First time there; I wanted to get my cracked iPhone screen replaced.Customer service was quick and thorough. He checked to make sure he had the screen in stock, gave me the very reasonable price, and to my surprise, told me it would be less than an hour. I came back within the hour it was done and waiting for me and the touchscreen is working perfectly.I’ll be a returning customer!

I knew about this store when they were in the previous location. They fixed my moms cellphone and experience was great. Yesterday, I brought in my laptop at 10am to have a broken headphone jack removed. I received a call around 4pm to pick it up. My laptop speaker working again! Paid for a good price. If you bring something to have it fixed, just be ready to pay whatever cost because they wont be able to give you exact amount in case a part needs to be replaced. Overall, service was good!

Stay away!I brought my grand daughters phone in with a cracked screen. They said they ordered a screen. They said it would be in in 4 days. It did come in but when they disassembled the phone, they destroyed the battery.No contact from the shop. I went in and asked about the phone and was told that a part was in transit and they would call me ASAP.Well, I got a call from a tech after the shop closed asking ME to contact my carrier for the exact phone model ID. Being a professional shop they should be able to find the information.Once I get my phone back, Ill not go back and will not recommend this shop to anyone.

I broke the glass face on my iPhone. My son found their name online and they had good reviews. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of the work, how quickly they had it repaired, and their professionalism. I would use them again without a second thought and they were fantastic! And to top it all off their prices are amazing!

I’ve been going to ifix & cell since 2013! They use legit Apple certified products so your phone won’t have the problems that come with getting cheaper replacement screens somewhere else. Not to mention the staff are friendly and helpful!

We went to swap two graphics cards between two computers. However when they swapped both cards, they left the cables dangling and not properly assembled. So I had to open the computer myself at home and fix that because when I turned the pc on, the screen would show “power down and connect the PCIe power cable(s) for this graphics card.” Also it was WAAY TOO OVERPRICED for this small job, they charged us $150 for this, ridiculous. when I could have done this myself if I would’ve had the correct tools in time.

Got my Iphone 10XR repaired here. Took about 45 mins to an hour and its flawless. Their screen repairs are cheaper than apple and excellent service. Would highly recommend them to anybody needing their gadgets fixed. Employees are super nice and helpful. Definitely will come back if i need another repair.

Went in with a lap top that wouldnt connect to the internet. Guy in front got out a magnifying glass to show us this tiny switch that was turned off. Then the young man in the back checked it out to verify it was ok and went over a few things we should know. No charge. My friend went out of her way to make sure we came here because these guys are honest. Put these guys number in your phone . I am. Peace.

I spilled water on my MacBook Air and it stops working. I search up on google and find out I Fix & Cell is near my home. Bring my computer to the store on June 1, notify the store owner please let me know how much it cost, if it is too expensive to fix, I will just buy a new laptop. Owner said he dont know yet. Will call. Got a call 2 days later, my laptop is cleaned and dry, work again, fee is $109, come to pick up. I am a little disappointed since the fee is higher than I expected and also I never got notify how much it cost. But I am willing to pay $109 if my laptop work again. I paid. Bring laptop home. 1 hour later I try to turn on my laptop to work but finding out My laptop is DEAD. Call owner immediately and he told me to bring it back. June 6, I got a call to come to pick it up from the store, owner explain that I need to plug in my laptop whole the time to be able to turn on the laptop or I have to pay for repair it with new part. I ask how much? He said he dont know yet. At this point I think it is too risky to continue with this service and I decide to bring my laptop home with the hope that I will be still able to use my laptop as a desktop. Bring my laptop home. Plug in. And to my surprise. My laptop is still DEAD. Too disappointed to call or bring it back to store because I dont want to waste my time. Wish I never bring it to I Fix and Cell Mandarin, and use that fee toward buying my new lap top.

Walked in to get a screen repair for a cracked phone/non responsive screen and left 30 minutes later with a perfectly working phone! Just like new! Super fast and good service and cheaper than taking it to the Apple store. Definitely recommend.

They offer free screen protectors for 5 star reviews. Anything to get scores up to bring in more business. Wanted to get 6 plus screen replaced and they are very expensive in my opinion.

Had them replace my phone screen and worked fine enough. A few months later the screen they implanted broke while under warranty and I had to go back to get it fixed. They did not replace it correctly and I had to go back multiple times in a day to have issues fixed. Come today when I was having camera issues, I found out they did not replace the backplate inside my phone, so all of my wires are dangling and not held in correctly, and is the reason the camera broke as well.

