This company was awesome. I had a major issue after installing a water softener system. This company came out after hours with a great rate, and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. I am now a loyal customer.

Well, I called the number provided on the website mid-day and was greeted by a person that appeared to be asleep. I then requested residential lawn services and was informed that they were too busy and told to maybe call back in a couple weeks. I would not waste your time calling because it does not appear this business is interested in new residential customers.

Excellent long time business. Have done business with them for as long as I can remember back to 60s. Their knowledge of Duval plus neighboring counties is so far superior to others in their field I doubt there are many neighborhoods that they are not familiar with. A long time competent family owned and run business, I can recommend them highly.

They were excellent and very dependable! Jim was especially attentive and thorough. Our sprinkler system works like a charm!

Provided excellent service at a reasonable price. Came out the same morning that we called to fix leaking sprinklers and were very knowledgeable and professional. We will always use them for lawn irrigation issues.

We saw Grace Lawn Service working on a neighbors yard laying some new sod. We had them fix some areas of our yard with new sod as well. We also had them fix our sprinkler system. We were desperately in need of new sprinkler heads and adjustments. They were professional, figured out our sprinkler problems and corrected them. Everything will be lush and green now thanks to their work. Thank you Grace Lawn Service.

Waste of time. “Mac” was not able to make an appointment, rather told me he would be at my house in the “late afternoon” called him at 530 and he stayed he was sorry and said he could be at my house in the morning. No curtesy call, nothing. I have many appointments for my son and injured husband. We don’t have time to sit at home and hope someone shows up to do a job. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous.

I know I can depend on Grace Lawn Service to be prompt, courteous and professional. They make sure my lawn irrigation system works efficiently.

Called on Sat to schedule lawn being done, the representative said we could do the lawn on Monday. I never hear back from him. I called Wednesday and he said we could do Friday during lunch when the irrigation repair guy would be here. Im waiting on both to show up and irrigation guy was supposed to be here at 1200 its now 1215 and he will not answer the phone.

Im new to the sprinkler game, but they came out and got the system up and running!

Simply put they are crooks big time!!!!!
