My day at Bartrum Spa and Salon was very relaxing and much appreciated. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendliness and enthusiasm by my esthetician Lindsey and the receptionist. The atmosphere was very calming. After changing, I was guided to a seating area where a mimosa was waiting for me and serene music was playing as I waited for my session with Lindsey. The room was decorated beautifully and I couldn’t help but lean into the plush couch and admire the attention to detail. Lindsey was absolutely amazing from the moment I entered her room. I didn’t feel rushed through my facial and she made me feel so relaxed during that time. She is extremely knowledgeable and great at her craft. Every question I had she answered and gave me great product recommendations. I would most certainly recommend not only Bartram Spa and Salon but if you have the chance, make sure you book a session with Lindsey!! Overall, it was a great experience and I left with glowing skin and a relaxed state of mind. I’m still getting compliments on my “glowing” skin.

Ms. Fern was the absolute best... I’m the last minute type and I literally called The Bartram Spa last minute and Ms. Fern ran to the back and personally asked the PA Mrs. Victoria if she could please squeeze me in, Victoria agreed, and even stayed behind past her shift to see me... but wait my experience gets better... both Fern and Victoria were warm and super friendly, Victoria was extremely knowledgeable and great with her hands I felt no pain or discomfort during my procedure (injectables) the spa was amazingly beautiful and clean very modern and upscale... I am returning in a few weeks and I am so looking forward to it.... I would recommend this place to anyone!! They Rock!!!

CrisaLida is amazing cutting my hair, blow-dry etc! Very professional. Shes also bilingual thats a big plus for me.Andrea did my ear candling and I loved it! Cant wait to do it again.

I came in for partial highlights and a cut. Paid $160 before tip for shoulder length hair. Very disappointed because I did not get the bright blonde hair lights I asked for. It truly looks the same as before. I hate feeling like I wasted my money. The stylist started taking half my highlights out before the others and then after that decided they the others weren’t done yet and set me under the dryer again. Truly, none of it was ready. I got the yellow blonde I told her I did not want. The salon looks very nice, clean and professional which is the only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1.Update - 11/10/20I really appreciate both manager and stylist wanting to ensure I was happy with my hair. They got me in for a complimentary highlight to help me get the results I was looking for. Thank you!

Crisalida is just the BEST!!! I have been going with her for years now and she has never ever disappoints. I have loooots think, mixed, course hair and she is the ONLY one that have been able to manage and make it pretty! She is amazing with color, her hair cuts give my hair life again every single time i go for a hair cut! Her blow drys leaves your hair so amazingly shiny and the my curls lasts forever looking good. And let’s talk about her keratin treatment, they are just A.M.A.Z.I.N.G Long story short she has just magic hands for hair, she is just the BEST. I recommend her 100%.

Have not been to this spa for services yet but they sell my favorite skin care, Eminence. Placed an order during quarantine and received the wrong product BUT was informed that my product was on back order and the one I actually received retails for a higher value and is similar to the product I ordered. I love the Eminence line and am happy with all of their products so after talking with Lisa, I felt much better. The experience was wonderful even with the miscommunication. I truly appreciate how everything was handled and that I even received a free gift with purchase - the rosehip oil. I will definitely be back for future purchases!!

I went in for a HydraFacial with Ashley. I had such an amazing experience! Ashley made me feel very comfortable and educated me throughout the service. We discussed my at home skincare routine but at no point did I feel like she trying to sell me unnecessary products. After my facial I felt refreshed and my skin had an incredible glow. I came in with a girlfriend to get the relaxing facial and steam pedicure. The entire experience was state of the art. Warm greeting right when we came in, escorted to where we change, they made us mimosas as we enjoyed the different saunas.The relaxing facial was amazing, I almost fell asleep, she did an incredible job. My skin felt/ looked hydrated, clean and rejuvenated - it was an excellent experience.At the same time we were also getting our pedicure which included the steam (instead of water) and reflexology was part of the package. I could have been there for hours! Having both of these services done at the same time was heaven.I would recommend the relaxing facial and steam pedicure to anyone who wants to treat themselves, have an amazing girl day or even for a gift.I would give this experience more stars if I could! Everyone was so kind and inviting making us both feel completely relaxed and pampered.