Brought my 7 Plus in to get the screen replaced so I could trade it into Apple for a credit towards a new phone (as Apple no longer accepts trade-ins with cracked screens) . They ended up offering me more than what Apple was going to give me even though it had a broken screen. The gentleman at the counter was courteous and paid me without a problem. I’d rather give my business to local shop than a big corporation anyways. Will definitely be back in the future should I need their services again!

I went and bought a a used phone from them and IT DOESN’T WORK. Upon even leaving the store I asked about a return policy if the phone didn’t work properly, and also asked if I could partial money back if it doesn’t work because I would have to pay my phone company $40 to even activate it. I was told pretty rudely “no returns because we don’t sell phones that don’t work, and if there is something wrong with it I would have to try to find you something just like that phone that works” mind you this is after I paid so I’m already sketchy, because I had just got ripped off from another place down the road. Needless to say ....... I got the phone activated and went home and boom the screen doesn’t work. I have to restart it 3-6 times every e the screen stops working, air starts to do its own thing or end my calls. I called that week and told the person about it and guess what. We don’t have any phones that are comparable with your network and we don’t do refunds. So complete waste of my money. Please don’t ever let me and my daughter be in any trouble or hurt cause I CANT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS PHONE WITHOUT HAVING TO RESTART IT A MILLION TIMES TO EVEN DO ANYTHING

Came in because my iphone port was dirty and wasnt charging. Had the option to get it cleaned or new port installed $20 or $40. I chose to get new port installed but once I picked up phone it was more than clear the port was the same scratched up port it had and they just cleaned it. The older man I believe the owner still charged me $40 and lied to my face. Find someone with integrity to work on your phone!

When I dropped my phone causing part of the screen to blackout, they sold me a better phone and quickly transferred over my info. I work using my phone and couldnt wait the few days until the part came in.Later, they fixed the dropped phones screen issue in a few days for the price they had quoted me months before. Have been taking my I phone 6S, I pad and PC here for a couple of years. David, the owner has always been extremely friendly and informative regarding my problem, frequently not even charging me for simple solutions. When necessary, the repair costs were fair and reasonable. It is nice to have someone that doesn’t make me feel like an idiot when asking for computer help. So glad he is near by.

Stopped by expecting to pay for a charger port repair for my iphone 6s. Gentleman at the desk was very helpful and courteous and told me i did not need a repair -- I had a Squirrels Nest in the port. He proceeded to remove a large amount of lint and dust and the phone was charging like it did when new.....at no charge!!!! Love these guys!

Ive been here literally probably 15 times over the past 5 years and they have always done well at a fair price they always get me fixed back no matter whats wrong. I had insurance through sprint and they claimed my phone was unfixable and I had to buy a new one I brought it to them and they fixed it in 45 min!

Had a great experience today. My phone hasnt been charging so I brought it in. I expected to pay $60 for a new charging port. Instead, I paid nothing for them to clean the lint out of the charging port. Very happy with the honest customer service I received today! I will use this company for all my phone repairs in the future.

Would rate a zero if possible. Went in for iPhone 7 screen repair everything else was working on phone as they checked before taking in to repair. Then told home button wasnt working after repair so they put the cracked screen back on with a broken home button. Final result they could not fix home button (which they broke during repair) was told I would have to take to Apple to try to repair. Also told iPhone 7 you can not get into with out home button. So I walk in with a cracked screen and out with a useless brick as they refer too. Their only resolution sorry feel bad for you. These guys have absolutely no idea what they are doing. By the way my 13 year old was able to bypass the home button and get into the phone within 30 seconds This clearly shows their knowledge of the products they are claiming to be able to repair. So in summary, an hour of my time wasted, still a cracked screen and now a non-working home button.

Honestly I dont have anything bad to say about them. Ive been there a few times. One occasion it only took a few hours for the repair, the other time it was like a day I think. I will say theyre a little bit cheaper than some places and they dont try fixing things that arent broken, in order to charge you more $ like the phone and computer place right down the road, dont go to that one theyre so money hungry.

