The doctor and extern who did my sons hearing test were great although I think the test was entirely unnecessary since he was there because his ear was completely blocked. No surprise, the hearing in that ear wasnt great, but at least the test cost a lot. I didnt like that the staff referred to the nurse practitioner as doctor. Entirely adequate, but the experience didnt leave me especially impressed.

After waiting a month for an appointment, I paid $350 for THE FIRST APPOINTMENT for them to schedule more appointments. I had no answers or treatment. It felt like they were churning procedures and tests more than they were using their training or common sense. Then they said, if you dont hear from us in a week, call us. This isnt quite what I am looking for in a providers office. Ill have to keep looking for a better fit for me.

Everyone here from receptionists, to nursing assistant, to the doctor were very kind and patient. The wait times before being seen have been short, which is appreciated.

So disappointed in my whole experience. I have patulous eustachian tube disfunction and had an appointment with NP Kajdic. Even though it was a long appointment, she basically said there was nothing she can do for me except a prescription, and she suggested I try a different ENT doctor outside of Baptist. I wanted to try the prescription, so I asked for that. After my appointment, I had a random pharmacy calling me telling me that its a special drug that cant be compounded in a regular pharmacy, it has to be special ordered, insurance doesnt cover it, etc. I was so confused why Baptist would prescribe me a medication that is very hard to acquire, has to be custom-compounded, and costs hundreds of dollars out of pocket. I called NP Kajdics office and she couldnt explain the prescription to me, she didnt know how many doses are included, had no guarantees it would help me with my ear problem, and couldnt tell me what the side effects may be, so I ended up not getting it. What a waste of time.To top off the horrible experience, when they billed my insurance, only $50 was covered for the whole visit, leaving a bill for me for several hundred $, even though I do have double insurance coverage. Still fighting with them to try to get them to send in the correct claims to my insurance. Their billing department NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE and never returns phone messages. I definitely will not go back to Baptist in the future and would not recommend.

I had an appointment at 7:45, I live in Saint Augustine I left my house at 7 o’clock to give me enough time to get to my appointment. There was a car accident on I 95 and I called their number three times and no one picked up. The woman called me and asked me where I was at 7:47 and I let her know that I will be there in three minutes there was a car accident. I got into the parking garage and called the office to let them know I was walking into their building now and she told me I had to turn around and reschedule my appointment because it was 755. The woman told me I should have called, I did and no one answered, she then hung up on me.This office is not understanding at all, they are right off of I95 and there’s always car accidents.

Dr. Czerny was AMAZING!! She was so knowledgable about my multiple ENT symptoms and helped me to feel much better. She is smart, kind, and I felt like she really cared about fixing what was wrong and helping me get better. Also, her office was very clean and I felt safe from any potential virus exposure. I recommend her to anyone (kids or adults) needing ENT care!!

I was a new patient to this practice. I was treated in a friendly and professional manner by all staff. The doctor and audiologist explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Czerny and all the staff that worked with her. I might also add that the office was very clean and employed all COVID protocols.

Best ENT experience ever. Personable, Covid-19 precautions in place, efficient visit with through treatment. Prepaid my copay, just leave after appointment, they contact you later for next appointment if needed or f/up phone call.

Had an 7:30a appointment and was not told prior to coming in I wasn’t allowed to bring in my children. No voicemail or anything. So I was told I wouldn’t be seen even though I was already there and we all had mask on.

Made an appointment drove and hour away just for them to not have me in the system. And it happened to the guy before me. Really terrible service and Czerny didn’t listen to my concerns when I was able to get an appointment. Disappointed.