I have been going to the Spa at Bartram Park for years and absolutely love it. I see Ashley for my facials and esthetic services and she is so knowledgeable and also makes the experience so comfortable and enjoyable. The staff is so very friendly and accommodating. I absolutely only trust my skin care needs to Ashley Phillips who is a Medical Aesthetician. She is very welcoming from the moment she greets you. You feel right at home. This was the worst salon experience ever. I brought my daughter in for a fairly basic style that her stylist simply couldn’t execute. When I set the appointment I inquired about an experienced stylist but do not feel that’s what we got. We were stuck there for 2 HOURS, before a formal event making everything else run late. This was supposed to be a feel good experience for my daughter but become a stressful one instead.

Ive been going to them for almost a year now. I loved the vibe and the setting at first, but I never found one stylist that I absolutely liked and would go back to. Ive had 5 different ones there and not one of them has done a satisfactory job. I had a massage, a facial, waxing, I had my hair and makeup done for my wedding and all of my bridesmaids, Ive gone there just for Trims, Ive gone there for coloring. Ive given them several opportunities and I am completely in aw at how bad it is run. Worst waxing experience ever. I have had Brazilians done before so I knew what to expect...I left there bleeding after an hour and a half of misery. For most people that know Brazilians it should take 30 to 40 minutes. The makeup for my wedding was good but my hair fell within 30 minutes, so I wore it down. My bridesmaids hair also fell. Last time I was in there for a trim I had a scheduled appointment arrived five minutes early and did not get taken back for 20 to 25 minutes From my appointment time. The final straw was today I booked out my appointment days in advance arranged a babysitter so that I could go take care of several appointments one being my hair and they canceled it because one of their hairdressers had a migraine. You would think they would find someone to fill in for the exact time. I am in the service industry and when people call out I find a replacement, never cancel appointment that is bad business. Dont waste your time. I wasted a year on this place.

I had a truly wonderful experience doing hydrofacial treatments with Ashley. I have had issues with my skin for years, clogged pores, discoloration, oiliness ect. She helped me get my skin healthy, and actually took the time to explain the products I needed and why I needed them. My skin glows now, and I absolutely love it. I even feel comfortable not wearing make up, which I used to not leave the house without it on. I am so thankful for Ashley, I recommend everyone to see her!

I was able to get an appointment for a haircut etc at short notice. The spa pedicure and manicure was totally outstanding. I observed their colorists were fantastic and returned next week for multihued highlights. Totally wowed by Samantha the stylist who made me feel beautiful!

I don’t recommend this place for manicure and pedicure. my husband got me the utopia package and the massage,body scrubs, facial was great but the manicure pedicure I wasn’t satisfied.. don’t get me wrong the young lady who did my nails was very nice and friendly she just need more practice applying nail polish

This is by far my favorite salon in Jacksonville! Brittney and Nicole are amazingly talented and I wouldnt trust my hair with anyone else. I have very dark, natural curly hair that is now almost blonde and much healthier since taking my business to this salon. Brittney and Nicoles knowledge regarding the lightening/coloring process and treating damaged hair (mostly from straightening) has helped me tremendously with attaining the look and feel I want. I would give 100 stars if I could!

My hairstylist daughter moved away, so I had to look elsewhere. Scary! Where to start looking? I knew I wanted a salon that used Goldwell Colors (the best!). Indulge does! I was lucky enough to find Sarah (also the best) My color looks so natural and my cut is perfect every time. Sarah listens and gives me just what I want! 3 years with Sarah and, hopefully, many more to come!

