Their deep clean package I believe is too much for their cleaners to handle, or maybe they need a larger team to complete their deep clean list... there are 7 room areas on this list with 129 bullet points in total of what all this deep clean package includes.I’m assuming this goes for an occupied home and or a vacant home. I can assure you out of the 129 bullet points, my EMPTY 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo I would say only about a third of their list was complete.2 workers, 2 hours, 1100sqft, empty place, (literally no furniture) for $230 and the place was not deep cleaned at all. Not to mention we found ash on the showers floor and 1 room smelled so bad of cigarettes and neither of us smoke. So much for getting this new place of ours deep cleaned before our stuff gets moved in.. Very disappointed. Hate wasting money and hate wasting time.

I hate to make bad reviews for people’s business cause I have family member who owns a business also and I understand how people work hard to create their business but this is very unacceptable I feel like I’m a victim here that’s why I report this case so someone else can’t be their victim. I called for the service and they sent me a quote of $ 230 for deep cleaning service then the next day someone I believe the manager of the place called me about the price changed to $ 300 cause it’s a moving in and out process bla bla bla ok I accepted that for the major things of the two bathrooms. My property is about 950 Sq feet so I don’t think it’s too big for the job . They didn’t call to ask about how the service was until I called to leave the voicemail of complaining and no response on the next day until my husband who is American talked to them and explained things that I’m not happy about their service. I just hope they will come back and finish the job they supposed to do . I got my lesson and I’m definitely a NO NO NO return customer to them . Sorry for the bad photos but it is what it is I can’t tolerate this .

I am completely satisfied with this service and especially want to single out Brittany as a true professional worthy of recognition. She has come by herself on two occasions and, the last time, walked in on a huge mess from a broken glass jar of pasta sauce. My mobility and respiratory issues made tackling the job myself impossible. She cleaned it until you would never know it had been there. She is a great representative for the company.

It is an excellent service for a person that is semi-disabled, as I am. My stamina to do things like changing linens, vacuuming, and mopping is very limited without outside assistance, so I am glad to have a service that knows my place and how I like things. My home is really old and no matter how much cleaning I do myself, it really needed a professional to come in and get those hard to reach spots, and Brittany did just that. I can definitely tell which areas she spent time on and I’m really thankful for her service!

Things I liked:They brought water to my dog outside! Thank you! I put him outside because they were coming and this small courtesy did not go unnoticed. My floors looked great. So did the kitchen and bathrooms. My house smelled nice and fresh.Things I did not like:Every glass surface that was wiped down is foggy, streaky, and gross. I have to re-clean every mirror. Please urge the ladies to use clean rags on glass surfaces in the future.

I paid for a Deep Cleaning service, $455. While a decent job was done on the bathrooms, except for a ledge that had been sprayed down with cleaner but never wiped and rinsed, everything else was half done or not done. For that kind of money I shouldnt have to go behind them and point out things to do or complete. Both ladies were nice but I was paying for a cleaning service not new friends. After the kitchen had been cleaned I pointed out crumbs left behind the blender and coffee pot but after they left still found they had not bothered to clean under or behind a small toasted oven. The toaster oven, blender and coffee maker were not wiped down. I had to ask for the microwave to be cleaned. The cabinet doors and backsplash were not touched. The refrigerator and dishwasher fronts were not wiped down. The only mirrors that were cleaned were the bathroom. The other mirrors were not even dusted. They couldnt even bother to move small 5x7 frames to dust behind or under. I had removed the bed sheets from 2 beds and they offered to remake them. When I turned the comforters back, the sheets were not on straight, not tucked in at the bottom and the blanket was not straight. I remade the beds myself. I had cleaned all of the tile floors before they arrived and told them that. I explained how I clean my laminate flooring but was fine if they had another way. She asked for my laminate cleaner. I also gave them the cleaner for my wooden kitchen table. The table polish was used on the floor in the 2nd bedroom making it very slippery. I had to go over it multiple times to get that off. She poured my laminate cleaner into a bucket of water and proceeded to mop the other rooms leaving wet puddles that streaked and spotted my laminate flooring. One of the ladies went back over the great room floor with a microfiber mop that I gave her which removed some of the streaks but I had to go over it again as well as all of the other laminate floors after they left. They used a vacuum cleaner with the brush rotating on my laminate and tile flooring which should never be done. They did not go under the beds, dressers, or other furniture which is raised and easy enough to get underneath. The bottom of the furniture was not dusted, no door was dusted or wiped more were the baseboards cleaned. Lamps were not dusted. Only had 3 blinds to clean. I had to ask them to go back over one and when the 2nd one was half done I cleaned it myself while they were still here. They ran over the ceiling fans quickly with the swifter and I cleaned them completely after they left. The only light fixture that was touched was the foyer on their way out. Dining room chairs were not moved or dusted, just cleaned the floor around them. They were here for 2 hours cleaning and 1/2 hour going over things I pointer out. I didnt pay $455 to babysit their job. They MAY be good for regular cleaning but the things promised on their website for a Deep Cleaning didnt happen. Not only that but I responded to their message letting them know my disappointment in the cleaning and was promised a followup. That didnt happen. Then I got an email wanting to sign me up for recurring cleanings! I responded that I wasnt happy with my Deep Cleaning and no one in the company cared enough to get in touch with me. She said she would let the corporate office know but I still havent heard anything after 3 weeks. This makes me believe that the claim of paying for performance is a lie. My advice is to find another company, especially if you want a Deep Clean. Just a few of the pictures of what was left for me to do.

