Steven was great at cleaning our carpets for our move out inspection! He confirmed our appointment before hand and showed up on time. He was very professional and quickly finished our carpets. Found Close Call while googling for a service other than big company cleaners. So glad I came across Stevens business! They were right on time, polite, courteous, and answered all our questions. Very professional! He even helped my husband move our ridiculously heavy and long dresser that I couldnt help move, being 8 months pregnant. They cleaned 2 rooms plus the hallway, were done super quick, and everything looked awesome! Carpets dried very quickly (to touch in a few hours, completely dried through by the next day!). Would definitely recommend them to anyone and will book them for any future needs!

Close Carpet is an extremely professional and high quality service with the most reasonable prices. When cleaning over 400 sqft of my homes carpet they took the time to vacuum, pre rinse and then wash, delivering a very clean product. Steve was efficient, respectful, and super easy to work with. Was very nice polite and on time. He had great prices, fast and efficient. He got done within 2 hrs with our 3 rooms and the carpets dried fast also called next day to check up and make sure everything dried and looked good. Will definitely be calling again.

Every time I have called Steven for my emergency carpet needs, he has been there for me. I have 4 animals so my carpets always needs some good attention and stain removal. He has cleaned my carpets 3 times for me and my family and I will continue to use him every time. My carpets look and smell amazing when he is done. Steven Sturdavant, with Close Call Carpet Cleaning, cleaned my couch and two club chairs. The couch, especially, was in terrible shape. I thought that three full-time dogs had completely ruined it. The odor, the stains, the embedded dog hair were horrendous. On top of that, a spill in the oven caused smoke to permeate everything. It was a total disaster. Steve got out every bit of stinky-ness, every kind of dog stain imaginable, and even got out ALL the dog hair that had woven itself into the fabric over the years. My best hope had been that perhaps most of the odor could be removed before I slipcovered it, but it looks as nice as the day it was first delivered. Now all I have to do is keep the dogs off and enjoy my furniture again!  Steve is kind, courteous, and professional. The pricing is reasonable, I got an appointment very quickly, and the results are exceptional. I cant recommend this company highly enough!
