Noel is a man of integrity and 846 5 star reviews proves it! He fixed my phone no charge claiming it was a defected screen possibly from 6 months prior when he fixed it. This place is AWESOME! I use my iPhone for business and personal use, so I cannot afford any down time. My phone was not working properly, so I immediately took it to Phone Tech to see if they could help get my phone up and running without me having to invest in a new phone. They found the problem, fixed it and I was out the door in 10 minutes. I also had a problem with my Gmail, and they looked at that and told me it was not phone related, and gave me rhe number to call to talk to someone to get it fixed. I have not seen customer service like this in a long time. Very knowledgeable and friendly. You will not be disappointed. Love this place and they are so convenient to my home. I highly recommend them to anyone having phone or computer issues.

Last year I broke the screen to my cell phone twice, within a two week period. On both occasions, I took my phone here. They were patient, kind, listened and didn’t tell me I was careless or an idiot. The phone was fixed quickly & correctly both times. The cost was reasonable, as I had received quotes from around town.This past month my new cellphone died, without warning or cause. They looked it over & told me it was still under warranty. I was told to contact the manufacturer, which I did. The cellular manufacturer has replaced my phone without charge. PhoneTech didn’t charge me a dime for their consultation. These guys are great & without measure, probably the best technology firm in town.

My charger port on my iphone stopped working and I couldn’t charge it. They took my phone to the back and not even five minutes later. My phone charger port was back working. There were times we’re my phone would get hot for no reason but since then I haven’t had any issues. I will definitely be a returning customer.

After 3 visits to Verizon, 1 to an independent repair shop, and another several hours at the Apple Store in Jax, I had given up. Then someone pointed me to Noel at PhoneTech. I wish, honestly, I had gone to him first. I would have saved a lot of time and money and been very pleased with the results.Not only did Noel fix the phone mentioned above, but I also dragged along another older (dead) phone which I needed help with to retrieve a video that dated back to 2017. Previous estimates to retrieve that video ranged from $700 to $2900. Noel retrieved it for me for free.DO NOT HESITATE - go to Phone Tech first. I can confidently say if Noel cant help, he will say so and not waste your time or money. If he can, you will be pleased with the repair, the personal interaction as well as the cost.

Took my phone to Phone Tech and Noel took care of me. He was professional and very knowledgeable. My phones power button wasn’t working and I couldn’t hear anyone when I made calls or when someone called me unless I have them on speaker. I’m a private person and I don’t like blasting my convo in public, so I either text or wait until I’m ok calling them back on speaker. Turned out there was more than just 2 things wrong with it and he took care of it. I will be recommending this place to everyone. Clean place and very friendly staff.

In a world that seems to increasingly show less & less competence & decency, this shop is a bright exception. Living in this area I have visited this store a few different times over the past several years for different phone related issues. All have always been addressed, resolved efficiently & without leaving me feeling like the monetary-boom had been lowered on me in the process. My most recent visit was handled with those same characteristics & outcome - but also in a manner that was so above & beyond good or even required service - & left me with the realization that there was at least one more good guy (the owner of the shop, I believe) in the world than I had realized before. And thats something that is deserving of not only this positive review - but much, much more.
