I turn my PlayStation in around April and I havent gotten my PlayStation back yet it was a PS3 and I was supposed to be able to pick it up in August and then somehow in September Ive been trying to call the number has changed and the new one just rings a few times and hangs up I even tried to contact him on Facebook and I havent heard anything or gotten any word of whats going on for the situation Im starting to wonder if Im ever going to see my PlayStation back. I see some other people have still done business with him but I havent gotten any word about my console hopefully I hear something back soon. I just want my console back at this point.

Called and set up a time to drop my son PlayStation off to him he said it might be done by Friday. We called back and said it was gonna take longer because he really took the time to look over my son PlayStation and made sure everything was in working order and I really appreciate this he also told us it would be done by Wednesday which it was. He texted me and let me know that it was ready for pick up . He’s very professional and reliable my son back to playing his PlayStation 4 just like a brand new one he also gives a 120 day warranty as well . I highly recommend this guy to anyone it’s better than paying almost 400 when all we had to pay was 130.00 and my son had a lot of damage to his PlayStation due to spilling water in his system and messing up his USB port as well just to name a few things that was messed up on it . Give this guy a try u won’t be disappointed note that he also has another job so don’t get mad that it takes a little longer.

Honest business. Took PS4 for repair. While at the shop the problem wouldnt duplicate itself. Owner was honest and said he could change some parts but didnt know if that would fix my problem. Appreciate his honesty. Definately will go back when system stops working completely.

I told him from the beginning that I didn’t wanted to be going every week to get my PS4 to get fixed. I live about 40 minutes far from him and it’s been 2 times that I’ve brought my PS4 to get fixed and it still have the same issue. I paid $113 and I’m not planning to bring it over there again. I would totally recommend. I waited a month to give review. My son has Autism and I needed his Xbox fixed quickly. We drove 1.15 minutes and he diagnosed and repaired our Xbox same day. Needed to get my hdmi port replaced. This was not only the cheapest rate but the return time was same day which other places told me was not possible. This guy really knows his stuff.

The only suggestion I can give is to wear a mask when working with the public during a pandemic. Otherwise, the price was great and thr service was quick. Ill come back again if I need repairs.

I drove 2 1/2 hours to this guy to repair a Xbox one x. He was kind and quick to look at the console and made very sure he knew what was happening with the console before he started diagnosing the issue. the console wasnt staying on for more then 15 or 20 minutes before shutting itself back off do to ventilation issues. He has the console fixed and ready to go literally 2 hours later. there is no better turn around then that. And after replacing the parts for me and repairing my console the cost was very cheap for the labor placed. if you were to send it into to Xbox it would have costed x2s as much and been roughly 2-6 weeks.Great turn around time, Affordably cheap, Guy was awesome to work with, very courteous, and knows what hes doing. I plan on doing future business with him. think i found me a new console repair/cleaning guy. Would recommend for anyone having console issues.

This guy has Terrible service. He never answers the phone, or the door. My husband dropped his PS4 off almost a year ago. It took him months to get to it because he was supposedly busy. We had to keep calling to check in with him because he said he was busy. When he finally got around to it he thought he knew what was wrong and ordered the piece. Something was going on amd caused the piece to take a while befpew arrival. Once again we had to keep calling til he answered for updates. Finally he said it was unfixxable which is fine. However afyer thay we cpuld never get ahold of him amd even physically went there and cpuld never get an answer. We finally got am answer amd we were infprmed after 30days he disposes them if theu aeent picked up and he stated he is always homw so ot cpuldnt have been possible for him to never answer. Would never recommend. My husband is furious.

At frist the place was a bit suspicious. It is at a house not a in business area or shopping center. Place was a bit cluttered but once again it is his place of business and home.Overall i am beyond satisfied and happy with my service and my repair!
