I was lucky to have Buster do the drainage/gutter system at our home. It has been a few years now and they have been fantastic. We have had zero problems and the system works like a dream. No more standing water and no worries about drainage during tropical season. Call them now and schedule! Even if you have to wait, the wait will be worth it!

We have had significant issues with our gutters and drainage since they were installed by Buster. We have continued to leave messages and voicemails with Buster for months- as he assured us if there were issues he would promptly fix them. Our calls continue to go to a voicemail box that is “full and not accepting messages”. Very disappointed. Our neighborhood Facebook page recommended him, we can not believe there are so many positive reviews and then to experience what we have. We have now had to hire another gutter company to remedy the negligence which has cost us additional thousands of dollars. Beware of Buster.

What an incredible experience! Mr. Garrett is very punctual and has tremendous work ethic. He repiped our entire backyard sprinkler system and replaced all of our gutters for a very affordable price! Buster came out to take a look at the existing irrigation system on our newly purchased home. It was obvious that it had not been used in several years and Buster was able to assess the current system, diagnose the problems and provide the best plan to keep complete our existing system to include the back yard. He came back a few days later and completed all the work we talked about in just one day. We are very happy with the work provided. We have a new home that only came with gutters on the front side of the house. We did not think gutters would be such an urgent addition needed to our home, until we saw what was happening to our back yard. We started to notice our patio slab showing mold after every rain. We also started to notice the run off from the roof was eroding the soil around the edge our our patio slab and washing out to our backyard fence. With heavy rain, we would notice flooding towards the back of our property line against the fence. If we had just purchased gutters, like we thought we needed, that would have solved the patio issues. Buster recommended we also get French drains to help with the run off and the flooding in the yard. Since everything was installed, we have enjoyed looking outside and not seeing any issues with run off or drainage during and after a heavy rai . Highly recommend River City Gutters and Drainage to anyone with gutter and/or drainage needs. Very professional company and the quality of the work done is greater than we could have imagined. So happy with the whole process and who we chose to take care of our new home.

Buster and his team are awesome! I have had troubles with water rising into my basement for a couple of years and have had several other drainage companies out to try to help me with my problems and they all did not want to mess with it. Buster said no problem I can fix your issues. He installed French drains along the parameter of my basement and sea wall and it is amazing how my yard has stiffened up already! Buster and his team do great work and are easy to deal with!
