She never made me feel embarrassed about making a not so smart decision. I plan on using her for scar revision as well as breast implants. Everything has been perfect from the consultation till surgery . Dr. Kirk is fantastic, i got lipo on my outer thighs, tummy tuck and replaced my implants, today i went for post op and everything looks fantastic. The tummy tuck pain is so manageable i think my C section was worse. Every one in the office is super nice including the surgery center. Im so so happy i will definitely go back if needed. I have had large breast and all the problems that come with them my entire life. I finally decided it was time to do something about that. I spoke to people around town and did a lot of research before finding Dr.Kirk. I was very nervous to spend all that money and have bad results so I was skeptical. However, after our first consultation I knew she was the surgeon for me. She was very kind, explained things throughly and didnt make me feel rushed at all despite my numerous questions. She also was very realistical in her plan and what was achievable. Matter afact she made me feel so good about the surgery I scheduled it that same day for a month later. I am one week post-op now and I couldnt be happier. Her team is amazing. They are all so sweet and helpful. I experienced the same type of care at the surgery center. It honestly has been a great over all experience for me. I dont understand how anyone could have a negative thing to say about Posh Plastic Surgery because they are nothing short of amazing! As for my results I am not fully healed yet, but my breast already look so beautiful. No doubt in my mind they are going to be everything I have ever wanted once they are healed. I got my lips done for the first time and the dr was great, super nice! The process was fast and easy, not really painful. I like my lip shape and I’m ready to go back for more. She defiantly stands by her work!

Where do I begin? I had a breast lift and implants done here at this office September 2016 and I couldnt be happier. Dr Kirk is a wonderful Dr and Becky is simply the best nurse there is! I came back last month for Cool Sculpting and Botox and once again my results were better than Id ever expected! From the moment I called the office, I knew this was going to be the place for me. The receptionist was friendly, inviting, and was very patient in helping meet my scheduling needs (My schedule gets a bit hectic at times). When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted warmly by one of Dr. Kirks team members. Dr. Kirk herself made an impression with me right away. I was very nervous about having a procedure done, but her very down to earth calm demeanor made me feel immediately comfortable. I had many questions and concerns and she took time to make sure all questions were answered and all concerns were addressed. I am very pleased with my results and would highly recommend her to my friends and family...as a matter of fact...I already have!

Just went here for the 1st time to get Botox and Becky was A M A Z I N G!!! I had done Botox a few times at different places but nothing compare to the experience I had at Posh with Becky. She is super conservative and her technique is the BEST, she is also super personable and makes the patient feels comfortable and confident thru the procedure. Dr. Kirk and her staff are incredible; they were always warm and caring as well as being very professional. She went over my procedure in detail and was always open to answering any questions I had. She was even able to schedule my surgery to line up with my time off work for Christmas break. Becky was on call after my recovery for any questions I had, and I never had to wait to get an answer. I recovered very well and my results are phenomenal. I hardly have any scarring, Im able to be active again, and I have more confidence in myself. I would not hesitate to go to them again, and Ive already recommended someone to them. The only thing I regret is not going to them sooner!

Dr. Kirk is an amazing surgeon. I would recommend her work to anyone wanting plastic surgery. I had an emergency situation with my son and Dr Kirk came to our rescue. The results were amazing. I was worried my son would have a horrifying scar for rest of his life but because of Dr. Kirks skills the scarring was very minimal. I am truly pleased with the results.

Its very unfortunate that an ex-employee, whom was caught stealing from this practice, convinced friends to write bad reviews for Dr. Kirk. She is an excellent Doctor that cares about every patient she sees. I brought a friend to her in an emergency situation and she got her in right away and made sure she did everything she could as a plastic surgeon to ensure my friends face wouldt be scarred for life.Im also trusting her with my 3 year olds face to remove a skin tag. I wouldnt take him to any other plastic surgeon in Jacksonville.Please dont believe every bad review you read. You never know until you experience the doctor and office yourself.

Dr. Kirk has done a procedure on me. I am pleased with my results. The scar from my excision is minimal and very un-noticiable. She has very good hands which is a necessary attribute for plastics. I have also had laser treatments and botox and her RNPA is fabulous. She is gentle and has a very calming demeanor. The office staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. You can see for yourself and walk out feeling great.

It is so disheartening to read some of the negative reviews that have been posted by clients of Dr. Sofia Kirk at Posh Plastic Surgery center. I suppose when you are in such a field, you cant always make everyone happy. People strive for perfection and what they dont realize is that the doctor can only help you achieve the perfect version of YOU and only YOU.Now on to my review of the Dr. and the facility. My first encounter with Dr. Kirk was in 2010, where I came in for a rhinoplasty consultation. I of course brought in a photo of the perfect nose and showed it to Dr. Kirk. I was anxious to hear her tell me she can make it happen and lets schedule a surgery date. Unfortunately for me at the time, Dr. Kirk turned me down and said there is nothing I see wrong with your nose and I refuse to touch it. Please come back to me if you want any other procedures done. At that moment I was upset with her response and found a facial plastic surgeon Located in neptune beach to perform my rhinoplasty. Little did I know the nightmare that lie ahead of me after my extremely botched rhinoplasty. Two rhinoplasties later and I still kick myself for not taking Dr. Kirks advice. I am now in search of a surgeon who is capable of fixing my crooked nose and will eventually have to have a second revision.Fast forward five years- I had a beautiful daughter whom I breastfed for almost 2 years. Needless to say breastfeeding took a toll on certain areas of my body. While living in Japan I decided that it was time I fixed up my mom bod, so I started doing research. Due to the language barrier here in Tokyo I knew I would want to have my procedure done stateside. I did extensive research for over 6 months as price wasnt a concern. I came across Posh Plastic surgeon and remembered Dr. Kirks honesty about not wanting to touch my nose and thought I should schedule a consultation.I emailed the office and told them my current situation along with my timeline and asked them if it was reasonable to have this procedure done within a 3 week time frame. The staff at Posh was extremely professional and quick to respond. They were able to adjust their schedule to make sure I could be accommodated. Immediately upon entering the facility I felt right at home. During my consultation with Dr. Kirk I expressed my desires with out really knowing much about ccs, size, etc. Dr. Kirk recommended a size and style of implant and I never once questioned her professional judgement. I reminded her that I was the patient she turned down 5 years ago and then told her I wish I would have taken her advice. We scheduled the surgery date and I was on my way.The surgery went smoothly and recovery was nothing short of amazing. By day 3 I was already out and about running errands and visiting with friends. By day 11 I flew from Jacksonville Florida to Portland Oregon with 6 bags, a stroller, a baby, a car seat and 2 carry ons. By day 16 we were making our way over to Japan. Throughout this entire time Dr. Kirk has helped me regain the confidence I had once thought was forever lost. What used to be my biggest disappointment ( on my body) is now my most prized possession. In a sense, it has renewed the love I have in myself, which has helped in many other aspects of my life. Self confidence is a big part of our lives and at one point, I lost it.Dr. Kirk has gone above and beyond what I paid for. She continues to email me and follow up and has even called me IN JAPAN. The staff has become like family. In fact upon arriving back home I made sure to send them all some goodies from Japan. I will forever be in debt to this amazing woman for what she has done for me. I will also continue to stand up for her and will recommend her to everyone I know.I am still in love with my results after all is said and done now that they have settled.Thank you Dr. Kirk and Staff.
