The guy who initially helped me was very rude and unprofessional. I always get 25% off when I go for being a rude share driver. I am also a first responder. Even when my sister has taken my car for the oil change I get the discount. When I went in this time he was asking me to see this and see that. Then I was charged $125 for an oil change and an air filter. I have 4 cars and I will NEVER take any of my vehicles back! Dealership Only for me moving forward, it is much cheaper; forget convenience at this point. I would rather schedule an appointment and pay less!!! Edgewood Take 5 learn some customer service skills! Last time I checked the customer is the only reason they have a paycheck coming in!!!! I was highly disappointed this time.

Had typical oil change done and soon after oil light kept flashing. Took it to dealership and they stated oil was leaking due to oil plug not being tightened properly. Went back to Take 5 and Leon the manager was very apologitic and very sincere in making things right. I believe it was a mistake and thank goodness my engine didnt seize up on my new Honda CR-V hybrid.

Theyre fast but expensive this time they put high mileage oil, the first time I paid for high mileage but didnt get that. This time they changed back window wipe and scratched up window humm. I guess they dont expect women to check out their vehicles.

The Young Man that did my oil change was nothing less than Amazing. He was working by himself and nailed it. (The rating is for him) I dont like the new prices. We will have to look else places for a cheaper price than $42.99.

Theyre always good to me

Ive been coming to this place before it was Take 5 Oil Change and they was always great with changing my oil & emptying my oil pan when i changed my own oil. Well i went this Am to empty my oil pan and was informed there was a new manager and he told me they didnt do that anymore or he would have to charge me. I personally feel that taking it to them was the best option but now I dont know where to take my oil but Ill find somewhere so Im not polluting the earth.

Quick oil change, excellent customer service, and they give you water.They will try to upsell stuff to you but they are not pushy which is perfect.Will come again

First off I would like to say thanks. The staff was polite, helpful, had a good sense of humour, just fantastic customer service. Cold water bottle complimentary, you stay in your car and everything is done quickly and quietly.They consult with you every step of the way, they even show you the oil dipstick when finished for your own satisfaction. They aired up the tires, offered a few other services based on need like windshield wipers and air filter. Both of which they showed to us and showed why it needed replacing. They even washed the windshield and told us that we were leaking transmission fluid. Very honest, friendly, fast, and just overall great experience.

Charletta and Dexter took excellent care of us and omg it was super fast the absolute BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM AN OIL PLACE!!! Definitely will be back they have earned a customer 🙏🏼🙏🏼🥰

I had to change oil change providers after over 20 years. My previous service providers went out of business and referred me to DeVaughn at the Edgewood Avenue location. The staff was friendly, professional and quick at their jobs. We got to enjoy a refreshing cold drink while waiting. They topped off our fluids, checked the tires, recommended all services needed. 10/10 would go again.

From the free ice cold bottled water to the super fast friendly service, this was one of the best places Ive ever been for an oil change. Checked my tires, changed oil and filter in just minutes. Drive thru service- dont even get out of your car! Only drawback is it could be hot in the garage in the summer. You can also wash your car in a separate bay. Great neighborhood place. Highly recommend.

I like this place. Simple, fast, friendly, and competitively priced. Best part though, i dont even get out of my vehicles when i bring them. I have 3 personal vehicles and 1 business vehicle i have serviced here.

These people simply robbed me, never again. Ladies dont trust them.

I was apprehensive at first. A fast oil change id never heard of but man the these guys are awesome!!! I was on my luck break as soon as I got on the lot the manager Leon greeted me and let me kno he was the new manager he had a cold bottle water and warming smile. As soon as I got in the garage the blitzed my car like a nascar pit crew. Leon showed me my cabin I didn’t even kno I had one of those. Everybody was so helpful I will be back!!!Thanks

Had to get the manager on the job..my check engine light had come on and the problem was that the young attendant didnt put my filter on correctly...but the manager fixed it and put oil on my car and then the check engine and oil filter light went off.. but I think because it was off so long (filter), rhat might have messes my car engine up because I dont do anywhere for it to get messed up

I use to come here when they were a havoline and after they converted over to take 5 . I came before in spite of the service but now there under new management and boy I tell you it’s worth it to go in there and experience the fastest oil change I’ve ever seen! They really get out of there in under 10 mins and they don’t try to upsell with stuff you don’t need. I will be a repeat customer!!
