Clutch broke destroyed my flywheel housing turns out it was installed incorrectly. I made it into JAX/ Xpress Truck Repair they had me fixed up in a couple days! The shop manager Rodney is a very nice guy fueled my reefer drove us to hotel the repair was even less then the rough estimate. I will definitely come back and recommend this place

Good fast reliable repair with a good price. Went to the guys by pilot was sitting there for over 30 minutes nobody cared why I was there. Called these guys up explained what I had to get done on my truck. They got on it got me back on the road. Any time I need something done on my truck in Jacksonville only one place I’m going too. I had work done in the past, like last couple of years. Front engine cover gasket, and an annual on tractor. I was happy with the quality of the work, until today. Went in there to get annual inspections on truck and trailer. Their mechanic went and looked in all sorts of places to find issues just so that they could get more work(money). And that is whats all about. Its hard to find honest and non-greedy places. Sadly, I add another to the list.

Wish I could give them a 0. Avoid this place....took in my truck and they connected my truck to the diagnostic tool and told me what was the problem. They then told me they could not work on my truck till Thursday, mind you, it is Tuesday. To top it off they charged me $80 just to tell me the problem. They didnt even have the decency to tell me they had no availability till Thursday. I would not have even asked for them to do this had I known initially. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE.

I’m an owner operator, and recently I stopped in to Xpress Repair to get my AC fixed on the truck. Another driver told me they were honest and thorough, so needless to say, I tried them out. I’m not disappointed, they are very professional and good people! It’s very difficult these days to find a reputable mechanic that’s honest and good at what they do. I recently had a serious engine oil leak that would not allow the truck to pass DOT inspection. The boys at Xpress got me in and back on the road very quickly. Their labor rates are quite reasonable and substantially lower than the big name shops. Overall the price was fair and they also helped move the truck to and from another nearby facility for me without a huge upcharge on my bill. Ive been in trucking for over 40 years and these guys are top notch all the way - one of the better shops Ive ever done business with. Highly recommended. Thanks fellas.

Had injectors replaced on my truck and still had an issue,all it took was one phone call and they had me right in the shop at MY convenience and found the issue,not only was the staff friendly and informative but they had me back on the road in no time at all,very pleased with results and would definitely recommend to a friend.Danil and his team of mechanics provide fast and friendly service with a smile!

They are poor at the work they do on ur trucks. Never get a rebuilt from them. Went in my brother truck to rebuild a ISX CUMMINS. And mess his truck up with aftermarket parts. Been in it two times a still have not fix the problem.
