Great company providing great service definitely will use again. They had me review there work and asked me to point out anything that they may have missed. They 100% discriminate based on your zip code and charge a travel fee for minority/lower-income communities. And the people who answer the phone get tongue-tied trying to explain the reason why they pick and choose zip codes as your service area. Be honest with the real reason! And put these zip codes on your website. Why do we have to call you to know the service areas within Jacksonville? You will never convince me thats not the reason why you choose to charge these areas a travel fee.This company picks and chooses their service area within Jacksonville based on the zip code. They tell you its based on their current customer base and the distance from their Arlington Expressway location but its really based demographics of a community. They say their existing customer base doesnt include a lot of zip codes on the Northside like 32206, 32208 or 32209. But they service 32218, which is farther away on the Northside from their Arlington Expressway location but a mixed demographic. For these locations, they charge you a travel fee of $0.75./mile. They charge a communities that maybe closer to their location but whose demographics are mostly made of minorities/low-income a fee to use them.Any buyer needs to beware when a companys business practice is based on demographic prejudices. Im in the process of selling my home and moving to another acceptable zip code but your company will never have my business and I will let others know the real deal when it comes to your definition of your service area.

This is the second time we have used them for pressure washing our two story home. The two gentleman arrived on time and immediate began preparing the house for pressure washing (covering doorbell, cameras, moving patio furniture etc...). I engaged First Coast Home Pros to clean my lanai furniture and screens. Two separate teams- Terry, Barry, and Gene did the screen and hard surface furniture cleaning. 5 stars. Then Tom came and cleaned the lanai rugs and furniture cushions. Another 5 stars. All I can say is that I have reviewed all the services that First Coast Home Pros offer and now have a list of items I will be using them to clean. This is the third time I have used this company reason being they do a great job, are responsive and have great pricing. The first time I used them was to power wash my fence. The second time I used them they cleaned ALL the ductwork in my home. Its amazing what a total duct cleaning can do for the air in your home especially living in FLA where the air is on so much during the summer. The third time I used them was to pressure wash my driveway, walkway and brick walkway in the back. Again, a great job and at a fair price. Simple maintenance is rarely simple anymore but it was with my experience with the dryer vent cleaning crew. On time, respectful of my interior, no pushy upsell and out in 25 minutes. I only wish they would get with the future and offer payment methods other than check.

I rarely submit online reviews but my home is 18 years old and the tile and grout were very dirty to the point that you could barely see the pattern in it. I just remodeled my kitchen so I decided to have almost all the tile and grout in the house cleaned. Xavier Taylor did the work and he was phenomenal and exceeded my expectations. my floors look brand new and the pattern now matches the quartz I selected. I would highly recommend this company.

Xavier came today to seal my grout and clean my tile. Our home is a new construction and he said the builder shouldve acid washed the tile prior to us moving in. We didnt know that and we still have a warranty so we will be able to have that done at the builders expense instead of our own. His knowledge and honesty alone will make us repeat customers. Plus he did an AMAZING job cleaning and sealing the areas he could do today. Very nice and personable. I will recommend this company to EVERYBODY i know. I was really impressed how responsive, courteous and prompt they were. We had a venemous snake get under a torn “bug sweeper” on our screen door. I called and they were out within a few hours. What a great experience! FCHP was amazing! Extremely professional, thorough, and very reasonably priced. Had some initial issues with the guys who came to clean my gutters and downspouts not doing what I was quoted to have done. However, the manager Evan Hunt came out to make everything right. He listened to what I was quoted and got to work and fixed everything to perfection at no additional costs. We hired First Coast to clean the various stains that have accumulated on our gutters, soffits and stucco walls as well as to clean and seal pavers on pool deck, front porch, and sidewalk. Having been damaged in the past by inexperienced guys wielding pressure washing equipment, we were a bit nervous, but the process was thoroughly explained at the the initial visit and we were not disappointed. Brian and Oliver arrived on time and did a great job. They worked hard and were very thorough making sure no spot was overlooked. The result: our house looks as if it was just painted. All mildew, algae, leaf stain, etc. that clings to exterior surfaces is gone. The process was very effective but gentle as promised. The pavers were cleaned and sealed with water-based sealant which was applied by spraying and rolling. After that, the guys dried the surfaces with a blower and were able to replace the patio furniture before they left. We couldnt be more pleased with the results of these two services or the professionalism of everyone we have come into contact with at First Coast and highly recommend them.