The team did a wonderful job. They were nice enough to wait after arriving, when I was running late. Also, Im blind, and the team didnt slack at all. I had a sighted friend check over the work, and there were literally only 2 quarter-sized spots in the entire house that we could find that might need a bit of extra work. The team was also extremely professional, dealing with a level of clutter and mess that could charitably be described as apocalyptic. I havent felt this happy to enter this apartment in weeks. Splendid job.

I have two dogs that shed like crazy and they were able get the house ready to be shown. I have never gotten it that clean by myself. The cleaners were very friendly and professional. Overall they did a great job and left my house smelling and looking clean. While there were a few things needing attention, I believe they’ll be resolved with communication since this was their first time cleaning our house. I’ll definitely be using them again.

We were thrilled by the move out clean we received. The fact they could accommodate a last minute request like that was very helpful. They even cleaned the showers/tubs which we specified in the initial request we werent expecting to be completed due to bad plumbing issues in the house. I would say it was priced a little higher than I was looking to spend but we certainly got every bit of what we paid for!

My husband and I have been contemplating hiring a service for some time, and Sam and Brittany didnt disappoint- they worked hard and our house has had the best deep clean its had in a while! I am considering having them come back to touch up every other week- they were professional, friendly and hard-working. A few little things I will ask them to do next time (clean the fan- but it was moving when they arrived, wipe and dust the top of the kitchen cabinet decorations- but thats really it.) However, they went over and beyond- initially, when my husband called he did not list the guest bath as a room to complete. After my consultation with them, I asked if they could do it although I understood if they could not based on the fact that it wasnt mentioned in the initial quote- but they did it anyway! I would highly recommend this company and these two!

I was not pleased with the service provided. The floors were not swept properly. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Even after sending pictures of areas that were not satisfactory & someone coming back to clean, the very same area was left exactly as the picture. My windows were left with cleaner sprayed on them, some had cleaner running down the window. My light fixtures were left dusty. Needless to say...I will not use this service again.

The time frame was adhered to and the price was what was quoted to me. The communication before and on the day of my cleaning was reassuring and helpful. Deborahshay and Ariel did a great job and cleaned everything that I asked for. The master bathrooms tub looked better than it did when we moved in 6 years ago! I had Lynette & Jill come out from Two Maids & A Mop to clean my home after my husband has done so much construction in the house that I could not get it all cleaned by myself. The ladies were very professional and did a great job. There were items that I could not get cleaned no matter what I did and they actually got them clean. I would recommend them to anyone who is needing a basic clean or a deep clean. I definitely know who I will call again in the future.

I thought it was great! Very nice ladies, did a great job- missed a few things that I would have assumed would have been a part of the deep clean (missed a few window sills, lamps/shades, etc) BUT, the bathrooms and kitchen are immaculate. Baseboards are super clean... and my house was pretty dingy/dirty. Will be doing bi-weekly maintenance so I will ask that they tend to the missed areas from the deep clean I’m sure they will make it right. My house was likely a heavy lift so overall I think they did an AMAZING job! Thank you!

Temp and Lynette were very kind and cordial. They asked questions when necessary and finished in a timely manner. They washed dishes, dusted, mopped and cleaned the bathrooms very well. The only thing is that a few spots were missed in the master shower, however I did not notice until after shower was dry and not when I checked before they left (my fault). Overall, they did a good job and would hire them again.