I would like to post my honest review for my experience. I work full time to support myself through nursing school but I had saved up a little bit of money for my birthday and decided I wanted to get my eyebrows microbladed so I didn’t have to worry about makeup as much. I saw the reviews for this salon and I decided to give it a chance even though it’s almost an hour from my house. I purposely booked a consultation appointment so I could make sure I was comfortable at this location and with the technician I would be working with because I would be getting a semi permanent tattoo. The salon is beautiful and they seemed very busy, everyone was nice and courteous to me. The salon and waiting area was clean and I was even offered some water while I waited. I was informed that the first appointment would take around 3-4 hours and then I would have an additional follow up appointment included in the price. I went in to my first appointment and she took the time to explain that she would make two sweeps through initially and then would take the time and go through and see where I wanted additional shaping. This is where everything started going downhill for me. After she did the initial pass through she touched up a little bit and showed me and my eyebrows weren’t even at all. I’m lucky that I have a nice shape to my eyebrows naturally. I just wanted them to be evened up. One was higher up than the other and the other one she had shifted the arch and they looked entirely different. Multiple times has kept pushing me saying that they aren’t done until the follow up appointment wanting me to leave. She stated she was already 15 minutes late to another appointment and kept pushing me to leave. It made me incredibly uncomfortable and I felt like she just wanted my money. I did not appreciate being rushed out. I insisted that she fix two particular places right then because I was unhappy and did not want to walk around looking like this for a month until the follow up appointment. She did fix those places but didn’t bother with any of the numbing cream, clearly agitated that I was making her late. The tails of my eyebrows go straight out and she brought my right eyebrow down instead of out and caused it to look very different from the other, I told her how upset I was and that it looked very different and she just nodded at me and didn’t offer any suggestions to help. The appointment lasted for approximately two and a half hours when she originally told me to expect three to four. I was already very upset with her and the results but I decided to wait until after my follow up appointment and see the final result before I judged too harshly. When I went home after my initial appointment I had to scrub out the ink on the tail of my right brow which was incredibly painful but I had no other choice or the ink would settle. There were multiple places that weren’t even touched. When I went in for my second appointment she filled in some of the places that were missing ink and I requested she fix the arch on my left brow. The arch was significantly in a different place than my right brow. If you are looking to have your eyebrows micro bladed I suggest you stay far away from this salon, that being said I cannot speak for their hair stylists or any other procedure. Overall I feel like I was treated like I was just another number to them. I feel like a wasted my money and I will not go back.

I sent my mom to Indulge as a birthday present. She loved it! She is not technology oriented but asked me to write a review on her behalf. I am glad I chose Indulge, they treated my mom like royalty. This salon is amazing! Every stylist there is awesome and are fantastic! Especially Nicole Duffy and Brittney Bailey! I would not go to anyplace else! I drive all the way from Tampa to come up to get my hair done! So fabulous!

LIARS!!!!! I wouldnt even give this place one star! I had found them online for my sisters bachelorette party and drove an hour to look at the place in person and speak to someone about setting an appointment for her party. I met with the owner and told her we would about 10 women. She said it wouldnt be a problem. Just to give her a head count with all services that we wanted and she would look into discounts for us and book our spot. A week later she emailed me and said that she needed the final head count and would be working on it the following day. That following day....she emailed be back after I had answered her and said that they were already booked and they could only have 6 people in a party!!!! THEY LIED TO ME!!!! We were planning on dropping several hundred dollars on this place, but Ill take my business else where. My sister deserves better than this. Dont bother going here for parties, the pictures lie and and so does the staff.

Mollie is very attentive to my needs and always has me leaving the salon happy with my cut and style! Very clean and professional atmosphere in an ideal location for me.

Had a great haircut and treatment with Molly. She was able to accentuate the curl in the hair and reduce the frizz, and not suggest treatments (such as highlights) that dry my hair out. She was also able to provide suggestions on things to do at home with the products that I already use. Great visit, and I will be sure to return.

My experience here was unlike anything I have ever experienced. There have been times when I had my hair colored and didnt like it but I will definitely not return. I had my hair colored and cut. I wasnt crazy about the color which came out as orange highlights and to make matters worse after I left the salon I realized a portion of my hair was A LOT shorter than it should be. I called the salon and told them I was coming back, as I was on the interstate in traffic when I realized this. They were very apologetic when I returned and put me with a different stylist (Mollie) who was very kind and compassionate through all of my tears. I found out that the stylist I initially had used the cutting shears instead of thinning shears on my hair and instead of telling me allowed me to walk out with my hair hacked. I had to leave the salon with bangs, which is still a hassle for me, as I am in the military and my hair is required to be neat and pinned back and bangs dont make that an easy task. On a good note, Mollie fixed my color and my hair cut. I was refunded for the cut and given a free pedicure for a future visit. The manager came in and apologized in person for my experience. I was very pleased with how things were handled but hope they can hire people with greater integrity. I understand people make mistake, however have enough decency to let the person know you messed up. I appreciate the salon manager for trying to make my experience better, however I will not be returning.

I have been to indulge twice now (Samantha Yagl is my girl) and couldnt be happier! She did an absolutely AMAZING job with my color and cut. When I first went to her, the poor thing spent hours undoing what another salon did that I was so unhappy with. She took the time to strip all of it out and helped me start fresh. Today, we were finally able to re-intruduce color the correct way and it looks incredible! Ive had so many compliments in just the 2 hours since I left there. I will be sending ALL my girls over knowing how much they spoil us and do EXACTLY what were going for. Im so glad I found a new place thats this wonderful to their customers!

