We were never told when we called that certain dirt like water marks and sticker residue was extra! Had we been told we would have gladly paid. Now they’re telling us that we need to wait, get windows done again in 6 months and pay for another visit, despite the window cleaner telling us he would return with the appropriate cleaner.

I am completely satisfied with Window Gangs services. They were prompt and very professional! This was from the quote appointment, scheduling the service up unto the day of service. Jason & Danny did an amazing job on my home. I had my windows, house, screen patio plus fans, walkways, driveways and front area tiles cleaned. This was a huge job but it didnt take all day. & the price was great! I was recommended to use them & I will definitely recommend others.

From the initial call, to scheduling an estimate, to scheduling the cleaning - it was a pleasure engaging with Window Gang. Everything was so easy - only 1 call to schedule an estimate. Received estimate in email. 1 call to schedule the service. I scheduled gutter cleaning & lanai chemical wash. I received a reminder call day prior to service so I would know what to expect. Guys showed up on time, were polite, efficient & ensured all downspouts were clear. I’ve never seen the lanai so clean.

Great company. Have used Window Gang several times and always pleased with results! Jason went above and beyond to clean a few tough spots near gutter line. Even washed out the bird bath! Such a small thing to some, but shows his attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Not so good. My patio was not hardly cleaned at all. The guy did as much as he could, but he left it as you can see attached. I know it can be cleaned much better, cause I have done so in the past. I request a redo.

We used this business for nine years and were always very, very satisfied. They used to be top gun for gutter and roof cleaning, but our last contact was far from proper or of any sense of quality as in the past. On 8/20/2020, we had disastrous results from their unprofessional, rude and inept workers they sent to clean our gutters and drains around the pool. Firstly, they removed the drain cover over the drain which was not necessary and in doing so, lost the screws, broke the cover and now it does not fit correctly and I will have to have a pool repair service fix the drain. One rude worker offered snide remarks to my wife as she tried to tell him how the usual workers cleaned the drains and the other one tried to flush and clean the pool drain (not related to rain collection gutters). Lindsay was contacted and she said she would send someone to look at and possibly repair the damaged drain and that no charge was to be done for that days work. She promptly sent a zero balance invoice via email which I still have on file. Now, four months later, I get a bill for service and she vows that she never said no charge and that my wife was a liar and we could never come back to them. Well, I happen to have the zero charge invoice that I sent back to her to prove the no charge offer. She need not worry as we definitely will NOT return no matter what they may offer. I could post that invoice here but will not do so unless provoked to return fire.

Made an appointment for Tuesday the 26th and no one showed up. No calls of canceling, nothing. Missed a half day of work waiting for these guys in the morning.Update: showed up following week and did a great job on my gutters and the clean-up was A-1. I was appreciative of their clean-up post gutter job.

The ownership used to actually care about their busienss. Now they put their trust into shotty, cheap labor. The crew totally did not wash the windows on my second and 3rd floor but still claimed to have done so I thought I was lying. Sent photos and everything and they didnt even care to check for it themselves. Theyll just simply blow you off I you have an issue.

Wow! These guys were amazing. I called several different places to clean our gutters, and they all had to schedule times to give an estimate first (and then later would come out to do the work).With Window Gang they were able to give me the estimate over the phone based on the public record dimensions of our house. And...they were able to get here to do the work before even our first estimate from other companies. We also ended up having them down some power-washing as well.When they came they did amazing work. They were very professional and friendly. And my goodness, out of all the service organizations weve had for various projects, they were by far the most punctual. Right on time down to the millisecond! ... Oh, and the price was very reasonable!I cant recommend them highly enough!

Have used them for years and they always do a great job and have reasonable prices. It is soooo much better than doing it yourself. They just recently did my brick house, pool deck, pool screen, sidewalk and windows. Looks great!!! Going to use them soon to chemical wash roof.

The employees were very professional. When I noticed a missed area on the house, the customer service representative sent another crew.. A couple of days later I received a call and was asked if the supervisor could come to the house and inspect the job. He found a few areas which were not up to Window Gang standards. Today another crew touched up the places the supervisor mentioned. They even cleaned off other areas. Excellent customer service and followup!

I was very disappointed that no one was wearing a mask in my house while doing the interior, as I was promised when I initially called to get a quote. I am pregnant and high risk. I paid extra for the tracks to be cleaned and the screens wiped down and there is still some dirt and grime. The windows themselves look clean. Based on my experience with the lack of masks and dirt left on multiple window screens and tracks I will not be calling for future services. I’m very upset.

Used this vendor at a property that consisted of town homes. Very professional, fast and overall a pleasure to work with. My gutters did not need to be cleaned and cleaning crew spent maybe 10 minutes at my house. Young man called office about gutters not needing cleaning and getting my charge lowered but office said no and I was charged full amount. Seems a bit expensive and excessive to be charged full amount. I don’t mind paying for call but nothing was done. Crew was very nice and professional.

If it is not right they will make it right. Did a good job pressure washing curbs and sidewalks for our community.

CALLED COMPANY VIA PHONE AND THEY STATED THAT THEIR SERVICE WILL NOT CLEAN RUST STAINS FROM WELLSTATED IT WOULD COST MORE TO DO THAT BUT NEVER STATED A PRICE . I WOULD NOT THROW GOOD MONEY AFTER BAD MONEY WITH THEM ($130.00 COST OF FIRST SERVICE) I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE . I HAD PAID THEM IN CASH ...
