The owners and senior staff of Freedom Building Services are nice people but the service they offered to us was just OK. In the 3 years that we were with the company we tried out four different sets of cleaners (3 groups of cleaners and one individual). Only one woman that they sent to us did a good job. We kept her until she quit the company. To be fair our building is very old and in some areas rather dirty because we are a manufacturer. Cleaning our building isnt that enjoyable. There may not be much of a sense of accomplishment at the end of the process because it still looks bad when the cleaning is done. Haha. All this to say the biggest issue I had with Freedom Building Services is that, from what I could tell, they subcontract the cleaning out to local people who own their own small cleaning businesses. Some of cleaners are individuals and some are small groups but in the end Freedom ultimately goes out to find another business to clean for you under the Freedom name. I would have preferred if they hired individuals that they fully managed and trained to adhere to the same standard. If that had been their business structure, I think we would have had a better experience with this company.

Excellent customer service and thorough results. I worked with Liz who was very communicative and truly helped in a time of need. They were able to accomodate a 3000sf commercial suite, same-day with a price that was fair and beat all competitors that I contacted. I have already referred them to friends and colleagues!
