Daniel was outstanding and helped me furnish my new apartment beautifully. I really appreciate how he went above and beyond to work with me.

I have to say Daniel, johnathon, and anna are very professional in every aspect. They were very patient when i wasnt satisfied with something and they handled the situation very well. I would highly recommend everyone to go to the university blvd store. They go above and beyond for their customers

If I could rate them a 0 stars I would. I tried to make my payment on Saturday and was unable to do so because the website showed that I have no agreements on file and that I owed $0.00. When trying to call the store numerous times I got no answer. So today when I called the store I was informed that they updated their system this week. I asked if my late fee would be waived and the women informed me that no one could waive the late except the store manger who would be out of the office for a week. When asked to speak with the DM she gave me a 1-800 number. She informed me that I had no option but to pay the late fee. I have been with Rent A Center since 2014 and I have paid off multiple agreements. I have never had an so many issues until the new store manager took over. He is rude and very inconsiderate. I called in March regarding my washer not working and he was supposed to have a loaner brought to me and call me back to schedule a day for whirpool to come out. He never called me back and loaner was never brought. I had to call Whirlpool myself to have them come and repair my washer almost 2 weeks later. The store manager never returned my calls. I will never purchase another item from rent a center once my agreement is paid off.

AMAZING customer service. The manager Daniel is awesome and did everything possible to help me get what I needed quickly in and out the door. The communication in store, via email, and phone he helped me through the whole process and directed me on the best deals. I would highly recommend this Rent a Center location for the best service.

The store manager, Daniel, is rude and unprofessional. I paid off a couple agreements in 6 months and it was the worst customer service experience I have had in a very long time. The biggest problem is the fact that we’re in 2021 and this location doesn’t have a reliable payment system in place. Due to this, it’s not possible to track your balance or submit payment online.

The store manager Daniel is very rude. He text me on my cellphone and told me he was coming to get the items I rented because my payment was late.and I only had the items two weeks

After having a horrible experience with Aarons I walked into Rent A Center on University Boulevard and was greeted by Daniel, the manager . He was extremely accommodating and helpful. The complete staff was professional and helpful from beginning to end. They exemplified exceptional staff and customer service.

Daniel is very unprofessional and rude. I ordered a bed but had to cancel. I decided to try again and order a sectional. Don’t get me wrong, there are some nice ones there but Daniel is down right rude. I got a reminder call for my payment and I was told I could pay online! Then Daniel calls stating I was overdue by 1 day and I told him that I paid online. He goes and say no. Ok fine but then asked about the credit that I was owed from the bed. He tells me had I came inside of the store, after being told due to COVID I didn’t have to, I couldn’t get my credit. I asked for the number to corporate he says that he’s the owner and hung up in my face!

I went to rent a washer and dryer today and was told they close at 6 now even though the website, google page and even the front door state they close at 7. I understand if the hours are different but you have to at least post it so people know that. Even after stating that the employee didn’t want to let us come in so we will take us business elsewhere

Daniel Ruiz-Perez was great. He got me a great deal on the bed I was looking for and it was in stock and new available. So if your looking for some new furniture go to him he’s your guy

The store manager Keith is awesome. The rest of the staff at the store are exemplary. I definitely recommend doing business at this location. If they don’t have what you need or any they will obtain it and get it to you very quickly. I’ve being doing business with Rent-A-Center for several years now. By far Keith and his team at this location take customer care to the family level. Shout out to everyone there....Y’all are the best!!!!!

Very Good place to shop to get what you need!

I would not recommend this store to anyone who takes pride in the things they purchase to go in there home. The selection is little to nothing and the items on display looked like they have been abused. The customer service was unacceptable it took 10 minutes to be greeted by someone.

They are a p.o.s. company they wont work with you or anything. The minute your late they wanna come and take your stuff. The store manager Aaron is a crappy manager and needs to be retrained.
