I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM DOING BUSINESS HERE. THEY HAVE HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY OVERPROMISED AND WAY UNDER DELIVER!!Absolutely terrible experience!The hair cut/style looked nice however, the hair line was extremely noticeable. The glue that was used didn’t hold at all. After only 5 minutes outside the glue looses adhesion and the unit began to come off. I went back the same day and instead of addressing the issue I was given a small bottle of glue to use at home. Big shocker this glue didn’t hold either. I had to reapply the glue twice a day and stay indoors as much as possible. I went back in for a second appointment and informed them about the hair line at which time they cut more into the hair line making it even more noticeable. The glue was switched out for their strongest hold glue and it too lost adhesion if outside for roughly 5 minutes. The hair is of poor quality. I immediately was back to applying the glue twice a day. I messaged the owner Pete to schedule an appointment and no appointment for scheduled. A week later after not hearing back I asked for another appointment, one was set up finally however I woke up the next morning and the unit had Cole yelp came off while I was sleeping. The service and products did not meet the standards that Pete the owner had set when I first went here. I asked for a refund and instead of one being issued I was told to try his other stylist that she has more experience. I was not interested in this so I insisted on a refund. I was then ignored until I once again requested it at which time I was mocked about having common logic when it comes to refunds and that his hands were tied. They also took down the before and after pictures that they had of me on there Facebook page and website.I made a recording of both their Facebook page and website Before they took the pictures of me down so they can’t say I wasn’t a customer.
