Recently, my mother‘s hearing aids needed a rubber tab replacement. Driving through the neighborhood, I saw US hearing centers office on Roosevelt Boulevard and decided to stop in.I already had the replacement parts but was afraid to remove the old ones and insert the new ones. Although her hearing aids were not purchased there, the staff was kind enough to replace them for me at no charge (even after I offered to pay them)!When my mother needs further hearing specialty care, we will consider changing our doctor and office location!Thank you!!

Although I arrived 25 minutes late I was immediately taken back and treated extremely kindly. My fault I blew my appointment time. Everyone there seemed to care personally for their patients I would highly recommend them.
