I would never buy anything from here again. I live in San Marco and I don’t encounter these types of issues for example at PARTY CITY where everything I priced was AT LEAST a dollar cheaper. I purchased balloons and the young lady blowing them up popped multiple. I then said they may be old but I don’t want them these are for my daughter’s slumber party and I need them to at least last through the evening. There were no refunds so I was just stuck with defected balloons that I can’t trust won’t pop and my 11 month old swallowing . It’s black businesses who do it to you and wonder why we’re not patronizing your business. Well I’m not! ...Their response was due to covid they can’t issue a refund. When they opened and blew the balloons up without me touching them. Go figure, bad business and unintelligent. Must be a hood hustle. Good luck! Business 101. Awesome place on north side owner very nice. She have mostly anything for a party or special occasion..

I will not be returning here - plates I purchased at hobby lobby for 4 99 was 12.00 here. Prepaid for 6 balloons. When I go to pick them -no one here- when they did return I asked were they filled with helium, was told yes - they went flat in several hours - luckily dollar tree had something I could use.

Cheap, old balloons. Overpriced. Unfavorable area. Unorganized. Not at all worth any amount of money. Better off making your own.

Received Wonderful service, planning my mothers 90th Birthday party..was welcomed by event plannerTeguilla Verner who was very PROFESSIONAL and very PATIENT. This place is their best kept secret!! Not if I can help it!!!..there is a well supplied party shop right next door to your event, it is absolutely amazing,Limitless is the word. I ordered a very large nice room to accommodate 100 guest for moms 90th Birthday party.To be held in 5 months. Balloons, table settings.you name it...they have it....Second to none!Please take a .moment to visit.

Wow! What a waste of time. The quality was cheap and it was completely disorganized. Had hardly anything for 50th birthdays. I have seen yard sales with better organization and products.

This is a nice spot to rent if your having an event very spacious

Every time I come in this store, it’s never busy.,, maybe because the staff is not friendly at all, they never greet you when you come in. Once I waited at the counter for about 20 minutes and the cashier never said “ I’ll be with you shortly “... she never even acknowledged me. Unprofessional and they act like they don’t want to work there...#TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I basically use this place to have my balloons blown up for a party. The selection of the decor is limited.

My senior class celebrated our fifth birthday here. Very nice center for any event. Parking area could use some help. But has nice room to decorate as you please as well as full kitchen area an restrooms. Great for any party.

My first time attending an event here. It was great. Nice venue.

Was told they could accommodate me then turn around and dont answer my calls, didnt even apologize. Worst customer service ever had to contact them numerous times I finally got ahold of someone and they said they werent doing any business and then left me hanging on the phone.

Tried to charge me $6.99 to put helium in a balloon. Went down the street and got it for $1.00.

Upon three different visits at this store I have witnessed rude customer service and unprofessional demeanors by more than one of the staff and managers. It wasnt until today that I was a recipient of this behavior myself. Even though I live Right by the college and in. Close proximity to this pastry store and I would have to spend more money driving to the next closest location (airport) for my necessities, I give up support of this establishment and I will cross the bridge, cross the highest mountain ⛰ and drive out of my way, etc. Before any continued support. Not to mention the inventory is slack and some items cost 50% more than other stores. All in all best to find a better party location. Customer service is key 🔑.

This location didnt have what I was looking for but they do have a lot of choices to choose from, easily noticeable in traffic.

They have a great selection of supplies for any type of party, even some old unusual stuff along the back wall. I like this place better than the chain store

Its nice, however party city is cheaper so Im willing to travel out Arlington for bigger selection and better pricing