I really hate that Im writing a negative review, especially being that I had such high hopes for this. Unfortunately, my experience wasnt so great. I signed up to have the premium service on a bi-weekly basis. We have a lab, so dog hair is a constant and loves to accumulate near the base boards. I scheduled our first cleaning for Friday, 6/19, to arrive after 1:30pm. I even received an email confirmation for the appointment. I never received a call the day before to confirm the appointment or to find out how they would get in my home. On Friday, the day of the cleaning, I still hadnt heard from anyone, so I called them. Come to find out that I was not on their schedule; I had been removed. But she told me that it wouldnt be a problem and she could still send a team out for the same time. Great! I was super excited to get home and smell the freshness. Sadly, thats about all I received. When I walked in the door, the house smelled great. But as soon as I cleared my entry way, I could see that my floors had been mopped, as there were still wet spots. BUT, they skipped the whole area that needed it the most. I could see water stains on my tile floor that were there before they even showed up. So they didnt really mop. There was still dog hair scattered throughout house. My counter tops were half cleaned. When I rubbed my hand across the quartz top, I could feel and see uncleaned spots. I also noticed a gouge in my quartz counter top that wasnt there before. But unfortunately, I cannot prove this happened because of them. But Im pretty certain it wasnt there before they arrived. My fridge has a built in water dispenser, and you could clearly see it wasnt cleaned below it, as there was a water line where it had dripped below. My back door is a sliding glass door; they didnt clean that, they didnt even attempt it. They didnt dust the blinds or the window sill in the Kitchen. They didnt vacuum the stairs, as there were small pieces of debris on several steps. They dusted my bookshelf, but didnt put the items back where they belonged. They didnt dust behind the TVs in the living room or our game room. Now the master bedroom... our bed was nicely made. Blinds were not dusted. Carpet - half way vacuumed, dog hair still on the baseboards. Master Bath - our shower was not cleaned. They turned on the water and cleaned the handle/nozzle, but the glass door looked like they wiped a dirty rag across it. It looked worse than it did that morning. They didnt even touch the floor of the shower or the walls. Water stains were still on the chrome trim. I was so frustrated after my walk through, so I called them to express my disappointment. I even sent them pictures. Now mind you, this is brand new home, only lived in for 3 weeks. The ladies that came to our home (unfortunately, their names were never given to me) caused more dirt than before they arrived. When I called, the lady I spoke with was very understanding and said she would send out her A team on Monday to do it over. I initially agreed to that, but over the weekend, I kept thinking whats the point. If they did such a bad job the first time, how can they do better the second time. And why would you send your D team on a first clean for a premier service? I wasnt comfortable with a redo. At this point, I just wanted a refund, which I requested through text message. When she responded, she advised that a refund was against policy and that she could still send her team leads on Monday for the redo. I then asked for a reduction in price, being that I did not receive the expected service they advertised. I was denied that, initially. After several texts, she did agree to a reduction, making the total cost $85, from $110, which I accepted (however, I still believe that amount is too high for the services that were provided or lack there of). I have denied the redo. Sadly, first impressions are lasting, especially in the service industry.

Jasmine and Lexi were fantastic. They made sure to give extra attention to the areas we mentioned and were incredibly understanding of our dog that kept barking at them. We definitely had a great experience with them.

The initial call was friendly and easy to set up an appointment and the worker that arrived to perform the work was friendly as well. However, after the worker left and I actually had a chance to check her work I was really disappointed. The master bedroom shower door (glass) was only partially cleaned and the chrome hot/cold on/off plate and knobs werent even touched. Likewise, the chrome hot/cold on/off plate and knobs in the spare bathroom were the same. Additionally, there were two tables (glass tops) in the living room that were not cleaned either.

Brittany and Joanne did an excellent job. They went above and beyond what I asked them to do, and then were very proud of the work they had done when they had me inspect when they had finished. They were a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend this company and these employees on a job well done. Thank you so much

These two ladies did such an amazing job!! I was so pleased with their service. I got the deep clean for a huge 2/2 1600 sq ft home that was a mess and they got it to be spotless within three hours!! That’s what I call pros! Great cleaning service. I will definitely use them again and their were super sweet to my ol’ man Big Bob (English Bulldog) 😊 Big Bob loves them right back and he knows people. If he says they’re good, then you know they’re the real deal.

I have a property that needs move in cleaning pretty much every year, Ive used plenty of other services but this one is in my opinion the best so far. They communicate very clearly and their prices are based on square footage instead of per hour, which is more clearer.

Brittany and Rachel came to my apartment and left the place SPOTLESS!! They were both very kind ladies and loved my animals. My apartment just needed some standard dusting and cleaning, but I am very pleased with the job they did. Would definitely recommend these two wonderful ladies!!