I was charged my quoted price (which was way cheaper than the repair stores I called in the surrounding area). So far my phone works great and Im highly pleased. I brought in my HP desktop for repair. Charged me $175 for a new hard drive. I was told that the machine was tested and working fine. Brought it home. Set it up. Turned it on. Guess what....the blue screen of death. The video card was the problem. Not the hard drive. Went back to the store and was told that this was a brand new problem. BS!!! Wont use them again.

This place is a racket. Do NOT bring your phone here. The reason this place is still in business is because they make their money ripping people off. They wanted to fix the charging port on my iPhone 5c which wasnt what was broken. They wanted to charge me $130 and when I said I didnt want to pay that, they tried to bully me into having it fixed.

I get back and they tell me the home button “fell off” and the phone wouldn’t turn back on, so they had to take it to Apple to get it repaired. They’ve now had my phone for almost 2 weeks. Had to call and get angry in order to get an actual answer about what’s going on with it. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else that’s going to give good service with quality equipment.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They fixed the keyboard of my laptop by sticking cardboard and Styrofoam inside to keep it in place. Damn near burned up my laptop in the process. Wish I could post pictures of there TERRIBLE work. Save yourself and your equipment and NEVER go here.

I had a broken screen on my iphone 7 and it wasnt charging. Called and asked how much it would be and how long it would take for the repair, A guy named David answered the phone and was really informative, gave me the info I wanted and was polite. I went to the store and asked for him, he was at the counter. Took my phone in and ran all these test on it which was pretty cool he said that they do this on the check in and the check out to make sure that the phone is working properly. He did tell me that sometimes the charging port is just dirty and can be cleaned out and if so then I wouldnt need that part of the repair done but if I did need a new port he would give me a discount cause I would need 2 things repaired not one. He told me it would be 30-45 minutes for the repair to be completed. I waited there for my phone repair and watched some tv they had on and looked through some magazines they had. I will say that they are very busy, the phone was ringing like crazy and 3 people walked in while I was waiting. A woman came out and handed him a phone, David called me to the counter and said my phone was done. I was very happy about that because it had not even been 30 minutes yet. The phone looked brand new! And David told me that the charging port just needed to be cleaned out. I thought that was really honest because they could of charged me for a second repair if they really wanted to and I wouldnt of even known. I am very happy with i Fix and Cell. The staff was great and they did a wonderful repair at a great price and it didnt take long at all, and David hooked me up with a great case and a glass screen protector. Would defiantly go here again and have already sent one of my friends there.

At this point I don’t even freak out, I run it over to ifix I sell they tell me how much it will Be and how long, go run my Errends and come back to pick it up! Had my sons iphone 7 screen fix there last week. When I dropped it off the Gentlemen working the counter was polite and explained the process to me, and told me it would take a little over a half hour for the repair to be done. I thought since he said it would take about 30 minutes I would just stay in the area. There was a McDonalds across the street so I went there for an ice cream snack. As I was on my way back to the store I got a phone call saying that my phone was ready for pick up, which I thought was nice. As I was looking over some of the cases that they had, David the counter guy told me that they had a special on a case and a glass screen protector for $30 so I did take advantage of that in hopes that my son would have a better chance of not breaking his phone again. David proceeded to put the screen protector on and put the phone in the case for me thought that was great as well. I just felt like they really cared about the customer and gave me great customer service and the prices where great as well. I will be coming back any time I need a repair.

5-21-18 Monday, My son and I went into this cell phone place today to look at I-Phones. They had an I-phone 7 that we looked at. We told the older man that we would come back if I was interested in the phone. We came back but the older man was leaving, and a younger man that was bald, was helping us. He was very Rude. He was taking out my sim card and trying to cut it. But when I asked him what he was doing. He said let me do my job. Well I told him never mind that we would go somewhere else. Do not buy from this place. Very Rude.

Brought phone in for a cracked screen. Was told screen repair would be quick and easy and about 30 min. Then after about 45 min was told that he cant get phone to light up. All I brought it in for was a cracked screen and it worked just fine with no other problems. After getting upset, they were able to fix the problem. Tech told me that internal mechanisms of iPhones are finicky and sensitive. I get that but all I went in for was a new glass front. Not sure why internal mechanims should even be touched. Not sure what they did to phone but location services are off now and show me in Orlando. It worked just fine before I brought phone in. Hope I dont find anything else wrong. Place was near empty in the entire time I was in there. They charge more than others in area. I thought it would be a quick easy fix or I would never have gone there. Phone does look good now but not a good experience to get there. Will take somewhere else in future.
