Just had them come build up my planter that had been over grown and had trees in it for the past 5 year. They did a better job then I could have imagined! They always called me back and kept me up to date on everything and they were VERY considerate of the fact that they were working on grassed marshlands which meant it very easily got ruts in the yard. I am DEFINITELY having them come back an do the rest of my projects!

Wish I could add pictures of the huge ruts they left in my yard. After they got their equipment unstuck, they left and didnt even try to fix the damage they did. Crew didnt communicate they were on our property until after they had already gotten stuck, and obviously didnt survey it before they started mowing.Update: they came back to fix it the next day after I emailed management.

Poor quality of service. I live in Brynn Marr Village, of which this company “maintains”. Ever since they have taken over the maintenance of this property, I have had to clean off my porch every single week of the grass clippings they so carelessly blow all over it and never blow off. They never blow out the breeze ways either. For what they do blow off on the property, they just blow it into the parking lot and leave it. Beds are full of weeds and have been all year. Also when they prune the bushes, instead of cleaning up behind themselves, they just leave everything where it drops. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

So I seen 1 of their little Ford ranger fly around a school bus today in my neighborhood. This is not the first time I have seen unsafe driving from their people involving a school bus. I have seen them running stop signs and just not caring in the least of people and childrens safety.