The first time I came to this place, they confused my appointment with someone elses and she tried to provide me with services that I wasnt scheduled for. When I clarified what I was there for, they continued to try to give me the wrong services... I put that in the past and figured maybe it was a bad day and tried the salon again this morning. I scheduled a facial last week for 9:30 a.m. I get there on time this morning just to be told that my appointment is with someone who isnt even on the schedule to work today. All it would have taken was a simple call to let me know that there was some sort of miscommunication, but they didnt even have the decency to do that. I absolutely do not recommend this place. The customer service is horrible and they clearly dont care about customer satisfaction. Very disappointing.

I have never had to wait such a long time for a hair appointment! When it was 30 minutes passed my appointment, I asked the receptionist how much longer and they said the stylist was finishing up and would be ready in 5 minutes. After waiting another 10 minutes, I gave up and left. Very disappointing because its really hard for me to find time to even get to the salon.

Loved my spa day at this Salon! We spent the weekend in St. Augustine for my birthday and I was treated to a Spa day. From the time I arrived to checking out, every one was professional and friendly. I indulged in a massage, facial and mani/pedi. The massage was to die for. Just the right amount of pressure and so relaxing. The facial was wonderful. Even left with some great skin care advice. And my mani and pedi was perfect. All the ladies were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. One note. If you are a plus size woman/man, this is a great place to go! Being plus size, you can be treated differently in spas. (table capacity, chair width, ect) These ladies treated me like any other client and made me feel extreemly comfortable. Next time I am in St. Augustine I will definitely stop in.

Myself, Julianne, and Stacy had an amazing Thursday night at the spa. We were pampered like queens. Our C02 facials were awesome and estheticians were there to educate us on the importance of taking care of our skin. They showed us different products that we could try and they demonstrated how to use them. We were offered wonderful refreshments, hors d oeuvres and even a chair massage. We also got to meet Dr. Garcia who was helpful in answering our questions about his services. So you see it doesnt get much better then that. Thanks to Jenean Bratton for making our spa night happen!!!!!

My experience here with prom hair and makeup was not very good. I booked an appointment two months in advance with Nicole, as she was highly recommended. When i got there they were running very behind and I ended up with two completely diffrent people doing my hair and makeup, none of which were Nicole who I had specifically booked an appointment with. When it came to makeup, they were VERY unproffesional. They had called me advance telling me to bring my own foundation... Im paying you 50$ to do my makeup and you dont have your own foundation? The products they used were not of high quality by any standards and i could tell the lady was not very experienced when it came to makeup. The spa itself however is absolutely beautiful! In regards to prom though or any future brides thinking about getting their makeup done... I do not recommend this place. Very disorganized and unproffesional. I didnt feel pretty and confident like a girl should on her prom day!

Beware of this hair salon. I went in wanting Chelsea Houska red and came out with purple, the stylist saw other clients during my own experience, and she didnt even blow dry my hair and style it! I spent a lot of money to walk out looking like a wet dog with purple hair at first! Oh it gets better, as time went on she warned me some of my color may wash out in the shower which was normal. I wish Google allowed me to upload a picture of my hair, which is ruined, dead, fried and pink! All my color washed out and my hair is now pink with my blonde coming back threw! It looks like a disaster! Needless to say I finally have saved enough money to go somewhere else! Everyone knows hair coloring isnt cheap! Its a treat that us women do for ourselves when we can! I expected way more!**Update** So for my consultation with my new stylist (whom I will leave unknown) ... She informs me that you can not go from bleach blonde to red without building a base, which at Indulge they did NOT do! You can NOT put red on bleach blonde hair and expect it to stay! From where my highlighted hair has grown out, I had a band of red and my ends were pink and fried from prior having blonde. (Because Im naturally brown) We have started my process of going back to my natural color of brown. We had to bring my hair to a base color of almost a orange and then apply a cool brown on the top and a warm brown on the bottom! Because of the stylist at Indulges lack of knowledge about coloring hair, just to get my hair back to brown and get all that nasty faded red and pink and damage this has costed me a lot of time (5 hours) and MONEY! Nearly 200.00! Not to mention the 100.00 I spent with them to have my hair red that would never have stayed to begin with! Please do NOT go to this SALON!

I had the most relaxing experience head massage great coloring and hair cut!!

They are liers, specially Dr. Garcia. I waited for 45 minutes. Dr. Garcia did the botox for me in 2 seconds. It was too painful and he charged me $200 for just one frown line with no result. I wont go there anymore and I suggest you not to go there too.

Friendly, clean, relaxing lounge area, massage was very professional and soothing.
