Very misleading in the hiring process, they advertise As they’re searching for employees for their company were that is not the case at all. No company out there in the job market, would make an employee pay for their own drug test and background check. They also advertise that the employees own or supply their drivers, which they are not at all, they are contractors. They do not own an airline, As it seems they want the public to believe on their website. The recruiter “Amanda” based out of the Jacksonville Florida location, most of all, is very misleading in the hiring process. She seemed to have a habit of avoiding questions, and had a habit of not revealing all the costs upfront, if one would like to become a courier for this company, not as an employee, but as a subcontractor. They want you to represent their company, but at the same time they want you to pay for your company logo shirts..You have to pay a fee, just to collect money each and every time you are paid. They also want you to take two short online courses on HIPPA, AND Hepatitis, but again, you have to pay for that yourself. You’re probably looking at a total fee of $300 after all is said and done before you are taking it on as a contractor. Notice I said contractor not an employee. There are plenty of other courier companies out there that do not follow this practice. I highly suggest staying away from this company especially during these trying times were great majority of the public are having financial struggles, this company actually will profit for just taking on another contractor.

Great company to work. I had a few bumps when I first started but the team was there to help me along the way and I got it down pack. I work at night and my night Dispatchers are the best. Jim and Scott. I dont have no complaints if I do I go to Shakra 1st and Amanda 2nd. As far as my schedule I love it . If you have a 2nd job or 3rd you still can work around it at your speed.
