They have great selection, service, and prices. They were available for a last minute waterslide rental and saved our daughters birthday party! The kiddos and adults all enjoyed the surfs up waterslide inflatable. The owners are professional and all around great people!! This will be who I will be using for future party needs :)

Super happy with my experience. Delivery and set-up were within the promised time and the kids couldnt have been happier. There was not much room to work with, but after calling and making sure of the size, everything worked out great. Would definitely recommend.

Used this company for my sons birthday party. During Covid cleanliness is of most importance. When the driver arrived he was in a huge rush which is understandable on a Saturday but the bounce houses we rented clearly had not been cleaned in a very long tint they were filthy. We spent 2 hours cleaning ourselves so that they would be ok for the kids. Would not recommend!

Backyard Carnival is amazing! We have used them numerous times. My kids love the inflatable water slides. They are always on time and do a heck of a job setting up. We love Backyard Carnival and will recommend them to anyone that needs an inflatable.

Called to request a cancelation for a rented waterside due to my cousin having a c-section earlier than we expected due to a medical emergency and the lady I spoke to blatantly told me that she didnt care about the medical emergency thats causing to move it up. She said their sales have been down 75% due to covid19 and that we wanted to rent something we shouldnt have reserved it if we didnt plan on going through with it.

Steve and Kimberlee could not have done more to make my Nephews Birthday Party a blast. We rented a sponge bob bounce house and a waterslide, and the kids absolutely loved it. They dropped off and picked up in a timely manner.

These people are very unprofessional they was late with the schedule time set to come the lady Kimberley is very rude and unprofessional and they didnt want to give my deposit back for not receiveing services from them they almost mess up my daughter whole bday party I will never order from them again I never had to deal with problems like I did with them before from anyone! Thanks to Big Ole bounce house my daughter party was a sucesss and on very short notice! I refer them!
