Cleaning crew was a little late but they also stayed a little late. They missed a few things that were supposed to be included but other then that they did a good job.

There were a little misunderstanding, the manager took Initiative and fixed it. The service was excellent, I appreciate the wonderful job they did. I can’t wait to do business with them again! They clean clean!

Awesome cleaning service. Called needing a last min quote for a residential clean out. Recieved excellent customer service and a great quote. The cleaners arrived on time and was very enthusiastic to start work. They made sure every inch of the house was cleaned to perfection.

We originally contracted with Precision Cleaning after some renovations and were so impressed and enjoyed our clean so much that we decided to make it a bi-weekly service. Each and every time the service is exceptional and our home is sparkling! The team is always polite and professional and thorough! Emilea and Kim have been our regular team for the past few cleanings and they do a great job. We like that there is continuity with the teams that are sent and that we see the same faces and same results repeatedly. We really enjoy knowing that with little effort to keep things tidy soon enough the team will be here that will do the more detailed cleaning to keep our home looking fresh all the time.

For the most part I have a great experience with this company each month. There is usually one or two things they miss that I do tend to notice. But they are willing to make it right.

I needed someone to clean my rental home after the tenants moved out. The tenants had lived there for 4 years and were not the cleanest people. I called around to several different companies and ended up going with Precision Cleaning because of how detailed the cleaning was and everything they did. They also told me upfront exactly how much it would cost me. I was extremely impressed after the cleaning. They place looked great. I will certainly use them again and give them my full recommendation to anyone who needs a cleaning service.

By far one of the worst cleaning companies in Jax. New ownership has ran this company to the ground in more ways than one. From horrible handling of employees, to unreliable workers, to the ownership being arrogant, cocky individuals, this company wont ever get my business again, nor will I ever recommend anyone working for them. Ive witnessed an employee be mistreated beyond belief ! Never again !

We are General Contractors and have worked with Precision Cleaning for about a year now. We have them clean all of our remodels and new construction projects before we hand the finished product over to the home owner. Most of our projects are very high end and Precision Cleaning has always done an excellent job turning a dusty project into a finished product ready for the owner. They have been great to work with.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!$425 to clean a smaller home, lol. The house was empty and it needed a cleaning due to former renters moving out. There was no carpet, only concrete foundation and some tile in the entire home. We are a military family and after being far from home we were depending on this company to clean it well due to extreme allergies, the former renters had dogs.The initial cleaning was a joke, supposedly 2 people worked 4 hours on my home. Luckily my brother lives next door and proceeded to inspect the home. Upon entry alone, there was dog hair stuck in the threshold and the front window was not even touched. Long story short, only thing that had visibly been worked was where you could see crappy water marks left behind on anything shiny. All vents and fans, not one mark indicating any cleaning. No windows inside and out were touched as well.After complaining, they did send them out again, same result. The owner and his wife came out to finish the job, which even then was mediocre at best. Windows were still not touched even after the owners were here. They told me that wasnt part of their cleaning. So an empty home with no carpet and no furniture doesnt even get the inside of a window clean for $425?We were taken advantage of by being out of state and the workers integrity is less than stellar. After all this, the company didnt even discount or call to offer a possible future discount cleaning, terrible business skills.Lets just say I wont be using them again. Dont let them fool you when they comment on my review, just in case they say something like it wasnt our company or we dont know the customer, etc. You can tell the difference between a good respectful company and a horrible one by their comments about a review.Good luck everyone :).

Precision cleaning has always been a reliable and professional service for me. Due to my crazy schedule, cleaning hasnt always been a priority. It is amazing how much nicer a clean place feels. I dont know what I would do without them.

We love the ladies that clean our home. They do a magnificent job every week and always leave a check list of every job completed. We look forward to every visit and appreciate the way our life is made easier!

DO NOT waste your money! Terrible customer service! Their machine spit up pet hair onto my baseboards and they left it. Sofa cleaning is a JOKE! They sprayed it with some chemical that reeked then when it dried (after they left) it was visible that they cleaning nothing!!! Scheduled a re-service and they were a no show. Manager would never return calls and would not let me speak to the owner. He wouldnt even listen to the situation. What a terrible company!

For the past 3 years we have our home cleaned every other week by Precision and they do a great job. Kim, Emilea, and the other staff there have always been helpful and courteous.

The owner of this company is a personal friend of mine. I write this review not only because of that face but, more so because as a realtor and property manager, I directly use and refer their services and have never had a negative experience.The owners are good hearted people and have strong values which are relayed in the ways they do business. It is a shame to see the negative reviews on here as I cannot relate to those experiences with them in the least.

This place is a JOKE!!!!! They hire girls who show up hungover and late and deliberately dont do the cleaning that they are supposed to do. Hired them for a move-out cleaning. The girls didnt even do the bare minimum of what the Cleaning Checklist they provide said. Overheard the girl say Im not &%$^% cleaning that. Granted, our place was in no way going to be spotless. Lived there after 5 years of someone else living there first and it wasnt the cleanest. I didnt expect a miracle but I at least expected them to do what they were hired to do. After months of requesting an invoice they never provided me with one. The owners said they would make it right and they never did. After over 2 months of fighting with them and the bank I finally got my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLEANING SERVICE. They dont care if youre satisfied or not with the service and they certainly dont provide you with any proof for what you paid for. I would give them 0 stars but google wont allow.

Was a no call no show! 😡. I scheduled a move out cleaning but never heard back from them since. I was getting worried I had not heard anything by the day before so I called several times. The phone number listed went to voicemail but the voicemail box was full and couldnt leave a message. I tried again the day of and still nothing. They never showed, never called back, nothing. Thankfully I didnt pay over the phone like the girl originally wanted cause Im sure I never would have got my money back.

I was looking for a company to replace the company I was using when things just were not getting done they were supposed to. I did alot of research and ended on going with precision cleaning. Im glad I did. They do so much more each and every time they clean than other companies. I read through the reviews and decided to go with them. Im glad I did and already recommend them to everyone I know.

They did a NO CALL, NO SHOW. Just getting back from a business trip to discover they did not clean my place. I was was actually referred to this company. Extremely disappointed