Weve been using Two Maids & A Mop for a few months now, they come bi-weekly and do an amazing job. Sabrina and her team are always very professional, punctual, and do a great job at a quick pace. Our daughter is in the hospital frequently, and one time we came home from the hospital and there was the sweetest note left on my desk, they really go above and beyond for the families they service.

12/31/2020. First clean for weekly service.1. They were late, however I was informed in a timely manner, and it was not a problem as I was at home all day. Shouldnt be a problem going forward, as they will not need to meet any hourly time frame.2. I advised T. that this appointment wouldnt need a full cleaning, as I hadnt completed MY chores to prepare. I did let them know that the quantity of work will increase as I finish my unpacking.3. The team was very polite and got straight to work (as soon as my dogs got some pets and ear scritches!).4. Cleaning fluids and materials. Eeww. They used a string mop; the type that is dunked in water and wrung out. Honestly? My floors were very dirty; dogs +dirt = mud tracked inside. Using the dunk-and-wring out mop created water spots when the floors dried. The floors DEFINITELY looked better, but some dirty spots were visible once the floors were dry. Also, at first I liked the smell of the cleaning fluids, but the odor became cloying after a while.5. The mop, again. When the team finished mopping, there was quite a bit of standing water. Im sure that was due to them not being able to wring enough water out of the mop. Suggestion: if that type of mop is used, please use a squeeze mechanism for the bucket. The best mop to use would be a removable pad mop (check out the type that MM uses).6. I have Bona floor cleaner that I prefer, but I forgot to mention. The next time (and there will be a next time), Ill request they use it. Whatever they did use was ineffective for removing all the grime.7. Overall, the team was professional, friendly, and performed a good cleaning. They would have received a 5-star rating if the cleaning materials were more functional.I look forward to Jasmine and Lexi continuing each week. Just wait, ladies! Starting with the office manager, she was informative, very pleasant, and professional. She called me when they were running a few minutes late, about 10 minutes, so I wouldn’t be wondering. Victoria arrived, her helper had family problem and left right away but Victoria explained and kept working until a coworker came and helped finished. Victoria’s job was wonderfully done, very through. The coworker came from another job on other side of town, no complaints or fussing simply asked were Victoria needed her and went to work. I can’t wait to use them again!

Very punctual with response time. I did the questionnaire online and with in an hr someone contacted my regarding my quote. She was very friendly and concerned about the needs in my house. I was able to get someone out with in a couple days to clean. The young ladies that came were very professional and polite. They did an excellent job cleaning. Highly recommend, I will refer this company to other people and use them again in the future. Thank you two maids and a mop!

I did the design with time for a one time cleaning of my apartment in San Marco. The two ladies understood the time frame I was working with and my priorities regarding what needed to be cleaned with that set time. They exceeded my list and more.. wasting no time at all. Walking on floors has never felt better than the past week. My blinds, my tiled shower, stove/oven, stairway, baseboards all feel and look incredible. I left midway through the cleaning and they locked my place up, were exceptionally honest, on time and communicative afterwards. Thank you ladies!

Overall I had a good experience. A fortunate present afforded me this help.Over the years I have tried to find a reasonable service every now and then but usually have a single good cleaning followed by, the ( lost need to impress) lesser visits. Another thing I appreciated was the absence of critic commentary that previously occurred with other cleaners. I hope the experience remains positive in this way. The first time experience was very thorough, The second cleaning was good also, although it was explained that I overestimated the word premium. The house did smell and look nicer than I could get it with my other tasks, and although only one person could come, she was nice and hardworking. Im glad that this was available, and hope to continue with this company as often as I am able.

Overall experience was great. Quick response from start to finish. My service professional was friendly and nice. She got job done in a thorough and quick manner. I walked through after she finished and any comment I had she promptly and effectively handled.

The team did a great job. In particular, they cleaned all the dust bunnies from under all my furniture. That was huge for me, because I have a dog that sheds horribly. They were respectful and professional. Would recommend.

Home cleaning is a very personalized service...with that being said - I love that their website outlines the services for the price so there is no misunderstandings about what is supposed to be done. (If you have never had a cleaner, dont expect the baseboards and blinds and stuff like that to be dusted unless you specifically ASK, and usually at extra cost). Also, the online scheduling is very convenient. The office staff is friendly and courteous. The crew of 2 ladies showed up on time and did a meticulous job, and in a very timely fashion.They did a wonderful job and even asked me to look around and make sure everything was to my liking. Communication is key, and they were sure to ask for feedback and if things were done to my preferences,and if not, they corrected it right then. The management followed up after the services to make sure we were satisfied. Looking forward to our monthly services.
