Just Amazing.....I usually dont take the time to write reviews but when my experience with a company is so outstanding, not only does it need to be acknowledged but they deserve recognition and praise. I have had many horrible experiences with companies carrying my loads and missing the deadline, damaging items, being rude to my valued long time customers etc. This time I used 1st Class Carrier, best decision I made in a long time!! They were on time to both pick up my load and to get it delivered. They were professional, careful and kept me updated. Overall a terrific experience. I have never had the pleasure of dealing with such a knowledgeable, kind, and professional company. What stood out to me the most about 1st Class Carrier was their preparedness. Trucking can be a crazy industry, and 1st Class Carrier has proven to be ready for every curveball thrown at them. Now THATS what it takes to run a successful business.
