We moved into our home last June and couldnt get personal recommendations for lawn services, so I had to rely on online reviews. It made me a little nervous to sign a contract without seeing the quality of the work first, but I am really glad we found Sue and her co-workers. Sue always does a meticulous job on the regular mowing, weedeating, edging, and trimming bushes; the lawn looks gorgeous when shes done. A few weeks ago she removed some dead junipers for us, but it wasnt as easy as you might think. Our flower beds are filled to a depth of 6-8 inches of lava rock, and there are buried wires for outdoor lighting. Sue took great care not to disturb the wiring. She was also able to dig enough lava rocks out of the space to allow me to add soil and plant some annuals. More recently Sue replaced some sod in the front and back yards. We have never been disappointed by her work, and we feel that her prices are very fair. I would highly recommend Lawn Jax to anyone looking for quality lawn care.

I hired Sue and team from Lawnjax for weed removal and mulch refresh around my treebeds and foundation. The services, once completed, were absolutely excellent. The only issue I experienced was that I was required to pay the invoice over a week before anyone arrived for any work—a rather compromising and uncomfortable position considering what was paid. At the end of the day everything worked out fortunately.

I flagged down Alex one day last fall after noting that he took care of the best looking lawns in the neighborhood. Ive been extremely happy with the weekly lawn care and so recently engaged them for some additional landscaping for the drive and front yard of our Riverside bungalow. In planning the work Alex walked with me through the neighborhood to point out different options, talked about sun/shade challenges and ensured we came up with something that would be fast growing, maintainable and most importantly look GOOD. Highly recommend!

They can take care of all of your lawn service needs, from basic maintenance to detailed landscaping projects. I love the online payment method too. Everything is user friendly and I get reminder emails a day or two before they come out to service my home.

Alex from Lawn Jax and the rest of the team are outstanding! We live in Chicago and actually arranged everything over the phone to do my elderly parents lawn in Jacksonville for them each summer; and we keep coming back every year. The guys always come when they say they are going to, and they always do a great job with the lawn and all the edging. They are fast, always courteous, and me and my parents could not be happier with their services. I would definitely recommend them to everyone for all your lawn care needs.

Consumer be aware!! I hired this company for 2 reasons: 1 was their reviews and 2 was their price. Now my advice to you the customer is to move to the next best person and stay away from this company. He ties you to a contract where you pay a month in advance and doesnt deliver. The contract states that service will be provided weather permitting and thats understandable however dont expect your lawn to be mowed the following sunny day because it wont. He pockets the money and you get no service for that given week. Every month your credit card will be changed and you are not guaranteed to get the service you paid for in advance nor will you be reimbursed or credited. Stay away!!!!!

We hired LawnJax and are really satisfied with their work! Alex and his crew worked very hard to trim all of the trees and bushes around our house. They also removed about 2 years worth of dead leaves around the property (we are renting and the previous renters did nothing to clean up the yard). We felt that the work was outstanding at a very fair price!

LawnJax has done a great job managing our landscape in Julington Creek for over a year now. They pull the virginia creepers out of the bushes, kill the weeds in the beds and dont scalp the St. Augustine grass... unlike the previous service we hired.

This is the worst company in Jacksonville!!!! And it is run by a convict!!!!!They embezzles money and then make you sign a contract and provide no service!!!!! Please be aware!!! Here is an attached photo.
