My truck had a fuel issue with slight misfire prior to truck shutting down. Knew there was injector issues. Was told replacing two injectors would get her up and running good. When picked up the truck she was still misfiring worse than before. Knowing that I was driving to Georgia that said the truck was good to go. However i would need to replace the other 6 injectors by the time I made it to Georgia. When confronted Cliff he said he never said it would be running good he would never say that about a 6.4. I barely made it 30 minutes home.Will never use this company ever again. Thank you for waisting my time and my money.

Save your money & go somewhere else!Had them tow my truck in with a slight misfire, CEL not on about 2months ago. They said my batteries were bad & thats it. Im guessing they just drove it to diagnose it. Well the batteries were bad, I already knew they needed to be replaced. They broke one of the battery terminals from trying to remove it & just left it it like that & said it would be fine. Well when I got home I could smell burning wires. It was the broke + terminal. It must have been jumping the whole time I drove it which ended up killing the regulator in my new alternator. Anyways I bought a diesel diagnostic computer & ran few tests & sure enough number 8 injector was bad & the ts6 chip was bad. Performance injectors from FFD & a hydra chip & it runs perfect.

As a business owner myself I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful customer service I received personally. I occasionally send some of my customers to them and I’ve been very grateful that they have taken very good care of them. I understand some people may have other experiences with them that are less then positive but for me and those I have sent to them, it has been 100% every time. The owner is courteous and well informed. He is pleasant to talk to and I have never had an issue from them. When I see the way they care for my customers diesels and myself personally it builds trust. Seeing how I have trust issues to begin with, it’s nice to have a place I know (besides myself), will take care of the job. To Triple C...thank you for always being professional and providing me and my customers with A+ service.

If i had to pick a shop in NC to take my truck to it would be triple c. Cliff and the staff are very straight forward and help you get the problem fixed without cutting corners and over charging. Honest folks, and great turn around time. Definitely going back for future builds

Cliff cared for my truck for 3 out of the 4 years I was stationed in Jacksonville. During which he did head studs to a new transmission and anything in between. There was one instance where I had an electrical fault in the transmission after it was built. Even though the valve body is not covered by the warranty Triple C still came through for me. Its been almost 2 years now since these guys laid hands on my truck, and its still running strong at 220k miles. Heres a long overdue Thank You Triple C!

I wouldnt take your truck here if I were you!If you do, make sure the parts you get arent used ones taken off of trucks sitting waiting to be worked on. Double check that no parts have been taken off your truck as well. Also, make sure the job was actually done, as the owner has a tendency of lying saying the problem is fixed but didnt really do much of anything. If the owner calls you and says your truck will be done in a few hours or is done, I wouldnt waste your time rushing all the way over there. Most likely its not and youll just sit there and wait all day or even a couple more days because he cant seem to be honest with any of his customers. Theres only one mechanic, and the owner does nothing but sit in his office all day, but seems to know everything thats going on with your truck at all times? Parts are never ordered in time or he lies and tells you something happened during shipping. (even though you pay up front, so I mean where is your money actually going?) Youll get lied to on what is actually going on with your truck, whats been done with it, what the problems are, and your truck will most likely end up having the same problem if not more a week later. The lies the owner makes to cover up for his mistakes are just a frequent occurrence. Hell blame his one and only mechanic on mistakes because the owner will diagnose the truck improperly, or just outright tell the mechanic to do a quick fix or fix the wrong problem and act like its fixed. He treats his employees like slaves, out of the $90 an hour you pay for labor the one and only mechanic only receives 17% of that money while the rest gets to go to the guy who sits on his butt all day in front of a computer and tells you lies. Not to mention with the fact he uses used parts off other trucks, employee is getting paid hours for doing it once, when they have to do it twice. Hes untrustworthy, dishonest, a lawbreaker, a bad businessman, and just a down right crook! Please make sure you do the research on your truck before believing anything this guy says!

Took my GMC yukon denali duramax for a routine pipe cleaning. When it was returned the salsa converters were on backwards. Will not return

Anyone who owns a diesel needs to have their work done here. There is no shop around that compares to the quality of work done, friendliness and skill of mechanics. My truck blew the heads and instead of just telling me whats wrong with it. Cliff walked me into the shop and showed me what was wrong with them as well as explained how they are tested. I will never go anywhere else for work on my truck as long as Im within driving distance.

The Shop Management functions at a dis-functional level. I have 17yrs in managing Maint Shops and the number one killer starts at the top leadership. This place is ran with a rogue mentality and if I had the ability it would be shut down so that no one would get ripped off anymore. I had about 15 hours at the shop waiting during the numberius calls that it was ready and wasn’t but allowed time to evaluate.-Very slow (1 shop day = a week) keep that in mind.- Timelines and Cost are completely off like night and day. They won’t ever call you. If they say it’s ready still plan to wait 3 hours once you arrive and you will still probably leave empty handed. Cost will be 3 x of the original quote.-They may do work that was never asked for and expect you to pay.-They may break stuff and not take responsibility for it.-Expect to bring it back serval times for corrections. Even though they take forever it’s still a rushed job. So don’t mistake the long time for quality work.If you still want to risk it here. Advised to get pre-inspection with pictures. Once the work is done and you have problems you have documents showing the previous condition. If you didn’t do that take it to another shop for a inspection after repairs. This will help you win in your future lawsuit.

Don’t trust these people, husband was quoted 100$ for extra work that had to be done after they messed up my truck to the point where it didn’t run. Funny how you take a truck In for an oil leak and it gets returned to you now not running and the owner telling you that it’s going to cost 10k to rebuild everything. Well when I picked up the truck he charged me 200 not the 100 my husband was told. Owner sure pulled a fast one on me. Need to say least I want the 2700 back that he stole from us.

