We got a call from Tara about something even better than what we were looking at and purchased from her right then. Definitely a great place to shop when you cant afford to come out of pocket all at once. We really appreciate the friendliness and feeling like family/friends of the people that we talk to.

My entire experience was wonderful. The customer service was beautiful, friendly and helpful. I didn’t catch her name but she was very supportive and right there hand and hand for me and my boyfriend. We came out with a nice sofa set and a 50 inch tv. She really pushed us great deals and the best payment plan, where truly happy we came to HAPPYS.

Happys is a hidden gem! I wouldnt go anywhere else. Our first purchase was a Queen size pillow top bed with frame, Its amazing! We just purchased a terrific HP Computer-which I love!! While getting the computer we also purchased another Queen size bed for my Mom. Happys not only has good quality items they are affordable. My bf buys all of our furniture from yall. And even a couple of game systems. Yall have the best customer service, Mrs. Tara M. and Mr. James R. are the friendliest people. Theyve definitely got us as a customer for years to come. Btw you can also find great deals on the nicest pieces of furniture. The delivery drivers Kenny and Gerald, delivered our couches and they too great care of everything and were very gentle, taking care of the leather. Definitely the best place to go.

They were AMAZING!!! I was blown away by the excellent customer service that we received from Angel at the one on Merril road. We came in just looking for a sectional and already had one in mind. They didnt have that one at their location but he made a call and had found one for us. But in the meantime, we had fallen in love with another one! A whole living room set for an amazing price. Hands down Happys has the best customer service Ive ever experienced. Tara and her team are awesome. We financed the most comfortable king sized bed and a playstation with them. We had a few monthes of financial hardship and Tara and her team always found a way to work with us on our payments. Im not lying when I say they did everything they could in order for us to keep our furniture. I would highly recommend Happys to anyone. The sales team is helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. They also usually have a bunch of great promotions and deals going on as well. If I ever need furniture in the future I would 100% buy with them again. Always miscommunication at the 103rd store in Jacksonville FL. Merrill road store is the better store in my opinion and the Tampa location. Those two stores keep their customers updated and are pleasant. I would not recommend giving authorization for use of banking info..bad experiences. My account is now paid out pleased with my furniture but the store I dealt with was a headache after they switch managers and staff. Make sure you keep receipts don’t agree to word of mouth deals. The lady that answers the phone is always clueless she calls you twice a day for payments already made. She should just be the store greeter she should not take payments. I recommend 2 people they also had bad service so needless to say I will not recommend Happy’s to anyone.

Ive never had Customer Service like I had coming into your Happy store!! You have a happy store but when your staff they are Wonderful💙💛❤One of your employees named Miss Kissy went above and beyond for me! Most employees run when they see a mom and 3 kids under 5 years old come in their store, but she didnt!! She was so kind and patient💚I will definitely be back and tell my clients to go visit!

This place is a rip off... Manager is very inexperienced has no clue whats going on in the store. Ive worked for account mgmt for over ten years and know that it is illegal to run a customers card without authorization... well if you ask the mgr James he will not have a clue. I have sent friends to this location that had the same or if not a bad experience with them as well. I will make it a point to to make sure that I will not refer another person to this place..

It was very organized and their products are good prices. Also the customer service was amazing made me feel really comfortable. Especially Kissy shes so charismatic and sweet. All around great experience.

If I could rate even lower then a one, I mostly definitely would. This has been the worst experience ever. I have waited for over one month for a refund that was first refused and then the GM Cody, tells me he put the refund on a card that doesn’t match my card. They want let you speak with anyone at Cooperate or home office. Now I get to wait until they can figure out whom they gave my money to? This is a poor excuse for a business. I will never recommend anyone to this business. This was supposed to be handled 7 days ago. Looks like it will never get resolved.

Everything was great until I had to unexpectedly go out of town because my sisters husband died. Since I was out of town and could not pay I scheduled for the tv to be picked up. No condolences were offered no sorry for your lose instead I was asked do you have a card or something on you to pay the back rent. I didnt have a card so then he asks what day are you gonna be back so you can pay. Im sorry but my sisters husband died I have no idea when Im gonna be back!

While I was browsing around the t.vs I was approached by a sweet young lady that worked there to offer her assistance. She politely introduce herself and began to show me different options that best suited my needs. She was very professional detailed oriented, and knowledgeable of her products. Needless to say I walked into the store just looking and walked out satisfied with the best deal in town. This company has ripped my parents off. They took their money for a bedroom suite, my mom got one from a friend. She requested a refund since she didnt need theirs and now they refuse to give her money back. They sold the bedroom suite to someone else and still wont refund her money. They are a scam and steal from had working people. Save your money and your sanity. They refuse to let her speak with a manager and they wont give her a number to corporate. I dont usually write reviews but when your given excellent customer service like I received from EVERYONE at the store u have no other choice 😉. When I mean everyone from the manager on down to the staff was amazing. Especially my girl Kissy who greeted me with a warm smile as soon as I walked in. I got a washer n dryer set from Happy Home and it took over a month to get it into my home. Due to some issues with my system and piping the guys came 3 TIMES to hook up the unit. I finally got it fix but the whole ordeal was frustrating and taxing but Krissy was very understanding, helpful, and worked with me till I got my set she is AWESOME! The guys who came time and time again with smiles explained the problem and gave information on how to get resolved! I want 2 thank Happy Home for a great experience and Kissy for having amazing customer-service and just being an all-around amazing person! I would recommend Happy Home Furniture Center two friends and family and Im coming back again!

I purchased a sectional set and a bedroom set from Happys Home Center. My sales representative was Kissy. She was amazing and I am so happy that she was the one that called me after putting in a request online. Upon walking into Happys, I was greeted with a beautiful smile and a immense sense of comfort. There are lot of options in display at the store which gave me a better idea of what kind of furniture they sold. Kissy was a huge help with showing me different kinds of sofa sets and sectionals they had. She gave me good recommendations in selecting the sofa and offered the best prices for my purchases. Though I ended up choosing a different sectional than the one I saw when I first went into the store, she was still helpful with getting the price where I needed it to be and getting it delivered to my home fast!! Any problems or worries I had was handled swiftly and she did beyond expected of her. She had me leaving like I was a part of the family.
