I received a text that I would have an item delivered 8/31/2021 between 1 and 5:00 p.m. I had 5 guys waiting to unload and nobody bothered to show up....and nobody bothered to call...nobody knew anything on all the phone numbers...horrible service do not use

Terrible Service. I was scheduled to have an item delivered between 9am-1pm. At 1:25pm when my item still hadn’t arrived, and I’d heard nothing from this company I gave them a call. I spoke with a very snippy older sounding lady name Charlene or Caroline or something like that who told me that the driver was running late, and that multiple other people had called about their orders so he must be running very late. She said she could not give me an ETA, and that the best she could do was reach out to the driver and have him contact me. She made it clear that there was no guarantee he would contact me, and it was obvious by her tone and attitude that he wouldn’t. So basically I had to sit at home all afternoon and wait for this delivery which was a larger furniture item. The guys ended up showing up around five minutes til 2:00pm. It took them 5 mins. I got a text message when they left that said I would get another text when I was the next stop. 🙄 I would never recommend this company. The delivery guys were nice, but the rest of the experience was very unprofessional.

Terrible. That’s the only word I have for this company. Zero communication. Delayed my delivery of my welder and did not give explanation. Then rescheduled for 4 days later and did not come on time! What a joke. This company will not be in business for long if they keep using the same employees they have. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!
