I have used Chem-Dry of Duval for many years, but this will be my last time. First, I was disappointed that there was a stain in my carpet that they didnt remove. Second, the technician showed up an hour and a half earlier than scheduled and the owner (Ishmael) called me to confirm the time even though they were already at my house! And finally, I negotiated the same price over the phone as the last time they cleaned, but when they came they increased the price. Ryan, the technician said he would include a free can of spot cleaner to make up some of the extra he was charging. He even said he would drop it off at my house. Well, 2 months later and now the owner isnt answering my phone calls and I never received the spot cleaner. Ishmael told me they are out of stock on spot cleaner but that he would mail me a check for $15. Im not holding my breath. Ive called other Chem-Dry companies in the area and not surprisingly they have the spot cleaner in stock. This company just tries to get as much money as they can from you. They wont get another dime from me. Youve lost a 20-year customer as well as any referrals.

Again, very pleased with Vinny from Chem-Dry. They got in/out in a decent amount of time, on time. Put everything in its place and NO MESS.. They are always my first call for any carpet cleaning jobs. For the great job they do they are reasonably priced. See ya next year Vinny. Thank you.
