At one of the most heartbreaking times, Jimmy was compassionate and showed caring for our sweet Thomas. They had the cutest cat angel sleeping on a rock for our Thomas. Thomas will take his place among the honored dead. Wright with Dusty, Sabrina, Beau, Butch, and Harrison. Well loved and cared for baby cats.

We have good interaction with Munroe and our on site CityWide personnel. Particularly the Afternoon day porter that I interact with.

I enjoy working with everyone i come in contact with from City Wide. I mostly work with Matthew Delfino and it has been a wonderful working relationship. Anytime we need something done Matt is on it and supplies us with whatever we may need at the time. The ladies who work here are always awesome. Matthew is always stopping by and checking on us to make sure we have what we need. He is helpful, listens well, and gets things done in a timely manner. The bathrooms, mirrors, trash, and overall cleanliness of the facility is excellent.

I worked at the CSX building downtown and the manager Sonji Dottery was very unprofessional and rude. She never worked or managed anyone she sat in the office on her cell phone all night. I tried to speak with her about an incident and she became very irritated and yelled and screamed at me walking off before calling me a Bit#h. I turned in my badge and quit. City Wide maintenance really need to do a back ground check on their employees because this women constantly spoke about defrauding the government. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a job. Not a good look you have these type of people working for you let alone manage a team City Wide Maintenance.

I am happy I cancelled with them, but to have someone like Patrick who has a criminal record and never took my concerns serious, and the manager who always said Oh we will take care of it right away but only said that to get me to stop complaining it was outrageous, this place its not a cleaning company its a joke and it didnt used to be this way but what can you expect when you get people who only cares about making money but not really about the quality of the work.

I have noticed an improved attention to detail now that Jonathan Sanders is handling our account.

I really like working for Citywide I am a subcontractor but I had some bad management that I was under they did not treat me right and I know I truly do my best and working cuz everybody give me compliments on my work but it seem like Citywide dont want to have me back as a contract.. and I like to know why when they would meet on my money I never showed up I never acted ugly I had patient and waited I try to please everybody when I work Im the one was not treated Fair Cocos Excellent cleaning service

This company promises you gift cards a raise after a year and the Managers treat you like dirt with vulgar language and say false allegations against good people like myself and others who work very hard. Not a good place to work for me

I have been here almost three months! So far i have never felt more driven to be successful in my life by this company!Update: Never in my life have I been more hurt by a company! The only job Ive ever cared about. Do I seem bitter after five months? Thats okay, hopefully they have taken some seminars or something to help them handle bullying, and employees suffering depression.

Great work environment

If I could rate zero stars I most certainly would. I dont think its the company itself but the people that are bosses/supervisors do not care about the welfare of their employees, only about getting the job done. A co-worker literally grabbed me in front of a supervisor (Snejza Zovko, beware of her!) and the supervisor didnt say a word. Not a safe work environment when youre subjected to such treatment. Tried to notify HR but as usual no answer for complaints.😡

We should have had a clue from the very first time they came to clean... They didnt stay to clean, because they couldnt find the light switches. Hmmm... really? And from there it continually got worse. Floors werent mopped, sinks were found dirty, trash wasnt emptied. When they finally found the lights - they were continually left on. The final straw was when we had contracted them to strip and wax our floors the week before our teachers came back for fall semester. The crew didnt show up on Friday afternoon as promised. We had arranged volunteers and staff to be available for furniture moving. Of course since City Wide was 24 hours late, then we didnt have our team anymore. People DO have other things to do on a weekend! The job they did was sloppy and incomplete. Large patches of flooring were left un-stripped and un-waxed. They used so much of their cleaner, that it rolled right into our hallway carpet. The crew said, Dont worry, itll dry. Well - it didnt and we had to clean it. That is, after we asked them to come back and take care of it - but they were a no show.Promises. Promises from upper management. Well improve. Were on it now. Promises broken.I could probably go on - but honestly... Im busy and have a business to run. THAT is why I needed someone reliable; someone that I could depend on to clean our school. Just wanted to save people a little time.