Was visiting Jacksonville NC from out of state and I noticed a fuel leak on my truck. It was a Saturday about 4:00 no one would even look at it running out of options gave these guys a call Cliff said come on I will do what I can but have an appointment that I cant get out of told him fair enough all I wanted was someone to see if it can be fixed.The return line was broken at the fuel pump because of a replacement I had completed at a dealership. Cliff and his crew completed the task and I was on my way. If I am ever back in Wilmington NC I will visit these guys again weather I need a repair or not. Thanks Cliff for the help .

Great place to take a vechile. Fixed my truck after Truckers Toy Store messed it up and refused to fix it for 2.5 weeks. This place is great and I will go back to them for every need and would refer people to Triple C everytime over any other shop in town

Went here to get a vehicle checked out, brakes, hard start, etc that we were getting ready to move back to Tennessee. They charged me $100 and said the oil was low. Turns out the rear brakes had a shot cylinder that leaked fluid Everytime you hit the brakes which was causing the issue I asked about to be checked. Next day went to take off and no brakes. Couldve been a disaster.

I have had the bulletproof package done on my truck, new heads, diagnostics and just recently a STC fitting. Everytime I have been in this business they have been professional, friendly and honest. If you are wanting to get your truck worked on, this is the place. They charge $90 an hour for labor VS Ford dealer at $120 and your treated like a person not a customer. The diagnostic is not just a let me hook up this computer and see what its doin at idle, they take it on a test drive with you in it with them. If I were to stay in the area longer I would have my truck worked on by them forever. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would recommend Triple C to anyone!!

Had my 2002 duramax straight piped and a tip welded on, triple C did an outstanding job and the staff is very welcoming and down to earth great job!

These guys took care of me when I couldnt do the work my self. Truck is back up and running great.

Didnt want to admit to removing water pump and not properly installing it again when they took my front cover off. Would not recommend.

Had my transmission upgraded at triple c. It took them over a month, and when I got it back I was leaking from the back of the pan. come to find out they striped/cross treaded 3 of the bolts. After I fixed that problem come to also find out they left my transfer case out in the rain for that month and it filled up with water and that blow up driving down I-40 @70mph (not fun) confronted the owner about it and he didnt take any responsibility for his actions. They also used 4 different kinds of bolts all different lengths (not grade 8) with stacks of flat washers for my torque converter. Please do not take your truck to this place. They do piss poor maintenance.

The worst shop I very been to! Took my 2000 mitisb. Fuso to them! 4 months later they still had not touched it! The owner keep telling the they where waiting on pump to come back (getting rebuilt he said) I finally ask for the truck back. They never took it off!!

My experiences with these guys has been nothing less than spectacular! I walked in knowing nothing about diesels, nothing about performance, and nothing about what it takes to keep one of these awesome diesel trucks on the road. The Triple C guys hooked me up! im talking about EFI Live, 5in straight pipe exhaust, track bars, and the list goes on. Then when i came to pay, i got a discount for carrying my pistol. I chose these guys because they were the closest diesel shop around, and when i walked in and they treated me with such awesome professionalism and understanding. The work they did was and is unbeatable, ive had zero problems in over a year, but even if I did, and it was something they worked on, they would do the warranty work for free. I will continue to go back to Triple C for all of my diesel needs due to their willingness and passion for what they do.

If I could get 0 Stars I would I was standing there waiting for the guy to get back with my change because they did not perform service on my vehicle yet and the owner and Im guessing his friend or customer both lit up a cigarette with my 7th month old daughter in my arms feeding her standing less than 15 feet from them Im absolutely disgusted and we were inside

A couple of days before christmas, our truck wouldnt start because a battery boiled over, the owner of Triple C Diesel said in his 12 years of working on diesel he has never seen that before. My husband called Triple C Diesel and they said they could get it towed right away and would be an easy fix. After waiting 6 hours the tow truck showed up, the truck sat at the shop for three days with out being looked at. When they looked at it, they told us that they didnt know what was wrong with it and it wouldnt be done till after the holidays. We picked up the truck, two weeks later and they told us they found a short but never checked the alternator and said the battery was still running high and they didnt know why expect it could be the ECM and they charge $1000.00 to replace. We took it to another place right after we picked it up and it was the alternator, the ECM is good but if we would of kept driving it the ECM would of burnt up. We will never take our truck back to this place again, they will tell you things you want to hear to get you in there then you will see there attitude change after they start working on your truck.

If you care about your diesel do not take it to this shop i had some engine work done and was told it would take 6 weeks. 6 months later i finally got my truck back right before i moved across country. on the move i found they did not put the wiring harness back how it was suppose to go so it hung down and got clipped by the drive shaft. 1000 miles later my new set of injectors went out so i took it to another mechanic and found out they did not put the washer on one of the injectors causing to to fire improperly. i called Cliff (the owner) and he told me he wouldnt pay for any of it cause i cant bring it in.they may have the cheepest prices in town but the money you save wil be used 3 times to fix what they messed up. they will not give your truck the attention it should get

Have had the guys up there do a bunch of work on my ram 3500 from u joints to fuel system and have had nothing but success with them. The only issue I had was on the fuel system started leaking after install called brought it back in and they fixed it on the spot for free. Finally had some vandalism done to my truck recently took it to them they did all the leg work with the insurance company got the truck cleaned fixed back at new again now. Planning my next work now with them.

Do not take your truck here! find a real diesel mechanic. Save yourself the money and time!
