This review is based on one driver. Normally I would give the company a very high rating. This post is meant for the owners to address this issue with said driver. Everyone has bad days... But in my opinion, this was just plain contempt.Female driver with short haircut, last name beginning with the letter N, was rude and informed us we had to pay her for every minute she was at our location... Moved her to the front of the line for a pick up and she was rude when asking to borrow a pen... Then flicked it down on the invoice after signing it. This was done in front of another customer we let her step ahead of. My customer and I were speechless.Company usually has professional drivers... But this individual seemed upset that she had to pick up at our location.

I have used Pettyco many times at my office. Matt in the office has always given the best customer service~ he has rerouted my delivery to spend up the process. Has tracked it to ensure all our needs are met. Gary the delivery guy has always arrived early and has such a great attitude on work and life.

On Thursday I made an appointment with Pettyco to pickup and deliver three items on the following Monday for a buck and a quarter $125.00, pending delivery confirmation. The representative contacted me on Monday morning (the day of the move) telling me the items could not be picked up until Tuesday and the price was increased from the $125.00 estimate to $405.00.I used them in the past for years, while their business was growing, and they were very trustworthy.

Quick unloading and plenty of space.

First let me say that every negative review is deservingly earned.I was referred to them and I take responsibility for not checking reviews ahead of time.I had items delivered to them to then be shipped to two different addresses.They requested to come in and sort out which went where.They dropped off the wrong equipment to the first address and then called the same location to tell them they had a shipment for them which would have meant both loads would have gone to them.The next day all they had to do is drop off the remaining items and pick up the other and delivery to the second address.They showed up at the second address but without 6 of the machines which they left back at the other location.The driver could have cared less and had no answer.No follow up call from Pettico and I had to get my own truck to go and retrieve the remaining machines.If you have stayed with me this long and still choose to use them,well you have been forewarned..

Our tracking said that these people got our gocart in on Thursday the 20th of December in Jacksonville fl. When we called them Saturday, they said they had about 15 trailers that hasn’t been unloaded and they wasn’t open Saturday. They wasn’t going to be open on Monday neither. I blame Red Fox sports for choosing a cheap freight and delivery company. So my little boys Christmas isn’t going to be here.

I was told my items would arrive Thursday or Friday. I called on Monday to see what the hold up was. She said she just got them to her terminal on Friday and they thought they needed a delivery appt even though I clearly marked it fcfs 7-5. At this point it’s monday afternoon and you haven’t even tried to call and make an appointment. They made no attempt to correct this and get it delivered today. Best they could do was tomorrow. 4 days late and not even an apology.

When it absolutely must not be there in time, hire these people.Very unprofessional. Never on time. Cannot meet their own policy of two hour to pick up and two hours to drop off. Just never seems to happen. Always worse on a Friday.

I had a third party schedule a pick up by 2:00 PM yesterday and they never showed up or called. Was rescheduled to be her today by 1PM with a no show. Dispatcher told shipper they were her earlier and told no shipment for them. I have been sitting by warehouse door with pallet on a frok truck since 9AM. Not sure where driver went, but not here.This is the 2nd time the shipper used them and had the same issues 1st timeI would not recommend them for anything.

Our business uses Pettyco Express whenever we are in a time crunch to get blank t-shirts picked up from our distributors and delivered back to our warehouse. Theyve always been prompt and we are extremely happy with their service!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. RUN AWAY. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. The worst service ever. I ordered a chair from Sams Club and Pettyco has been highly unprofessional. I suggest that you use one of the other many delivery companies in Jacksonville as this one will give you the run around on delivery and then threaten to charge you storage fees. My business is open from 9am and 530 pm and they cant figure out how to get here in between those hours. I just hung up with a guy from there and he was extremely rude. They are only 4 miles from me, only 10 minutes and they still cant figure it out. I think they are trying to scam for storage fee money.

Missed 1/2 day of work for 4 days this week waiting on delivery that was supposed to be done in 1. Partial delivery day 1; partial delivery day 2, driver didnt show up day 3. Last of product finally delivered on day 4. Now I will be working Sat. and Sun. to make up lost time.

Not even close to a good company they dont care about drivers,anything office staff except for two or three people dont have a clue mike is a idiot .nothing but lies.do not work here.you will work over your 14
