Joe was very professional! He made my carpet and tile look brand new . I have had many other carpet cleaners come and when they left I was highly disappointed. He was very honest with me and explained his process to me and the cost . There was no haggling over the price as others advertise a great price then when they get to your home they upcharge you on all they can.I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend him. I do not write many reviews but this one was one I felt this one was worthy to share.

My husband and I just bought our first home and we needed the carpet cleaned ASAP. I called Joseph to get an estimate and he was so professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I’ve never spoke with anyone who knows as much as he did about Carpet. I ended up scheduling online, which was so easy. They did a great job on our cleaning and even used wall protection so their hoses wouldn’t mess up the walls (we get carpets cleaned every year and have never seen this). They did an amazing job with my carpets!! My kid had spilled some medication that had a bleaching agent in it and completely took the color out of the carpet. The carpet had white patches and they were able to paint the carpet back to the exact color without me having to replace the entire room. After they were done and dried I couldnt even tell where the white patches were. It was like I replace the entire carpet in the room. They were super polite, clean and on time. Will definitely hire them again.

I will never use anyone else. I was lucky enough to have Joseph come to my house and help me with my area rugs. He also advised me on weather we should do my hardwood floors. He was very honest and even though we decided not to do them based on his recommendation he did an outstanding job on my rugs. I called Bold City to clean a sofa that my dog had gotten filthy. They were wonderful. Came out that week (I was throwing a party that weekend and was desperate), cleaned it beautifully and even sprayed my other sofa with a stain resister (prevention for the party). After looking in our city coupon magazines for a good carpet cleaning service, I could not believe the low advertise prices and that anyone could charge you less to clean the carpet in your home than you renting a carpet cleaning machine and doing the job yourself. So, after some research, I called Bold City Carpet Care and to my relieve it was an excellent experience with a very fair price and outstanding result.Bold City Carpet Care came to my house 30 minutes before our schedule appointment, which by todays standards is a miracle. Joseph, which I believe is the owner, did a superb job. Now my carpets look clean and smell fresh after so much traffic from the holidays. I am now recommending his services to my friends and family.

I really needed my carpets cleaned so I checked Google reviews and found this Bold City Carpet Care had solid ratings so I called and scheduled an appt. I have two older kitties that have been missing their litter box recently which left me with a hallway of smelly dirty carpet. The owner and his assistant arrived right on time and were very professional (even wore booties in our home as to not dirty the other flooring). The owner took his time explaining the process of what happens when pets urinate on the carpet and how he treats and cleans urine from the carpet. I was very impressed with his knowledge and honesty. He told me before he started what the price would be and exactly what he planned to do to try to get the carpet clean. They cleaned the smelly spots four times with an enzyme cleaner that sanitizes the carpet by breaking up excrement from the padding. This process left my upstairs smelling very clean like fresh citrus. Even though I only needed one area cleaned they went ahead and cleaned the rest of the traffic areas upstairs. If you want honesty, professionalism, and clean carpets Id recommend calling these guys!

Called them because a neighbor recommended them based on a positive experience they had.They came out, showed up early after calling to let me know they would be available earlier if that suited my needs.They checked my carpet and analyzed its condition after I advised them of potential pet damage. Because of the extent of my pet damage, they advised we NOT proceed with the carpet cleaning. They advised I would not likely be happy with the result. They advised me of my options going forward.MOST OTHER carpet cleaning companies would likely have gone ahead with the cleaning, charged me a couple of hundred dollars, and left without any concern for my long-lasting satisfaction, blaming my problem on my animals and going on to the next job.I am VERY happy with the service I received, even though we were not able to do business today. We WILL do business in the future.I strongly recommend Bold City Carpet Care.

I have used Bold City Carpet twice in the past 6 months for two different carpet cleaning jobs. Each visit was a success. Joseph Wargo and his team arrived on time and proceeded to do their work efficiently, finished on time and with the excellent desired result. One persons definition of a room is different from another persons, so Joe was helpful and upfront explaining the services I was paying for and what I could expect. He did not try to sell me extra services or try the old Bait and switch routine as other carpet cleaning companies have done to me in the past.I live in a rented condo that has older carpet and Joe was upfront with me about whether or not he would be able to lift a out a stain. I had a very bad stain in one bedroom which I thought would never come up, but to my pleasant surprise it did come up.He and his team did an excellent job, and delivered the result he committed to. Not only was Bold City Carpet Care extremely professional, punctual and left my carpets immaculate .. they were also above and beyond compassionate. Do you know when you are just having a day? Toddler woke up overnight sick, was trying to rush her to the doctor, house a mess from the flurry out the door and trying to coordinate that all around this appointment I had previously scheduled. I was able to get my husband home to cover it...but my dramatics aside, this crew could not have been more gracious ... and they were walking into a cluster of a morning! And we routinely get our carpets cleaned but havent been overly impressed with any company weve randomly found on Google. I will absolutely hire them again -- and you should too!

Weve been needing to get our carpet cleaned for awhile now. We havent had a cleaning in over two years and the carpet in the high traffic areas was looking awful. We had stains from wine, drinks, food, and heavy foot traffic. It had also become flat and was no longer fluffy. We took three puppies in as fosters (we have one adult dog) and when we returned the puppies to the shelter, we decided it would be a good time to get a good cleaning. We looked at several companies, including one national chain. We decided on trying out Bold City Carpet Care because we like using local small businesses....as long as they are GOOD businesses!We were not disappointed! We called on Monday and scheduled an appointment for Thursday afternoon. The two men, one being the owner, showed up on time and proceeded to do a walk-through of the areas to be cleaned. The areas were measured with a laser to get the price. I prefer this measure over charging the same for all areas and I feel like this is a fair way to charge. I do feel like it is was a fair price for the job and the price was given up front with nothing hidden. The men were very professional and appropriately dressed. We were given options and were not pressured AT ALL! That is a first for us in the carpet cleaning experience. We had a few rooms done and the tile/grout in the kitchen and entryway. The husband didnt know if we should have the grout done because he didnt know if it would make a difference. The dingy grout drove me crazy so I decided we would. He is so happy he listened. The tile and grout look great. We never saw it look like this. The grout actually matches the paint on the wall. We never knew that. Haha. The carpet looks amazing. The stains are gone. It is soft and fluffy again. Also, the house smells amazing. I am very happy with the service and will be calling them next time. I would recommend them to anyone, including my family and friends.

Joe & Mike got a stain out that had been there for years. Vacuumed, cleaned the carpets all the way to the baseboards. Didnt know how bad my carpets where cleaned in the past, by other companies, until it was done right. Thank you guys!
