys the taller slides. The bouncy they brought had a baby slide. We called Sat morning & left a message requesting the bouncy we ordered but they never called back. 3rd, they left a useless bouncy at our house from Fri to Mon & of course they charged our credit card on Mon without a returned phone call.4th, we called on Mon to discuss our experience but the owner was very defensive & rude, accused us of just wanting a free bouncy & denied that they gave us the wrong one. He tried to say they are not open on Sat which is a lie per their website & their voicemail. We just wanted acknowledgement, an apology & did not feel we should pay $250 for something we DID NOT order! Will never use them again & will spread the word to everyone we know. Please do not use this company or u will be disappointed per the many negative reviews.

Rented the 24 Blue Wave for a birthday/neighborhood party. Bounce-A-Roo accommodated my dates, delivered early, set-up quickly and efficiently and everything worked perfectly. My party was a total success, thanks to that slide. Aaron (the installer) and his helper arranged the slide for maximum effectiveness and took it down and out in record time. I definitely recommend Bounce-A-Roo for a stress-free water slide rental experience.

I have used Bounce a Roo numerous times, and so have many of my friends. ZERO problems! They have always called prior to pick up and delivery, and have been on time (usually early). I really find it hard to believe some of the reviews I’ve seen, because I have had nothing but positive results. I highly recommend them!

I went on their website and ordered some black chairs and a table for a surprise party. Let me just say this place is the absolute worst! First of all I arrived on my pick up day just to find out they moved a month ago. Did julie tell me that on the phone?? NO!! Not even a note on the door. Then I arrive to the new location and was told to go around back. This lady came out completely confused asking me what I ordered. She started fumbling around in some storage units not having the slightest clue where anything was. She started grabbing plastic grey chairs and a grey table that looked nothing like the pictures online. They had spider webs, dirt, scrapes, rust and dents. I asked why nothing was prepared for me and why everything looked different. She proceeded to tell me she called me 2 hours prior to pick up and I didnt answer. I checked my phone and found out she called me 10 mins prior while I was upfront checking in. Last but not least I dropped everything off at 6:30pm that night and 2 days later Julie called me asking me when I was going to bring there stuff back???? WOW!! Lol the worrrrrst experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Today on April Fools Day, 2017 on the grand opening day Bounceroo on Shad Rd - I had called early in the morning to find out their schedule and was told they would close at 8 pm. Well after racing across town to get at least an hour and thirty minutes of some fun for my 4 year and 5 year old children - I was inconsiderately told to come back tomorrow since they actually close at 7 pm instead of 8 pm and stated by one of their staff members, and as stated on Google. Nonetheless, we had about 15-20 minutes of time to spend there and perhaps order some food. But instead, I was told that they had to charge me full price and made absolutely no effort to keep my kids from crying? Charge me full price for a few minutes, really? Was willing to pay something even though it was their fault for giving me incorrect information. I felt so bad for my children because they were so excited about going in, and it completely broke my heart to see start crying in front of the staff at Bouncearoo. So we left, and I immediately returned after the children were in the car with their mother and buckled in. I had to tell the staff at Bouncearoo “not a good way to start a client relationship on your first day!. Apparently the owner didnt like that comment but I had no choice. I felt so insulted...again, it was their grand opening and I ended up getting into a shouting match with the owners instead. They just didn’t care that I was giving the wrong information and I was still willing to partially pay for the entrance. I fully understand these guys may be inexperienced and didnt know how to handle a potential loyal customer. But their demeanor and sarcasm just doesnt work for me. Plus, his effort to make me look like a fool was just not right. The owner(s) sarcasm and while he was looking at everyone else like I was a fool, just ended up fueling me more. So, my only response was I’ll just go chuck e cheese. The owner(s) response while being a facetious was BYYEEE. The 2nd owner tried to make it right by offering to stay open till 8 pm for us, but it was already too late for the “customer satisfaction”. The damage was already done. It was easier for them to lose me for good I suppose? Will not recommend this place at all. Would rather continue to take my business to Chuck E Cheese which is exactly where I’m at writing this review. Im just in plain disbelief at this point - unreal!

We rented 2 bounce houses from Bounce-A-Roo Party Rentals for my daughters 9th Birthday Party. Both owners, Heather and Michael, are very personable and run a professional business. Both bounce houses were delivered and set up 2 hours prior to the birthday party; the bounce houses were of exceptional quality and very clean. Bounce-A-Roo exceeded my expectations and my daughter had the best birthday party yet.

First I was told that the charge was $215 looked at my account and charged $290. I even asked when I gave my cc#.... My charge is $215 right. The owner says to me its only a nominal fee... I dont call $75 a nominal fee!!!Totally disappointed!
