From the moment i emailed him about the car, he was already contacting me, answering all my questions, & getting my information in order to get started on getting me a new car. I was about 2 hours from the dealer & thought doing everything over the phone would be a hassle, but Steve made the experience smooth and easy! Took our 2011 SRX in for what we thought would be a reasonable service (Freon). Was contacted by tech stating what needed to be done was a $500 job. Approved the job and requested the replaced part be retuned to us and they did. My husband picked the car up some 2 hours after repair was complete and when I got in it the next day I noticed the service department did not provide what should be a complimentary service. Tell me where is your customer service in excellence and satisfaction. Someone from their service team called 4 days post service for a followup and when asked why did they not wash or vacuum they replied did you ask to have it done?......really! When I take my Lexus in for even recall services they never fail to detail my car BEFORE returning it back to me. Claude Nolan maybe you should try adopting that model or is it only select customers you offer expected services for?Thank you,Disappointed Customer
I have had service on my many Cadillacs at this dealership for over 25 years. I regretfully say it has went down hill for the last year or two. The new service people in the booths seam to be unhappy were they work. This reflects upon me when I go in for service. I am looking to just be treated decent and appreciated, my pointing it out has been futile with dead stares or bad attitude. I hope the upper management can spend time and help to create happy employees which will restore happy clients. I will not be servicing my vehicles here much longer if this does not happen real soon.
Ive had my ATS in the Service Department a few times and each time the experience has been nothing but exceptional. If you are looking for a great place to take your car for service, I highly recommend Claude Nolan Cadillac!
